"إِذا دَخَلَ البَصَرُ فلا إِذْنَ".د، ق عن أبي هريرة - رضي الله عنه - (في إسناده كثير بن زيد الأسلمي مولاهم المدني أبو محمد. ولا يحتج به اهـ منذرى. قوله: "إذ دخل البصرُ فلا إذن" يوضحه الحديثُ الآخر عن عبادة بن الصامت - رضي الله عنه - أن رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - سئل عن الإستئذان في البيوتِ؟ فقال: "من دخلت عينُه قبل أن يستأذن فلا إذن له، وقد عصى ربه". رواه الطبراني من حديث إسحاق بن يحيى عن عبادة، ولم يسمع منه، ورواته ثقات أهـ، من ترغيب المنذرى) (2).
