763 - (10) [صحيح لغيره] وعن بُريدة رضيَ الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "ما منعَ قومٌ الزكاةَ؛ إلا ابْتَلاهم الله بالسنين". رواه الطبراني في "الأوسط"، ورواته ثقات، والحاكم والبيهقي في حديث؛ إلا أنهما قالا: "ولا مَنَعَ قومٌ الزكاةَ؛ إلا حَبَسَ اللهُ عنهم القَطْرَ". وقال الحاكم: "صحيح على شرط مسلم". __________ (1) كذا في بعض النسخ، وفي نسخة الظاهرية تقديم مسلم على النسائي، وكل ذلك خطأ، والصواب حذف (مسلم) إذ إنه لم يرو هذا الحديث -كما نبه عليه الناجي- وقد شرحتُ ذلك في "تخريج مشكلة الفقر" (60).

764 - (11) [حسن] ورواه ابن ماجه والبزار والبيهقي من حديث ابن عمر. [صحيح] ولفظ البيهقي: أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "يا معشرَ المهاجرين! خصالٌ خمسٌ إنِ ابتُلِيتُم بهنَّ، ونَزَلْنَ بكم -[و] أعوذ بالله أنْ تُدركوهنَّ-: لم تظهر الفاحشةُ في قوم قطُّ حتى يُعلنوا بها؛ إلا فشا فيهَم [الطاعون و] الأوجاعُ التي لم تكن في أسلافِهم، ولم يَنْقُصُوا المِكيالَ والميزان؛ إلا أخذوا بالسنين وشِدَّةِ المؤنةِ وجَوْرِ السلطان، ولم يَمنعوا زكاةَ أموالِهم؛ إلا مُنعوا القَطْر من السماء، ولولا البهائم لم يُمطروا، ولا نَقَضوا عهدَ اللهِ وعهدَ رسولِه؛ إلا سُلِّطَ عليهم عدوٌّ من غيرِهم، (1) فيأْخذ بعضَ ما في أيديهم، وما لم تحكم أئمتهم بكتاب الله إلا جُعِل بأْسهم بينهم". 765 - (12) [صحيح لغيره] وعن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "خمسٌ بخمسٍ". قيل: يا رسولَ الله! ما خمسٌ بخمسٍ؟ قال: "ما نقض قومٌ العهدَ؛ إلا سُلِّط عليهَم عدوُّهم، وما حكموا بغير ما أنزل الله؛ إلا فشا فيهم [الفقرُ، ولا ظهرت فيهم الفاحشةُ؛ إلا فشا فيهم] (3) الموت، ولا منعوا الزكاة؛ إلا حُبِسَ عنهم القَطْرُ، ولا طَفَّفُوا المكيالَ؛ إلا حُبِسَ عنهم النباتُ، وأخذوا بالسنين". رواه الطبراني في "الكبير". وسنده قريب من الحسن، وله شاهد. (السنين): جمع (سَنَة)، وهي العام المقحط الذي لم تنبت الأرض فيه شيئاً، سواء وقع قَطْر أو لم يقع. __________ (1) قلت: هذه الجملة لها شاهد موقوف على ابن عباس. أخرجه الخرائطي في "مساوي الأخلاق" (187/ 404). (2) قلت: أليس هذا من أعلام نبوَّته - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - الدَّالة على صدقه، وأنَّه وحي من ربه؟! بلى وربي. (3) سقطت هذه الزيادة من الأصل، وكذا من مطبوعة عمارة، واستدركتُها من الطبراني". قلت: من تمادى المعلقين الثلاثة وتشبعهم بما لم يعطوا، أنهم سرقوا هذا التعليق ونسبوه لأنفسهم بالحرف الواحد، وقالوا: "واستدركناه -كذا- من الطبراني"!! وما أكثر ما فعلوا مثله!

766 - (13) [صحيح] وعن عبد الله بنِ مسعود قال: "لا يُكوَى رجل بكنز (1) فيمس درهمٌ درهماً، ولا دينارٌ ديناراً، يُوَسِّعُ جلدُه حتى يوضع كل دينار ودرهم على حِدتَه". رواه الطبراني في "الكبير" (2) موقوفاً بإسناد صحيح.

