959 - أخبركم أبو عمر بن حيويه قال : حدثنا يحيى قال : حدثنا الحسين قال : أخبرنا محمد بن أبي عدي قال : حدثنا حميد الطويل ، عن أنس بن مالك أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : « من أحب لقاء الله أحب الله لقاءه ، ومن كره لقاء الله كره الله لقاءه » ، قالوا : يا رسول الله ، كلنا نكره الموت ، قال : « ليس بكراهية الموت ، لكن المؤمن إذا حضر موته جاءه البشير من الله بما يرجع إليه ، فليس شيء أحب إليه من لقاء الله ، فأحب عند ذلك لقاءه ، وإن الفاجر - أو قال : الكافر - إذا حضر جاءه ما هو صائر إليه من الشر ، وما يلقى من الشر ؛ فكره لقاء الله ، وكره الله لقاءه »

960 - أخبركم أبو عمر بن حيويه قال : حدثنا يحيى قال : حدثنا الحسين قال : أخبرنا محمد بن عبيد الطنافسي قال : حدثنا الأعمش ، عن خيثمة ، عن أبي عطية قال : دخلت أنا ومسروق على عائشة ، فقال مسروق : قال عبد الله بن مسعود : من أحب لقاء الله أحب الله لقاءه ، ومن كره لقاء الله كره الله لقاءه ، فقالت عائشة : « يرحم الله أبا عبد الرحمن ، حدث بأول الحديث ولم تسألوه عن آخره ، إن الله إذا أراد بعبد خيرا ، قيض له قبل موته بعام ملكا فسدده ، ووفقه ، حتى يقول الناس : مات فلان خير ما كان ، وإذا حضر ورأى ثوابه من الجنة تهوع بنفسه - أو قال : تهوعت نفسه - فذاك حين أحب لقاء الله وأحب الله لقاءه ، فإذا أراد الله بعبد شرا قيض له قبل موته بعام شيطانا فافتتنه ، حتى يقول الناس : مات فلان شر ما كان ، فإذا حضر ورأى ما ينزل عليه من العذاب تبلغ نفسه ، فذاك حين كره لقاء الله وكره الله لقاءه »

961 - أخبركم أبو عمر بن حيويه قال : حدثنا يحيى قال : حدثنا الحسين قال : أخبرنا محمد بن أبي عدي قال : حدثنا حميد الطويل ، عن ثابت ، عن أنس بن مالك أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عاد رجلا من المسلمين قد خفت ، وصار مثل الفرخ ، فقال رسول صلى الله عليه وسلم : « هل كنت تدعو الله بشيء ؟ » قال : نعم ، كنت أقول : اللهم ما كنت معاقبي في الآخرة فعجله لي في الدنيا ، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : « سبحان الله ، لا تطيقه - أو لا تستطيعه - فهلا قلت : ( ربنا آتنا في الدنيا حسنة وفي الآخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار (1) ) » ، فدعا الله فشفاه __________ (1) سورة : البقرة آية رقم : 201
