1139 - (1) [صحيح لغيره] عن عبد الله بن عبيد بن عمير؛ أنه سمع أباه يقول لابن عمر: ما لي لا أراك تستلم إلا هذين الركنين: الحجر الأسود والركن اليماني؟ فقال ابن عمر: إن أفعل فقد سمعت رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: 1 - "إن استلامَهما يَحُطُّ الخطايا". [صحيح لغيره] قال: وسمعته يقول: 2 - "ومن طاف أسبوعاً يُحصيه (1)، وصلى ركعتين؛ كانَ كعدلِ رقبة". قال: وسمعته يقول: 3 - "ما رفع رجل (2) قدماً ولا وضعها؛ إلا كتب له عشر حسنات، وحطّ عنه عشر سيئات، ورفع له عشر درجات". رواه أحمد وهذا لفظه، والترمذي، ولفظه: إني سمعت رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: 1 - "إن مسحَهما كفارةٌ للخطايا". [صحيح لغيره] وسمعته يقول: 2 - "لا يضعُ قدماً ولا يرفعُ أخرى؛ إلا حَطَّ الله عنه بها خطيئةً، وكتبَ له بها حسنةً". ورواه الحاكم وقال: "صحيح الإسناد"، وابن خزيمة في "صحيحه"، ولفظه: قال: إن أفعل فإني سمعت رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: 1 - "مسحُهما يحطُّ الخطايا". وسمعته يقول: 2 - "من طافَ بالبيتِ؛ لم يرفعْ قدماً، ولم يضعْ قدماً؛ إلا كتبَ الله له حسنةً، وحَطّ عنه خطيئةً، وكتبَ (1) له درجة". [صحيح لغيره] وسمعته يقول: 3 - "من أحصى أسبوعاً كانَ كعتقِ رقبةٍ". [صحيح] ورواه ابن حبان في "صحيحه" مختصراً؛ أن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "مسحُ الحجرِ والركنِ اليماني يحطُّ الخطايا حطّاً". (قال الحافظ): "رووه كلهم عن عطاء بن السائب عن عبد الله (2) ". __________ (1) أي: يحصر عدده فيجعله سبعاً لا زيادة ولا نقص. وفيه إشارة إلى أن فضائل العبادات المقيدة بعدد مسمى، لا بد فيها من التمسك بالعدد، لا يزيد ولا ينقص، فتنبه. (2) يعني الطائف حول الكعبة كما يدل عليه رواية ابن خزيمة الآتية، وقد جاء مطلقاً في حديث آخر لكن دون تضعيف الكتابة والوضع والرفع كما تقدم آنفاً.

1140 - (2) [صحيح لغيره] وعن محمد بن المنكدر عن أبيه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "من طاف بالبيت أسبوعاً لا يلغو فيه؛ كان كعدل رقبة يعتقها". رواه الطبراني في "الكبير"، ورواته ثقات.

1141 - (3) [صحيح] وعن ابن عباس أيضاً؛ أن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "الطوافُ حولَ البيتِ صلاةٌ، إلا أنكم تتكلمونَ فيه، فمن تكلمَ فلا يتكلمُ إلا بخيرٍ". رواه الترمذي -واللفظ له-، وابن حبان في "صحيحه". قال الترمذي: "وقد روي عن ابن عباس موقوفاً، ولا نعرفه مرفوعاً إلا من حديث عطاء بن السائب" (1). __________ (1) كذا الأصل، ولعل الصواب (ورفع) كما وقع في "صحيح ابن حبان" (رقم 1000 - موارد)، ويأتي لفظه قريباً هنا برقم (5). (2) يعني أن عطاء مختلط. لكن رواه عنه الثوري وغيره ممن سمع منه قبل الاختلاط، وهو مخرج في "الصحيحة" (2725).