767 - (14) [صحيح] وعن الأحنفِ بنِ قيسٍ قال: جلستُ إلى ملأٍ من قريشٍ، فجاء رجلٌ خَشِنُ الشعَرِ والثيابِ والهيئة، حتى قام عليهم فَسَلَّمَ، ثم قال: "بَشِّر الكانِزين برضفٍ يُحمَى عليه في نارِ جهنمَ، ثم يوضع على حَلَمَةِ ثَدْيِ أحدِهم حتى يخرج من نُغْضِ كتِفِه، ويوضع على نُغْض كتفه حتى يخرج من حَلَمَةِ ثَديِه يَتَزَلْزَلُ" (3). ثم ولَّى فجلس إلى سارية، وتَبعْتُه، وجلستُ إليه، وأنا لا أدري من هو؟ فقلت: لا أرى القومَ إلا قد كرهوا الذي قلتَ. قال: إنهم لا يعقلون شيئاً، قال لي خليلي -قلت: مَن خليلك؟ قال: النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: " [يا أبا ذر! أ] تُبْصِرُ أُحُداً؟ ". قال: فنظرت إلى الشمسِ ما بقي من النهار؟، وأنا أرى رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يرسلني في حاجة له -قلت: نعم. قال: "ما أُحِبُّ أنّ لي مثلَ أُحدٍ ذهباً أُنفقه كلَّه، إلا ثلاثةَ دنانير". وإن هؤلاءِ لا يعقلون، إنما يجمعون الدنيا، لا والله -لا أسألهم دُنيا، ولا أستفتيهم عن دِين، حتى ألقى اللهَ عز وجل. رواه البخاري ومسلم. وفي رواية لمسلم أنه قال: "بَشِّر الكانزين (1) بِكيٍّ في ظهورهم يخرج من جنوبهم، وبِكيٍّ من قِبَلِ أقفائِهم يخرج من جِباهِهم". قال: ثم تَنَحَّى فقعد. قال: قلتُ: من هذا؟ قالوا: هذا أبو ذر. قال: فقمتُ إليه فقلت: ما شيءٌ سمعتُك تقول قُبَيْلُ؟ قال: ما قلتُ إلا شيئاً قد سمعتُه من نبيهم - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -. قال: قلت: ما تقول في هذا العطاء؟ قال: خُذه؛ فإن فيه اليومَ مَعُونَةً، فإذا كان ثمناً لدِينك فَدَعْهُ. (الرَّضْف) بفتح الراء وسكون الضاد المعجمة: هو الحجارة المحماة. (النَّغْض) بضم النون وسكون الغين المعجمة بعدهما ضاد معجمة، وهو غضون الكتف. __________ (1) قلت: كذا الأصل، وكذا في المخطوطة، وفي "الطبراني" (9/ 164/ 8754): "يكنز". ووقع في "المجمع": "لا يكون رجل يكنز"، ولا يخلو ذلك من شيء، وفي نسخة الظاهرية خرْم، ولعل الأقرب. ما في الكتاب. والله أعلم. (2) قلت: وهو كما قال، وقد خرجته تحت حديث أبي هريرة المرفوع بنحوه في "الضعيفة" (6736). وأما المعلقون الثلاثة فقفوا ما لا علم لهم به وقالوا: "حسن" فقط!!. (3) الأصل ومطبوعة عمارة: "فيتزلزل". قال الحافظ الناجي: "ليس في "الصحيحين" فاءه". وصدق رحمه الله. ومعنى "يتزلزل": يضطرب ويتحرك، وضمير الفاعل فيه كما في "حتى يخرج" للرضف.

