1062 - (10) [صحيح] وعن أبي سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه قال: غزونا مع رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - لِسِتَّ عَشْرَةَ مضت من رمضان، فمنا من صام، ومنا من أفطر، فلم يُعب الصائمُ على المفطرِ، ولا المفطرُ على الصائم. وفي رواية: يرون أنَّ من وجدَ قوةً فَصَامَ، فإنَّ ذلك حسن، ويرون أنَّ من وجد ضعفاً فأفطر، فإنَّ ذلك حسن. رواه مسلم وغيره. (قال الحافظ): "اختلف العلماء أيهما أفضل في السفر؛ الصوم أو الفطر؟ فذهب أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه إلى أنَّ الصوم أفضل، وحُكي ذلك أيضاً عن عثمان بن أبي العاصي، إليه ذهب إبراهيم النخعي وسعيد بن جبير والثوري وأبو ثور وأصحاب الرأي. وقال مالك والفضيل بن عياض والشافعي: الصوم أحب إلينا لمن قوي عليه. وقال عبد الله بن عمر وعبد الله بن عباس وسعيد بن المسيب والشعبي والأوزاعي وأحمد بن حنبل وإسحاق بن راهويه: الفطر أفضل. وروي عن عمر بن عبد العزيز وقتادة ومجاهد: أفضلهما أيسرهما على المرء. واختار هذا القول الحافظ أبو بكر بن المنذر، وهو قول حسن. والله أعلم". (1) __________ (1) قلت: إسناده عندهم جميعاً يدور من طرق على عمارة بن غزية عن حرب بن قيس عن نافع عن ابن عمر. وهذا إسناد حسن؛ حرب هذا لم يوثقه غير ابن حبان، وسقط من إسناد أحمد في رواية، فصارت ظاهرة الصحة ولكنها شاذة لمخالفتها الطرق المشار إليها، ولرواية أحمد الأخرى. انظر تفصيله في "الإرواء" (3/ 9 - 13). (2) هما المطي، الواحدة: (راحلة) من غير لفظها. (3) وكذا البخاري والنسائي وغيرهما بنحوه. كذا في "العجالة" (126/ 2). وهو في "السنن الكبرى" للنسائي، كما في "الضعيفة" تحت الحديث (84). وهو في كتابي "مختصر البخاري" (56 - الجهاد/ 81 - باب).

1064 - (2) [صحيح] وعن عمرو بن العاصي رضي الله عنه؛ [أَن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -] قال: (2) "فَصْلُ ما بين صيامنا وصيام أهل الكتاب أكلةُ السحر". رواه مسلم وأبو داود والترمذي والنسائي وابن خزيمة.

1065 - (3) [حسن لغيره] وعن سلمان رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "البركة في ثلاثة: في الجماعة، والثريد، والسحور". رواه الطبراني في "الكبير"، ورواته ثقات، وفيهم (أبو عبد الله البصري)، لا يُدرى من هو؟ __________ (1) روي بفتح السين المهملة وضمها، فالمفتوح اسم المأكول، والمضموم اسم للفعل، وكلاهما صحيح هنا، والأمر للندب والاستحباب بإجماع العلماء، وكون السحور فيه بركة ظاهر؛ لأنَّه يقوّي على الصيام، وينشط له، وتحصل بسببه الرغبة في الازدياد في الصيام لخفة المشقة فيه على المتسحر، وقيل في معناه غير ذلك. والله أعلم. (2) كذا وجد في هذا الكتاب، وقد سقط منه ذكر النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -. ولا بد منه إذ الحديث مرفوع في نفس الرواية عند من رواه، ولا أدري ما سبب إسقاط رفعه؛ وكذا وقع قريب من هذا في غير هذا الموضع، وهو خطأ بلا شك، كذا في "العجالة" (126/ 2). قلت: وكذلك وقع في "مختصر الترغيب" لابن حجر (ص 87)، ولم ينتبه لذلك محققه الشيخ حبيب الرحمن الأعظمي؛ ولذلك استدركت السقط، فجعلته بين المعكوفتين، خلافاً لما فعله المعلقون الثلاثة الذين لم يستدركوها مع ذكرهم أرقام المصادر الخمسة! فيا لهم من محققين!!

1067 - (5) [صحيح لغيره] وعن العرباض بن سارية رضي الله عنه قال: دعاني رسولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إلى السحور في رمضانَ فقال: "هَلُمَّ إلى الغَداءِ المباركِ". رواه أبو داود والنسائي، وابن خزيمة وابن حبان في "صحيحيهما". قال المملي رضي الله عنه: رووه كلهم عن الحارث بن زياد عن أبي رهم عن العرباض، والحارث لم يرو عنه غير يونس بن سيف، وقال أبو عمر النَّمِري: "مجهول، يروي عن أبي رهم، حديثه منكر". 1069 - (7) [صحيح] وعن عبد الله بن الحارث عن رجل من أصحاب النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: دخلتُ على النبيِّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وهو يتسحر، فقال: "إنَّها بركة أعطاكم الله إياها، فلا تدَعوه". رواه النسائي بإسناد حسن. __________ (1) قلت: إنْ كان يعني هذا كما هو الظاهر فلا وجه لإنكاره لكثرة شواهده، وبعضها صحيح كحديث المقدام بن معدي كرب بلفظ: "عليكم بغداء السحور، فإنَّه هو الغداء المبارك". رواه النسائي وغيره وهو مما فات المصنف، وقد خرَّجته في "الصحيحة" (3408). (2) الأصل: (هلم)، والمثبت من "الموارد" (881) و"الإحسان". وفيه عقب هذا حديث آخر، لكنه ضعيف فهو في الكتاب الآخر، ومثله غيره.

1072 - (10) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "نِعمَ سحورٌ المؤمنِ التمرُ". رواه أبو داود وابن حبان في "صحيحه". __________ (1) قال الناجي (126/ 2): "ليس كذلك، بل هو ضعيف لمكان عبد الرحمن بن زيد بن أسلم، فإنَّ أحمد رواه عن إسحاق بن عيسى، وهو ابن الطباع عن عبد الرحمن بن زيد عن أبيه عنه". قلت: لكنْ له في "مسند أحمد" (3/ 12) طريق أخرى ليس فيها عبد الرحمن هذا، فالحديث قوي بمجموع الطريقين وبشواهده التي منها الآتي بعده، والذي تقدم في الباب برقم (3 - 7).
