1982 - أخبرنا حميد ثنا علي بن الحسن ، عن ابن المبارك ، عن ابن أبي ذئب ، عن الحارث بن عبد الرحمن بن أبي ذباب قال : سألت سعيد بن المسيب فقلت : إن لنا كرما (1) فيه غلمان وماشية ، وإنا نؤدي زكاتها أفيجزئ ذلك عن صدقة الفطر عنهم ؟ قال : لا يا ابن أخي ، إنما هي زكاة أمر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أن تزكوا بها فطركم ، فقلت : فعلى من هي ؟ قال : « على الصغير والكبير ، والحر والعبد ، والشاهد والغائب ، قلت : فإني أخشى أن لا يخرجوا ، قال : فأخرجها عنهم » __________ (1) الكرم : شجر العنب والمراد العنب نفسه