768 - (15) [حسن] رُوي (1) عن عمروِ بنِ شعيبٍ عن أبيه عن جَده: أنَّ امرأة أتَتِ النبيَّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - ومعها ابنةٌ لها، وفي يد ابنتها مَسْكتان غليظتان من ذهب، فقال لها: "أتعطين زكاةَ هذا؟ ". قالت: لا. قال: "أيسرُّكِ أن يُسَوِّرَكِ اللهُ بهما يوم القيامة سوارْين مِن نارٍ؟! ". قال: فخلَعَتْهما فألقَتْهما إلى النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، وقالت: هما لله ولرسوله. رواه أحمد وأبو داود -واللفظ له- والترمذي والدارقطني. ولفظ الترمذي والدارقطني نحوه: أنّ امرأتين أتتا رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وفي أيديهما سواران من ذهب، فقال لهما: "أتؤدِّيان زكاتَه؟ ". قالتا: لا. فقال لهما رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "أتحبَّانِ أنْ يسوِّركما اللهُ بسوارين من نار؟ ". قالتا: لا. قال: "فأدِّيا زكاتَه". ورواه النسائي مرسلاً ومتصلاً، ورجَّح المرسل. (2) (المسَكَة) محركةً: واحدة (المَسَك)، وهو أسورة من ذِبْل (1) أو قرن، أو عاج، فإذا كانت من غير ذلك أضيفت إليه. قال الخطابي في قوله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "أيسرُّكِ أنْ يسوِّرك الله بهما سوارين من نار؟! ": "إنما هو تأويل قوله عز وجل: {يَوْمَ يُحْمَى عَلَيْهَا فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَى بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ} " انتهى. (2) __________ (1) لعل قوله: "روي" مقحم من بعض النساخ، أو هو من المؤلف نفسه، فإنَّه ثابت في المخطوطة أيضاً، ولا وجه له عندي؛ لأنّه رواه جمع عن عمرو به؛ فهو حسن الإسناد كما بينتُه في الأصل. ولم يتنبه لهذا المعلقون الثلاثة، فأثبتوا قوله: "روي". (2) قلت: بل إنّه رجَّح المتصل، كما بينته في الأصل. ثم في "آداب الزِّفاف" "ص 256 - المكتبة الاسلامية"

769 - (16) [صحيح] وعن عائشةَ -زوج النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ- رضي الله عنها قالت: دخل عليَّ رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، فرأى في يدي فَتَخاتٍ من ورِق، فقال: "ما هذا يا عائشة؟ ". فقلت: صَنَعْتُهُنَّ أتزينُ لَكَ يا رسول الله! قال: "أتؤدينَ زكاتَهنَّ؟ ". قلت: لا، أو ما شاء اللهُ. قال: "هي حسبكِ من النار". رواه أبو داود والدارقطني، وفي إسنادهما يحيى بن أيوب الغافقي، قد احتجّ به الشيخان وغيرهما، ولا اعتبار بما ذكره الدارقطني من أنّ محمد بن عطاء مجهول؛ فإنّ محمد ابن عمرو بن عطاء نُسب إلى جده، وهو ثقة ثَبْتٌ، روى له أصحاب "السنن"، واحتج به الشيخان في "صحيحيهما". (الفَتَخات) بالخاء المعجمة: جمع (فَتْخَة): وهي حَلْقة لا فَص لها، تجعلها المرأة في أصابع رجليها، وربما وضعتها في يدها. وقال بعضهم: هي خواتم كبار كان النساء يتختَّمنَ بها. قال الخطابي: "والغالب أنّ الفتخات لا تبلغ بانفرادها نِصاباً، وإنما معناه: أن تضم إلى بقية ما عندها من الحلي، فتؤدي زكاتها فيه" (1). __________ (1) وزان (فلس): شيء كالعاج. وقيل: هو ظهر السلحفاة البحرية. كذا في "المصباح". (2) يعني كلام الخطابي في "المعالم" (2/ 175).

770 - (17) [صحيح لغيره] وعن أسماء بنتِ يزيد رضي الله عنها قالت: دخلت أنا وخالتي على النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، وعلينا أسورةٌ من ذَهب، فقال لنا: "أتعطيان زكاتَه؟ ". قالت: فقلنا: لا. فقال: "أما تخافان أنْ يُسَوِّرَكما اللهُ أسوِرَةً من نار؟! أدِّيا زكاتَه". رواه أحمد بإسناد حسن.

