1754 - ثنا الشيخ الإمام الفقيه الزاهد أبو الفتح نصر بن إبراهيم بن نصر المقدسي رضي الله عنه من لفظه قال : أخبرنا الشيخ أبو الحسن محمد بن عوف بن أحمد المزني المعدل بدمشق قال : أخبرنا أبو العباس محمد بن موسى السمسار قال : أخبرنا أبو بكر محمد بن خريم بن محمد العقيلي قال : أخبرنا أبو أحمد حميد بن زنجويه أنا أبو نعيم ، حدثني إسماعيل بن عبد الملك ، حدثني عبيد الله بن يزيد الصنعاني ، أن رجلا ، أتى عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه بزكاة ماله ، فقال : « يا أمير المؤمنين ، هذه زكاة مالي فاقبلها ، قال : ومن أنت ؟ قال : أنا رجل من المسلمين ، قال : فهل أصبت منا شيئا منذ ولينا ؟ قال : لا . . . . قال : أما لا ، فاجعلها في أهلك »

1755 - أخبرنا حميد أنا عبيد الله بن موسى ، أخبرنا سفيان ، عن حماد ، عن إبراهيم ، عن علقمة ، عن عبد الله قال : قالت له امرأته : إن لي حليا أفأزكيه ؟ قال : « نعم ، إن بلغ مائتين فزكيه ، قالت : إن لي بني أخ ، أفأضعه فيهم ؟ قال : نعم »

1762 - أخبرنا حميد أنا علي بن الحسن ، عن ابن المبارك ، عن معمر ، عن عمرو بن عبد الله ، عن عكرمة ، قال : « إذا أردت أن تصدق ، بصدقة ، فانظر إلى رحمك (1) ، وأقربائك ، ومواليك ، فإن كانوا فقراء فهم أحق ، وجيرانك إن كانوا فقراء ، فإن فضل عن هؤلاء فضل ، فأردت أن تتصدق فتصدق » __________ (1) الرحم : القرابة وذوو الرحم هم الأقاربُ، ويقعُ على كُلّ من يجمع بَيْنك وبينه نَسَب، ويُطْلق في الفَرائِض على الأقارب من جهة النِّساء، وَهُم من لا يَحلُّ نِكاحُه كالأمّ والبنت والأخت والعمة والخالة