صحیح الترغیب والترھیب #1144

1144 - (6) [صحيح] وعن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - في الحَجَر: "والله لَيَبعَثَنَّهُ الله يومَ القيامة له عينان يبصر بهما، ولسانٌ ينطق به، يشهد على من استلمهُ بحق (3) ". رواه الترمذي وقال: "حديث حسن"، وابن خزيمة وابن حبان في "صحيحيهما". __________ (1) يشير إلى إعلاله باختلاط عطاء كما سبق في الحديث المتقدم، وهو مردود من وجهين: الأول: أنه رواه عنه سفيان الثوري، ولذلك قوّى الحديث ابنُ دقيق العيد والعسقلاني. والآخر: أنه تابعه ثقتان على رفعه؛ خلافاً لقول الترمذي، وتفصيل هذا في "إرواء الغليل" (1/ 154 - 158). وجهل هذا كله المعلقون الثلاثة، فضعفوا الحديث! هداهم الله وعرفهم بأنفسهم! (2) قال الناجي (132/ 2): "ورواه النسائي بلفظ: من طاف سبعاً فهو كعدل رقبة". قلت: ورواه أحمد بزيادة: "يحصيه"، وقد تقدم في حديث الباب الأول. (3) الباء للملابسة، أي: متلبساً بها بحق وهو دين الإسلام، واستلامه بحق هو طاعة الله، واتباع سنة نبيه - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -؛ لا تعظيم الحجر نفسه. والشهادة عليه هي الشهادة على أدائه حق الله المتعلق به، وليست (على) للضرر.

1145 - (7) [حسن لغيره] وعن عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاصي رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "يأْتي الركنُ (1) يومَ القيامةِ أعظمَ مِن أبي قُبَيْسٍ (2)، له لسانٌ وشفتان". رواه أحمد بإسناد حسن.

1146 - (8) [صحيح لغيره] وعن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "نزلَ الحَجَرُ الأَسودُ من الجنةِ، وهو أَشدُّ بياضاً من اللبنِ، فسوّدَتْه خطايا بني آدم". رواه الترمذي، وقال: "حديث حسن صحيح". وابن خزيمة في "صحيحه"؛ إلا أنه قال: "أشدُّ بياضاً من الثلجِ" (3). ورواه البيهقي مختصراً قال: "الحجرُ الأَسودُ من الجنةِ، وكانَ أشدّ بياضاً من الثلجِ، حتى سوَّدَتْه خطايا أهلِ الشركِ".

1147 - (9) [صحيح لغيره] وعنه [يعني عبد الله بن عمرو] قال: سمعتُ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وهو مسندٌ ظهرَه إلى الكعبةِ يقول: "الركنُ والمقامُ ياقوتتان من يواقيتِ الجنةِ، ولولا أن الله طمَسَ نورَهما لأضاءتا ما بين المشرقِ والمغربِ". رواه الترمذي، وابن حبان في "صحيحه"؛ كلاهما من رواية رجاء بن صبيح (1) والحاكم، ومن طريقه البيهقي. [حسن صحيح] وفي روايةٍ للبيهقي قال: "إن الركنَ والمقامَ من ياقوتِ الجنةِ، ولولا ما مسَّه من خطايا بني آدمَ لأضاء ما بين المشرقِ والمغربِ، وما مسَّهما من ذوي عاهةٍ ولا سقيمٍ إلا شُفِي". [صحيح] وفي أخرى له عنه أيضاً رفعه قال: "لولا ما مسَّه من أنجاسِ الجاهلية ما مسَّه ذو عاهةٍ إلا شُفيَ، وما على الأرضِ شيءٌ من الجنةِ غيرهُ" (2). __________ (1) الأصل: "الركن اليماني"، والتصويب من "المسند" (2/ 211) و"المعجم الأوسط" (1/ 337)، وغيرهما، وهو قل من جل مما فات المحققين الثلاثة تصويبه! (2) جبل بمكة سمي برجل من مَذحج حداد؛ لأنه أول من بني فيه. (3) قلت: وهو المحفوظ كما حققته في "الصحيحة" (2618)، وأما المعلقون الثلاثة فحسنوا اللفظين، ولم يرجحوا واحداً منهما على آخر! ولا بد منه.