771 - (18) [صحيح] وعن ثوبانَ قال: جاءت هندُ بنتُ هُبَيْرَةَ إلى رسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، وفي يدِها فَتْخٌ من ذهبٍ، -أي خواتيم ضِخام-، فجعل رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَضربُ يدَها، فَدَخَلَتْ على فاطمةَ رضي الله عنها تشكو إليها الذي صنع بها رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، فانتزَعَتْ فاطمةُ سلسلةً في عنقها من ذهب، قالت: هذه أهداها أبو حَسَنٍ، فدخل رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - والسلسلةُ في يدها، فقال: "يا فاطمةُ! أيغُرُّكِ (2) أن يقولَ الناسُ: ابنةُ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وفي يدِكِ سِلْسِلةٌ من نار؟! ". ثم خرج ولم يقعد. فأرسلَتْ فاطمةً بالسلسلةِ إلى السوقِ فباعتها، واشترَتْ بثمنها غلاماً -وقال مرة: عبداً، وذكر كلمة معناها- فأعتقته، فَحُدِّثَ بذلك النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، فقال: "الحمد لله الذي أنجى فاطمةَ من النار". رواه النسائي بإسناد صحيح. (1) __________ (1) "معالم السنن" (2/ 176). (2) من (الغرور)، أي: يسرك هذا القول، فتصيري بذلك مغرورة، فتقعي في هذا الأمر القبيبح بسببه؟! قاله أبو الحسن السندي.

772 - (19) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرةَ رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "مَن أحبَّ أنْ يُحَلِّقَ حَبيبَه (2) حلْقةً من نارٍ، فليحلِّقْه حَلقةً من ذَهب، ومَن أحبَّ أنْ يُطَوِّقَ حبيبَه طوقاً من نار، فليُطَوِّقهُ طوقاً من ذهب، ومَن أحبَّ أنْ يُسَوِّرَ حبيبَه بسوارٍ من نار، فليسوِّرْه بسوار من ذهب، ولكن عليكم بالفِضة، فالعبوا بها". رواه أبو داود بإسناد صحيح. (قال المُمْلي) رحمه الله: "وهذه الأحاديث التي ورد فيها الوعيد على تحلِّي النساء بالذهب يحتمل وجوهاً من التأويل: أحدها: أنَّ ذلك منسوخ؛ فإنَّه قد ثبت إباحة تحلِّي النساء بالذهب. (3) الثاني: أنَّ هذا في حقِّ مَن لا يؤدي زكاتَه دون مَن أداها، ويدل على هذا حديث عمرو بن شعيب وعائشة وأسماء. (1) وقد اختلف العلماءُ في ذلك، فرُوي عن عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه أنَّه أوجب في الحلي الزكاة. وهو مذهب عبد الله بن عباس، وعبد الله بن مسعود، وعبد الله بن عمرو، وسعيد بن المسيِّب، وعطاء، وسعيد بن جبير، وعبد الله بن شداد، ميمون بن مهران، وابن سيرين، ومجاهد، وجابر بن زيد، والزهري، وسفيان الثوري، وأبي حنيفة وأصحابه، واختاره ابن المنذر. وممن أسقط الزكاة فيه عبد الله بن عمر، وجابر بن عبد الله، وأسماء ابنة أبي بكر، وعائشة، والشعبي، والقاسم بن محمد، ومالك، وأحمد، وإسحاق، وأبو عبيدة. قال ابن المنذر: "وقد كان الشافعي قال بهذا إذْ هو بالعراق، ثم وقف عنه بمصر، وقال: هذا مما أَستخيرُ الله تعالى فيه". وقال الخطابي: "الظاهر من الآيات يشهد لقول من أوجبها، والأثر يؤيِّدها، ومَن أسقطها ذهب إلى النظر، ومعه طرف من الأثر، والاحتياط أداؤها. والله أعلم" (2). __________ (1) قلت: وهو كما قال: وقد سبقه وتبعه على ذلك غير ما واحد من الأئمة، ومع