427 - (2) [حسن صحيح] وعن أبي الدرداءِ رضي الله عنه قال: سمعت رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "ما مِنْ ثلاثة في قريةٍ ولا بَدْوٍ، لا تُقام فيهم الصلاةُ؛ إلاّ قد استَحْوَذَ عليهم الشيطان، فعليكم بالجماعة؛ فإنّما يأْكلُ الذئبُ مِن الغنمِ القاصيةَ". رواه أحمد وأبو داود والنسائي، وابن خزيمة وابن حبان في "صحيحيهما"، والحاكم. [صحيح] وتقدم [16 - باب] حديث ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه، وفيه: "ولو أنكم صليتم في بيوتِكم، كما يُصلي هذا المتخلِّفُ في بيتِه لَتَركتم سُنَّةَ نبيكم، ولو تركتم سُنَّةَ نبيكم لضللتم" الحديث. رواه مسلم وأبو داود وغيرهما.

428 - (3) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "لقد هَمَمْتُ أنْ آمرَ فِتيَتي فَيَجمعوا لي حُزَماً من حَطبٍ، ثُم آتي قَوماً يصلون في بيوتِهم، ليست بهم علة؛ فأُحَرِّقَها عليهم". فقيل ليزيد -هو ابن الأصم-: الجمعة عنى أو غيرها؟ قال: صُمَّت أذناي إن لم أكن سمعتُ أبا هريرة يأثره عن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -؛ ما ذكر (1) جمعةً ولا غيرها. رواه مسلم وأبو داود وابن ماجه والترمذي مختصراً. 429 - (4) [حسن صحيح] وعن عَمرو بن أمِّ مَكتومٍ رضي الله عنه قال: قلتُ: يا رسولَ اللهِ! أنا ضريرٌ شاسعُ الدارِ، ولي قائدٌ لا يلايِمُني، فهل تجدُ لي رخصةً أنْ أُصَليَ في بيتي؟ قال: "تسمعُ النداءَ؟ ". قال: نعم، قال: "ما أجدُ لكَ رخصةً". رواه أحمد وأبو داود وابن ماجه، وابن خزيمة في "صحيحه"، والحاكم. [حسن صحيح] وفي رواية لأحمد عنه أيضاً: أنّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أتى المسجدَ، فرأى في القوم رِقَّةً (2)، فقال: "إنّي لأهُمُّ أنْ أجعلَ للناسِ إماماً، ثم أَخرجَ، فلا أقْدِرُ على إنسانٍ يتخلّف عن الصلاة في بيته إلا أحرقْتُه عليه". فقال ابنُ أمِّ مكتومٍ: يا رسولَ اللهِ! إنّ بيني وبين المسجدِ نخلاً وشجراً، ولا أقدِرُ على قائدٍ كل ساعةٍ، أَيَسَعُني أنْ أُصلِّيَ في بيتي؟ قال: "أَتَسمعُ الإقامةَ؟ ". قال: نعمْ. قال: "فائتها". وإسناد هذه جيّد. (3) قوله: (شاسع الدار) هو بالشين المعجمة أولاً، والسين والعين المهملتين بعد الألف. أي: بعيد الدار. وقولُه: (لا يلايِمُني) أي: لا يوافقُني. وفي نسخ أبي داود: "لا يلاومني" بالواو، وليس بصواب. قاله الخطابيُّ وغيره. قال الحافظ أبو بكر بن المنذر: "رُوِّينا عن غير واحد من أصحاب رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أنّهم قالوا: "منْ سمع النداء ثم لمْ يجب مِن غير عذر؛ فلا صلاة له"، منهم ابن مسعود وأبو موسى الأشعري، وقد رُوي ذلك عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - (1)؛ وممن كان يرى أنّ حضور الجماعات فرض: عطاء وأحمد بن حنبل وأبو ثَوْر. وقال الشافعي رضي الله عنه: لا أرخّص لمن قدر على صلاة الجماعة في ترك إتيانها إلاّ من عذر" انتهى. وقال الخطابي بعد ذِكْر حديث ابن أم مكتوم: "وفي هذا دليل على أن حضور الجماعة واجب، ولو كان ذلك ندباً لكان أولى مَن يسعه التخلفُ عنها أهلُ الضرورة والضعف؛ ومن كان في مثل حال ابن أم مكتوم، وكان عطاء بن أبي رباح يقول: ليس لأحد من خلق الله في الحضر وبالقرية رخصة إذا سمع النداء في أن يدع الصلاة. وقال الأوزاعي: لا طاعة للوالد في ترك الجمعة والجماعات" انتهى (2). __________ (1) قلت: وكذلك رواه الآخرون مختصراً، غير أبي داود؛ فإن السياق له، فكنتُ أودُّ أنْ ينبَّه المؤلف عليه، كما هي غالب عادته، لا سيما وليس عند غيره: "ليست بهم علة". وفي صحتها نظر عندي بينته في "صحيح أبي داود" (558). (2) أي: قِلَّة. في "اللسان": "وفي ماله رَقَق، ورقَّة: أي: قلَّة". (3) قلت: نعمْ، لكن قوله: "الإقامة" منكر لأَسباب، منها: أنه لا يمكن لمن كان شاسع الدار أن يسمعها عادة، والمحفوظ "النداء" كما في الروايات الأخرى منها ما قبلها، والتي بعدها. وبيانه في "التعليق الرغيب".

