738 - (2) [حسن] وعن أبي الدرداءِ رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "خمسٌ مَن جاء بهنَّ مع إيمانٍ دخلَ الجنةَ: مَن حافظَ على الصلواتِ الخمسِ، على وضوئِهنَّ وركوعِهنَّ وسجودهنَّ ومواقيتِهنَّ، وصامَ رمضانَ، وحجَّ البيتَ إنِ استطاعَ إليه سبيلاً، وأعطى الزكاةَ طيِّبةً بها نفسُهُ" الحديث. رواه الطبراني في "الكبير" بإسناد جيّد، وتقدم [5 - الصلاة/ 13].

739 - (3) [صحيح لغيره] وعن مُعاذ بنِ جبلٍ رضي الله عنه قال: كنتُ مع رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - في سفرٍ، فأصبحتُ يوماً قريباً منه، ونحن نسير، فقلت: يا رسول الله! أخبرْني بعملٍ يُدخلني الجنةَ، ويباعدني من النار، قال: "لقد سألتَ عن عظيمٍ، وإنه ليسيرٌ على من يَسَّرَهُ اللهُ عليه، تَعبدُ اللهَ ولا تشركُ به شيئاً، وتقيمُ الصلاةَ، وتُؤتي الزكاةَ، وتصومُ رمضانَ، وتَحجُّ البيتَ" الحديث. رواه أحمد والترمذي وصححه، والنسائي وابن ماجه. ويأتي بتمامه في "الصمت" إنْ شاء الله تعالى.

740 - (4) [صحيح لغيره] وعن عائشةَ رضي الله عنها؛ أنّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "ثلاثٌ أحلِفُ عليهن: لا يجعلُ الله من له سهمٌ في الإسلامِ كمَن لا سَهْم لَه، وأسهمُ الإسلام ثلاثةٌ: الصلاةُ، والصومُ، والزكاةُ، ولا يَتَوَلَّى اللهُ عبداً في الدنيا فَيُولِّيه غيرَه يومَ القيامة" الحديث. رواه أحمد بإسناد جيد. [مضى 5 - الصلاة/ 13].

741 - (5) [حسن لغيره] وعن حذيفة رضي الله عنه عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "الإسلامُ ثمانية أسهمٍ: الإسلامُ سهمٌ، والصلاةُ سهمٌ، والزكاةُ سهمٌ، والصومُ سهمٌ، وحجُّ البيتِ سهمٌ، والأمر بالمعروف سهمٌ، والنهيُ عن المنكرِ سهمٌ، والجهاد في سبيل الله سهمٌ، وقد خاب من لا سهمَ له". رواه البزار مرفوعاً، وفيه يزيد بن عطاء اليشكريّ.

743 - (7) [حسن لغيره] وعن جابر رضي الله عنه قال: قال رجل: يا رسولَ الله! أرأيتَ إنْ أدَّى الرجلُ زكاةَ مالِه؟ فقال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مَن أدَّى زكاةَ مالِه؛ فقد ذهب عنه شَرُّه". رواه الطبراني في "الأوسط" -واللفظ له- وابن خزيمة في "صحيحه"، والحاكم مختصراً: "إذا أدَّيْتَ زكاةَ مالِكَ؛ فقد أذهبتَ عنك شَرَّه". وقال: "صحيح على شرط مسلم". __________ (1) قلت: وصله ابن أبي شيبة (5/ 352 و11/ 7)، والطيالسي (410)، والبزار (337) بسند صحيح عنه. وله شاهد قوي مرفوع من حديث أبي هريرة وزاد: "فمن ترك من ذلك شيئاً فقد ترك سهماً من الإسلام، ومن تركهن كلهن، فقد ولى الإسلام ظهره". وهو مخرج في "الصحيحة" (333): وهو نص في أن تارك الصلاة لا يكفر، فهو مثل كثير غيره قاصمة ظهر المكفِّرين، فلعلهم يرجعون، ولا يتأولون ولا ينكرون!

744 - (8) [حسن لغيره] وعن الحسن قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: ". . . . . . . داوُوا مرضاكم بالصدقة. . . . . . ". رواه أبو داود في "المراسيل"، ورواه الطبرانى والبيهقى وغيرهما عن جماعة من الصحابة مرفوعاً متصلاً، والمرسل أشبه. (1)

745 - (9) [صحيح موقوف] ورواه غيره [يعني حديث ابن عمر المرفوع الذي في "الضعيف"] موقوفاً على ابن عمر، وهو الصحيح. [قلت: ولفظه: "كلُّ مالٍ أديتَ زكاتَه وإن كانَ تحتَ سبعِ أرضين؛ فليسَ بكنزٍ، وكلُّ مالٍ لا تؤدى زكاتُه؛ فهو كنزٌ وإن كان ظاهراً على وجه الأرض". رواه البيهقي].

746 - (10) [صحيح لغيره] وعن سَمُرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "أقيموا الصلاة، وآتُوا الزكاةَ، وحجُّوا، واعتمِروا، واستقيموا؛ يُستَقَمْ بكم". رواه الطبراني في "الثلاثة"، وإسناده جيد إنْ شاء الله تعالى، عمران القطان صدوق. __________ (1) قلت: لأنه مع إرساله حسن الإسناد، وما أشارَ إليه من الروايات عن الجماعة لا تخلو من ضعف بعضه شديد، وقد خرجت طائفة منها في "الضعيفة" (575 و3492 و6162)، وهي على اختلاف ألفاظها، قد اتّفقت على جملة المداواة هذه، ولذلك حسَّنتُها. والله أعلم. وانظر إن شئت "المقاصد" للحافظ السخاوي (190 - 191). وغفل عن هذا التفصيل المعلقون الثلاثة -وهو الله اللائق بجهلهم- فحسنوا الحديث بكامله!

747 - (11) [صحيح] وعن أبي أيوب رضي الله عنه: أنّ رجلاً قال للنبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: أخبرْني بعمل يُدخلُني الجنة. قال: "تعبدُ اللهَ لا تشركُ به شيئاً، وتقيمُ الصلاةَ، وتؤتي الزكاةَ، وتَصِلُ الرَّحِمَ". رواه البخاري ومسلم.

748 - (12) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه: أنّ أعرابياً أتى النبيَّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فقال: يا رسولَ الله! دُلَّني على عمل إذا عمِلْتُه دخلتُ الجنة. قال: "تعبدُ اللهَ لا تشرك به شيئاً، وتقيمُ الصلاةَ المكتوبةَ، وتؤتي الزكاةَ المفروضةَ، وتصومُ رمَضانَ". قال: والذي نفسي بيده لا أزيد على هذا ولا أنقُص منه. فلما ولَّى، قال النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مَن سَرَّهُ أنْ يَنظرَ إلى رجلٍ من أهل الجنةِ، فلينْظر إلى هذا". رواه البخاري ومسلم.

749 - (13) [صحيح] وعن عمرو بن مُرَّةَ الجهني رضي الله عنه قال: جاء رجلٌ من قُضاعَةَ إلى رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فقال: إني شَهِدتُ أنْ لا إلهَ إلا اللهُ، وأنك رسولُ اللَهِ، وصليتُ الصلواتِ الخمسَ، وصمتُ رمضانَ وقمتُه، وآتيت الزكاة. فقال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مَن ماتَ على هذا كان من الصدّيقين والشهداء". رواه البزّار بإسناد حسن، وابن خزيمة في "صحيحه"، وابن حبان، وتقدم لفظه في "الصلاة" [5 - الصلاة/ 13].