ذلك يأبى بعض أهل الأهواء إلا الطعن في الحديث، ويتكلَّف في اختلاق العلل له ما شاء له هواه تأييداً منه للعامة. نسأل الله العصمة والسلامة. انظر الردّ المفصل في مقدمة "آداب الزِّفاف" (ص 17 - 30). (2) فعيل: بمعنى مفعول، أي: محبوب، يقال في الأنثى والذكر، والمراد هنا الأول، أي: من نسائه وبناته كما كنت شرحته في "آداب الزفاف"، وقد بلغني منذ أيام أنّ بعض الفضلاء زعم أن هذا اللفظ "حبيبه" محرَّف، وصوابه: "جبينه" بالجيم! وهذا مما لا يكاد يُصدّق. فإنه لا يصدر ممن يفقه شيئاً من العربية وآدابها، مع كونه بدعاً من القول! فلعلَّ ذلك لا يصح عنه. (3) قلت: هذا الجواب غير سديد إلا على افتراض ثبوت أن تحريم الذهب على النساء عام، وليس كذلك، فإنَّ أحاديث الباب فيها ما صح وما لم يصح، وما صح منها خاص بالذهب المحلَّق كما ترى، وهو الطوق، والسوار، والخاتم، وحينئذ فالعامُّ لا ينسخ الخاص، بل العكس هو الصواب، وهو أنَّ الخاص يخصص العامّ، والنص المخصص يسميه السلف ناسخاً كما هو معروف عند العلماء. وما لم يصح من أحاديث التحريم لا حجة فيها، فهي على الإباحة العامة. وينتج منه أن الذهب كله حلال على النساء إلا المحلق منه، وبهذا تجتمع الأحاديث، وما سوى ذلك من طرق الجمع والتأويل التي ذكرها المصنف وغيره؛ فهو ضعيف كما سترى. وتجد تفصيل هذا في كتابي "آداب الزفاف". الثالث: أنَّه في حق من تزينت به وأظهرته (1). ويدل لهذا ما رواه النسائي وأبو داود عن رِبْعِي بنِ حِراش عن امرأتِه عن أختٍ لحذيفة؛ أنّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "يا معشرَ النساء! ما لكُنَّ في الفضة ما تَحَلَّينَ به؟ أمَا إنَّه ليس منكنَّ امرأةٌ تتَحَلَّى ذهباً وتُظهره إلا عُذبتْ به". وأخت حذيفة اسمها فاطمة. وفي بعض طرف عند النسائي عن رِبعي عن امرأةٍ عن أختٍ لحذيفة، وكان له أخواتٌ أدركْن النبيَّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -. وقال النسائي: "باب الكراهة للنساء في إظهار الحلي والذهب"، ثم صدَّره بحديث عُقبة بن عامرٍ: أنَّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كان يمنع أهله الحلية والحرير، ويقول: "إنْ كنتم تُحبّون حِلْيَةَ الجنَّةِ وحريرَها فلا تَلبَسوهما في الدنيا". وهذا الحديث رواه الحاكم أيضاً، وقال: "صحيح على شرطهما". (2) ثم روى النسائي في الباب حديث ثوبان المذكور وحديث أسماء. الرابع من الاحتمالات: أنّه إنما منع منه في حديث الأسْوِرة والفتَخات لما رأى من غلظه، فإنّه مظنهّ الفخر والخيلاء، وبقية الأحايث محمولة على هذا. وفي هذا الاحتمال شيء، ويدلُّ عليه ما رواه النسائي عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما؛ أنّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "نهى عن لُبسِ الذهب إلا مقطعاً" (1). وروى أبو داود والنسائي أيضاً عن أبي قِلابة عن معاوية بن أبي سفيان: "أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - نهى عن ركوب النمار، (2) وعن لبس الذهب إلا مقطَّعاً". وأبو قِلابة لم يسمع من معاوية، لكنْ روى النسائي أيضاً عن قتادة عن أبي شيخ؛ أنه سمع معاوية، فذكر نحوه، وهذا متصل، وأبو شيخ ثقة مشهور.
