38 - حدثنا حميد أنا عبد الله بن يوسف ، أنا عبد الله بن سالم الحمصي ، أنا سعيد الطائي ، قال : سمعت أبا إدريس الخولاني ، وهو يقص في زمان عبد الملك ، يقول : « إياكم والطعن على الأئمة ؛ فإن الطعن عليهم هي الحالقة ، حالقة الدين ليس حالقة الشعر ، إلا أن الطعانين هم الخائبون ، وشرار الأشرار »

39 - أنا حميد أنا أبو أيوب ، أنا الوليد بن مسلم ، أنا عبد الله بن العلاء ، وغيره ، أنهما سمعا بلال بن سعد ، يحدث عن أبيه سعد ، قال : قيل يا رسول الله ، ما للخليفة من بعدك ؟ قال : « مثل الذي لي ما عدل في الحكم ، وأقسط في القسط ، ورحم ذا الرحم (1) ، فمن فعل غير ذلك فليس مني ولست منه » قال : يريد الطاعة في الطاعة __________ (1) الرحم : القرابة وذوو الرحم هم الأقاربُ، ويقعُ على كُلّ من يجمع بَيْنك وبينه نَسَب، ويُطْلق في الفَرائِض على الأقارب من جهة النِّساء، وَهُم من لا يَحلُّ نِكاحُه كالأمّ والبنت والأخت والعمة والخالة

40 - حدثنا حميد أنا الهيثم بن جميل ، حدثني المهدي بن ميمون ، ومبارك بن فضالة ، قالا : أنا غيلان بن جرير المعولي ، عن زياد بن رباح ، عن أبي هريرة ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : « من خرج من الطاعة أو فارق الجماعة ، فمات ، فميتته جاهلية ومن خرج من أمتي يضرب برها وفاجرها (1) لا يتحاشى (2) من مؤمنها ، ولا يفي (3) لذي عهدها ، فليس من أمتي ، ومن خرج تحت راية عمية (4) ، ينصر للعصبية (5) ، ويغضب للعصبية فمات ، فميتته جاهلية »

42 - حدثنا حميد أنا عبد الله بن صالح ، أنا الليث بن سعد ، حدثني عبيد الله بن أبي جعفر ، عن بكير ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر ، أنه أتى ابن مطيع ، فقال : جئتك ؛ لأخبرك ما سمعت من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم سمعته يقول : « من مات على غير طاعة ، مات لا حجة (1) له ، ومن مات قد نزع يدا من بيعة (2) ، كان على ضلال » __________ (1) الحجة : الدليل والبرهان (2) البيعة والمبايعة : عبارة عن المُعَاقَدة والمُعَاهدة على الأمر كأنّ كلَّ واحد منهما باع ما عِنده من صاحبه وأعطاه خالِصَةَ نفسِه وطاعتَه ودَخِيلةَ أمره

44 - أنا حميد أنا جعفر بن عون ، أخبرنا كثير ، عن ربعي بن حراش ، أنه أتى حذيفة بن اليمان لما خرج الناس إلى عثمان بن عفان رضي الله عنه ، فقال : يا ربعي ، ما فعل قومك ؟ قلت : عن أي أمرهم تسألني ؟ قال خرج إلى عثمان منهم أحد ؟ قال : قلت : خرج من بني فلان ومن بني فلان ، فأخذت له قبائل عبس ، فقال حذيفة : سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول : « من خرج من الجماعة شبرا واستذل الإمارة ، لقي الله ولا وجه له »

45 - حدثنا حميد أنا أبو نعيم ، أنا الأعمش ، عن أبي إسحاق ، عن زيد بن يثيع ، قال : تجهز ناس من بني عبس إلى عثمان ليقاتلوه ، فقال حذيفة : « ما سعى قوم ليذلوا سلطان الله في الأرض إلا أزلهم الله قبل أن يموتوا »

46 - أنا حميد ثنا عبد الله بن صالح ، حدثني معاوية بن صالح ، أن ربيعة بن يزيد حدثه ، عن مسلم بن قرظة الأشجعي ، عن عوف بن مالك الأشجعي ، قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : « خياركم وخيار أئمتكم الذين تحبونهم ويحبونكم ، وتصلون عليهم ويصلون عليكم ، وشراركم وشرار أئمتكم الذين تبغضونهم (1) ، ويبغضونكم ، وتلعنونهم ويلعنونكم » . قالوا : أفلا ننابذهم (2) يا رسول الله ؟ قال : « لا ، ما أقاموا الصلاة الخمس ، إلا من وليه (3) وال ، فرآه يأتي شيئا من معصية الله ، فليكره ما أتى من معصية الله ، ألا ولا تنزعن يدا من طاعة » __________ (1) البغض : عكس الحب وهو الكُرْهُ والمقت (2) المنابذة : المكاشفة بالعداوة والمقاتلة (3) ولي الأمر وتولاه : من الوِلايَة وهي القُدْرة على الفِعْل والقيام بالأمور والتصرف فيها والتدبير لها
