لَا يَحِلُّ بَيْعُ المُغَنِّياتِ، ولا شِراؤُهنَّ، ولا تِجَارَةٌ فيهِنَّ، وثَمَنُهُنَّ حَرَامٌ، إِنَّمَا أُنزِلَتْ هَذِهِ الآيَةُ في ذَلِكَ {وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَشْتَرِي لَهْوَ الْحَدِيثِ} وَالَّذِي بَعَثَنِي بِالْحَقِّ مَا رَفعَ رَجُلٌ عَقِيرَتَه بالْغِنَاءِ إلا بَعَثَ الله -تَعالى- عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ شَيطَانَينِ يَرْتَعَانِ عَلَى عَاتِقَيهِ، ثُمَّ لَا يَزَالانِ يَضْربَانِ بِأَرْجُلِهِمَا عَلَى صَدْرِهِ، حَتَّى يَكُونَ هُوَ الَّذِي سَكَتَ. ابن أبي الدنيا في ذم الملاهى، طب، وابن مردويه عن أبي أمامة، وروى حم، ق، صدره إلى قوله: (حرام) (2).
