1133 - (1) [حسن صحيح] عن ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه؛ أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "تابعوا بين الحجِّ والعمرةِ؛ فإنهما يَنفيانِ الفقرَ والذنوبَ، كما يَنفي الكيرُ (1) خَبَثَ الحديدِ والذهبِ والفضةِ، وليس للحجةِ المبرورةِ ثوابٌ إلا الجنة. وما من مؤمن يَظَلُّ يومَه محرمًا إلا غابتِ الشمسُ بذنوبه" (2). [حسن لغيره] رواه الترمذي، وقال: "حديث حسن صحيح"، وليس في بعض نسخ الترمذي: "وما من مؤمن" إلى آخره (3)، وكذا هو في النسائي و"صحيح ابن خزيمة" بدون الزيادة. [حسن لغيره] وزاد رزين فيه: "وما من مؤمن يُلَبِّي للهِ بالحجِّ؛ إلا شهدَ لَهُ ما على يمينِهِ وشمالِهِ إلى منقطعِ الأرضِ". ولم أر هذه الزيادة في شيءٍ من نسخ الترمذي ولا النسائي.

1134 - (2) [صحيح] وعن سهل بن سعد رضي الله عنه عن رسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "ما من مُلبٍّ يُلَبِّي إلا لَبّى ما عن يمينه وشماله من حجرٍ أو شجرٍ أو مدرٍ، حتى تنقطع الأرض من ههنا وههنا؛ عن يمينه وشماله". (4) رواه الترمذي وابن ماجه والبيهقي؛ كلهم من رواية إسماعيل بن عَيّاش عن عُمارة بن غزيَّة عن أبي حازم عن سهل. ورواه ابن خزيمة في "صحيحه" عن عَبيدة -يعني ابن حميد-: حدثني عُمارة بن غزيَّة عن أبي حازم عن سهل. ورواه الحاكم وقال: "صحيح على شرطهما". __________ (1) تقدم تفسيره قريباً تحت الحديث 11/ الباب الأول - الحاشية (1). (2) قلت: من تفاهة تحقيق المعلقين هنا أنهم لم يخرجوا هذه الزيادة، ولا تكلموا على زيادة (رزين) بشيء، وإنما أحالوا على حديث ابن مسعود المتقدم (1 - باب/ 12 - حديث)، وليس فيه الزيادة!! وزيادة (رزين) يشهد لها الحديث الذي بعده، وحديث ابن عمرو المذكور في الكتاب الآخر (2 - في النفقة في الحج). (3) قلت: لكن يشهد لها حديث أبي هريرة الآتي قريباً رقم (5)، ويشهد لزيادة رزين حديث سهل الآتي عقبه. (4) فإن قيل: ما فائدة المسلم في تلبية الأحجار والشجر وغيرهما مع تلبيته؟ قلت: اتباعها إياه في هذا الذكر دليل على فضيلته وشرفه ومكانته عند الله تعالى، إذ ليس اتباعُها إياه في هذا الذكر إلا لذلك. على أنه يجوز أن يكتب له أجر هذه الأشياء لأنها صدرت =