430 - (5) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: أتى النبيَّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - رجلٌ أعمى، فقال: يا رسولَ الله! ليس لي قائدٌ يقودُني إلى المسجدِ، فسأل رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أنْ يُرَخِّصَ له فيصلّي في بيته، فرخَّصَ له، فلما ولَّى، دعاه، فقال: "هلْ تَسمعُ النداءَ بالصلاةِ؟ ". فقال: نعمْ. قال: "فأجِبْ". رواه مسلم والنسائي وغيرهما. __________ (1) قلت: يشير إلى حديث ابن عباس المتقدم أول الباب. (2) أي: كلام الخطابي، وهو في "المعالم" (2/ 291 - 292)، وله فيه تتمّة، تعمّد المؤلف عدم ذكرها لضعفها من حيث الدليل.

431 - (6) [صحيح موقوف] وعن أبي الشعثاءِ المحاربيّ قال: كنّا قعوداً في المسجدِ، فأذَّن المؤذنُ، فقام رجل من المسجدِ يَمشي، فأتْبعه أبو هريرةَ بَصَرَه حتّى خرج من المسجدِ، فقال أبو هريرة: أمَّا هذا فقد عصى أبا القاسم - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -. رواه مسلم وغيره. وتقدّم. [قلت: في "الضعيف" 5/ 4].

433 - (8) [صحيح لغيره] وعن أسامة بنِ زيد رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "لَيَنْتَهِيَنَّ رجالٌ عن تركِ الجماعةِ، أو لأُحَرِّقَن بيوتَهم". رواه ابن ماجه من رواية الزِبْرِقان بن عَمروٍ الضَّمري عن أسامة، ولم يسمع منه. __________ (1) قلت: بل هو صحيح؛ لأن رجاله في "الأوسط" (8/ 476/ 7986) ثقات رجال مسلم؛ غير (موسى بن هارون) شيخ الطبراني، وهو ثقة حافظ.

434 - (9) [حسن صحيح] وعن أبي بُردةَ (1) عن أبيه رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مَن سَمعَ النداءَ فارغاً صحيحاً فلم يُجب؛ فلا صَلاةَ له". رواه الحاكم من رواية أبي بكر بن عيّاش عن أبي حُصين عن أبي بُردة (2). وقال: "صحيح الإسناد". (قال الحافظ) رضي الله عنه: "الصحيح وقفه". (3) __________ (1) في الأصل في الموضعين: "ابن بريدة"، وكذا في طبعة عمارة والمخطوطة! والصواب ما أثبتناه، والتصحيح من "المستدرك" وغيره، وأبوه هو أبو موسى الأشعري رضي الله عنه، فالحديث من مسنده، وليس من مسند بريدة، وهو ابن الحصيب. وغفل عن هذا المغفلون الثلاثة، فأثبتوا الخطأ رغم أنني كنت نبهت عليه في الطبعة السابقة، وقد ساعدتهم على تصحيح بعض الأخطاء، وقد يصرحون بذلك أحياناً! (2) في الأصل في الموضعين: "ابن بريدة"، وكذا في طبعة عمارة والمخطوطة! والصواب ما أثبتناه، والتصحيح من "المستدرك" وغيره، وأبوه هو أبو موسى الأشعري رضي الله عنه، فالحديث من مسنده، وليس من مسند بريدة، وهو ابن الحصيب. وغفل عن هذا المغفلون الثلاثة، فأثبتوا الخطأ رغم أنني كنت نبهت عليه في الطبعة السابقة، وقد ساعدتهم على تصحيح بعض الأخطاء، وقد يصرحون بذلك أحياناً! (3) قلتُ: لا وجه لهذا التصحيح، فقد تابع (أبا بكر بن عياش) مسعرٌ وغيره كما تراه في "الإرواء" (2/ 338)؛ رووْه ثلاثتهم عن أبي حصين به مرفوعاً. ويشهد له حديث ابن عباس المتقدم أول الباب. ومن جهل الثلاثة قولهم في تخريج الحديث (1/ 354): "صحيح موقوفاً، رواه الحاكم (1/ 246) ". ولا يخفى فساده على المبتدئ في هذا العلم.
