اعْبُدِ الله، ولا تُشْركْ به شيئًا، واعملْ لله كأنَّكَ تراه، واعدُدْ نْفسكَ في الْمَوْتَى، واذكر الله عنْدَ كُلِّ حجرٍ وكُلِّ شجرٍ، وإذا عملْتَ سيئة فاعمل بجنبها حسنة، السر بالسر، والعلانية بالعلانية، أَلا أُخْبرُكَ بأمْلكَ بالنَّاسِ منْ ذلك، هذا؛ وأشارَ إلى لسانِه: وهلْ يكبُّ النَّاسَ على مناخرهم في النَّارِ إلا هذا؟ (4). طب، هب عن معاذ بن جبل.
