1751 - أخبرنا حميد ثنا علي بن الحسن ، عن ابن المبارك ، عن سعيد ، عن قتادة ، عن الحسن ، أنه كان يقول زمانا : أربع لا تصلح إلا بإمام : الحدود (1) ، والقضاء ، والجمعة ، والزكاة . ثم قال بعد : إن دفعها إليهم أجزأ عنه ، وإن قسمها أجزأ عنه ، وأحب إلي أن يلي قسمها __________ (1) الحَدّ والحُدُود : محَارم اللّه وعُقُوبَاتُه المحددة الَّتي قرَنَها بالذُّنوب

قال أبو أحمد : أحسن ما سمعنا في زكاة الورق والذهب ، أنه إن كان الإمام عدلا دفعها إليه ، لأن السنة قد مضت بذلك ، وإن كان غير عدل تولى قسمتها بنفسه ، ولو أخذها منه وهو غير عدل أجزأ ذلك ، ولم يكن عليه أن يتولى قسمتها بنفسه مرة أخرى