1135 - (3) [صحيح] وعن خَلّاد بن السائبِ عن أبيه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "أَتاني جبرائيلُ فأَمرني (1) أن آمرَ أصحابي أَن يرفعوا أصواتهم بالإهلالِ أَو (2) التلبيةِ". رواه مالك وأبو داود والنسائي وابن ماجه والترمذي وقال: "حديث حسن صحيح"، وابن خزيمة في "صحيحه"، وزاد ابن ماجه: "فإنها [من] شعار الحج" (1). __________ = عنها تبعاً، فصار المؤمن بالذكر كأنه دالٌّ على الخير. والله أعلم. (1) هو أمر إيجاب، إذ تبليغ الشرائع واجب. وكذا قوله: "أن آمر أصحابي" أمر وجوب عند الظاهرية، خلافاً للجمهور، وقوله: "أن يرفعوا أصواتهم" إظهاراً لشعار الإحرام، وتعليماً للجاهل ما يشرع له في ذلك المقام. (2) الأصل ومطبوعة عمارة والمخطوطة "والتلبية"، والصواب ما أثبته، وهو رواية الترمذي (طبع الهند) عن سفيان بن عيينة. ورواه النسائي عنه "بالتلبية" فقط، وعكس ذلك ابن ماجه فقال: "بالإهلال" فقط، وهو رواية لأحمد. وتابعه مالك، وعنه أبو داود بنحو رواية الترمذي، بلفظ: "بالتلبية أو بالإهلال، يريد أحدهما". وهكذا رواه أحمد أيضاً عن مالك. رواه هو وسفيان عن عبد الله بن أبي بكر بإسناده عن السائب. وتابعهما ابن جريج قال: كتب إليَّ عبد الله بن أبي بكر به بلفظ: "بالتلبية والإهلال"، جمع بينهما. رواه عنه هكذا محمد بن بكر. وخالفه روح فقال: "بالتلبية أو الإهلال"، وقال روح: "ولا أدري أيّنا وَهِلَ؟ أنا أو عبد الله أو خلاد في (الإهلال أو التلبية) ". رواه أحمد عنهما. فهذا يدل على أن الشك قديم، وليس من روح لرواية مالك وسفيان المتقدمين، فهو من عبد الله ابن أبي بكر أو خلاد، كما قال روح، فاتفاق هؤلاء على رواية هذا الحرف على الشك يدل على أن رواية الجمع بين الإهلال والتلبية شاذة، كما وقع في نسخة الترمذي بتحقيق الأستاذ الدعاس، وكذلك وقع في "المستدرك"، وهو خطأ من الناسخ أو أحد رواته، فإنه عنده من طريق الحميدي عن سفيان، وهو في "مسند الحميدي" برقم (853) على الشك: "بالإهلال أو بالتلبية". قال الشيخ المبارك فوري في "التحفة" (2/ 85): "المراد بـ (الإهلال): التلبية، على طريقة التجريد، لأن معناه رفع الصوت بالتلبية. وكلمة (أو) للشك. قاله أبو الطيب".

1136 - (4) [صحيح لغيره] وعن زيد بن خالد الجُهني رضي الله عنه؛ أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "جاءني جبرائيلُ فقالَ: مُرْ أصحابَكَ فليرفعوا أصواتَهم بالتلبية، فإنها من شِعارِ الحجِّ". رواه ابن ماجه، وابن خزيمة وابن حبان في "صحيحيهما"، والحاكم وقال: "صحيح الإسناد".

1137 - (5) [حسن لغيره] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "ما أهلَّ مُهِلٌّ قط إلا بُشِّرَ، ولا كَبَّر مُكَبِّرٌ قط إلا بُشِّرَ". قيل: يا رسول الله! بالجنة؟ قال: "نعم". رواه الطبراني في "الأوسط" بإسنادين، رجال أحدهما رجال "الصحيح". (أهَلَّ) الملبي: إذا رفع صوته بالتلبية.

1138 - (6) [حسن لغيره] وعن أبي بكر الصديق رضي الله عنه: أنَّ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - سُئلَ: أيُّ الأعمالِ أفضلُ؟ قال: "العَجُّ والثَّجُّ". رواه ابن ماجه والترمذي، وابن خزيمة في "صحيحه"؛ كلهم من رواية محمد بن المنكدر عن عبد الرحمن بن يربوع، وقال الترمذي: "لم يسمع محمد من عبد الرحمن". ورواه الحاكم وصححه، والبزار؛ إلا أنه قال: ما بال الحجِّ؟ قال: "العجُّ والثجُّ". قال وكيع: "يعني بـ (العجّ) العجيج بالتلبية، و (الثجّ): نحر البدن". وتقدم [يعني 4 - باب/ 10 حديث]. __________ (1) قلت: هذه الزيادة ليست عند ابن ماجه ولا عند غيره من حديث السائب، وإنما هي في حديث زيد بن خالد الآتي بعده، فتنبه ولا تكن مثل المعلقين الثلاثة الذين عزوه لابن ماجه بالرقم!! وهو مخرج في "الصحيحة" (830).
