579 - (1) [صحيح] عن أم حبيبة رَمْلةَ بنتِ أبي سفيانَ رضي الله عنهما قالت: سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "ما من عبدٍ مسلم يصلي لله تعالى في كل يوم ثِنْتَي عَشْرَةَ ركعةً تطوعاً غيرَ فريضة (2)؛ إلا بَنىَ الله تعالى له بيتاً في الجنة، أو: إلا بُنِيَ له بيتٌ في الجنةِ". رواه مسلم وأبو داود والنسائي والترمذي، وزاد: "أربعاً قبلَ الظهر، وركعتين بعدها، وركعتين بعد المغرب، وركعتين بعد العشاء، وركعتين قبل صلاة الغداة" (3).

580 - (2) [صحيح لغيره] وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "من ثابر على ثِنْتَيْ عَشْرةَ ركعةً في اليوم والليلةِ دخلَ الجنةَ، أربعاً قبل الظهر، وركعتين بعدها، وركعتين بعد المغرب، وركعتين بعد العشاء، وركعتين قبل الفجر". رواه النسائي -وهذا لفظه-، والترمذي وابن ماجه من رواية المغيرة بن زياد عن عطاء عن عائشة. وقال النسائي: "هذا خطأ، ولعله أراد عنبسة بن أبي سفيان فصحف" (1). ثم رواه النسائي عن ابن جريج عن عطاء عن عنبسة بن أبي سفيان عن أم حبيبة. وقال: "عطاء بن أبي رباح لم يسمعه من عنبسة" انتهى. (ثابر): بالثاء المثلثة وبعد الألف باء موحدة ثم راء، أي: لازم وواظب. __________ (1) (النوافل) جمع نافلة: وهي صلاة التطوع؛ لأنها زوائد عن الفرض. (2) هو من باب التوكيد، ورفع احتمال إرادة الاستعارة، وهكذا ينبغي استعمال التوكيد إذا احتيج ليه. والله أعلم. (3) في الأصل هنا: (ورواه بالزيادة ابن خزيمة وابن حبان في "صحيحيهما"، والحاكم وقال: "صحيح على شرط مسلم"، إلا أنهم زادوا: "ركعتين قبل العصر"، ولم يذكروا: "ركعتين بعد العشاء"، وهو كذلك عند النسائي في رواية، ورواه ابن ماجه فقال: "وركعتين قبل الظهر، وركعتين -أظنه- قبل العصر"، ووافق الترمذي على الباقي). قلت: الزيادتان ضعيفتان، وقوله: "رواه ابن ماجه" يشعر أنه رواها عن أم حبيبة، وليس كذلك، فهي عنده من حديث أبي هريرة، فتنبه.

581 - (1) [صحيح] عن عائشة رضي الله عنها عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "ركعتا الفجر خيرٌ من الدنيا وما فِيها (1) ". رواه مسلم والترمذي. وفي رواية لمسلم: "لهما أحب إليَّ من الدنيا جميعاً".

582 - (2) [صحيح] وعنها قالت: لم يكن النبيُّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - على شيء من النوافل أشدَّ تعاهداً منه على رَكْعَتَيِ الفجر. رواه البخاري ومسلم وأبو داود والنسائي، وابن حزيمه في "صحيحه". وفي رواية لابن خزيمة: قالت: "ما رأيتُ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إلى شيءٍ من الخير أسرعَ منه إلى الركعتين قبلَ الفجر، ولا إلى غنيمة".

583 - (3) [صحيح لغيره] وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: " {قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ} تَعدلُ ثلث القرآن، و {قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ} تَعدِلُ ربعَ القرآن"، وكان يقرؤهما في ركعتي الفجر. . . (2). رواه أبو يعلى بإسناد حسن، والطبراني في "الكبير"، واللفظ له. __________ (1) أي: من متاع الدنيا. (2) هنا في الأصل قوله: "فيهما رغب الدهر". فحذفته لخلوه من شاهد، فهو بهذا الاعتبار من الكتاب الآخر. وهو مخرج في "الضعيفة" (5051) مع الإشارة إلى الشواهد التي تقوي جملة (الربع) المذكورة هنا.

584 - (1) [حسن صحيح] عن أم حبيبة رضي الله عنها قالت: سمعتُ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "مَن يُحافظُ على أربعِ ركعاتٍ قبلَ الظهر، وأربعٍ بعدها؛ حَرَّمَه الله على النار". رواه أحمد وأبو داود والنسائي والترمذي من رواية القاسم أبي عبد الرحمن صاحب أبي أمامة، عن عنبسة بن أبي سفيان عن أمّ حبيبة. وقال الترمذي: "حديث حسن صحيح غريب، والقاسم [هو] ابن عبد الرحمن، [يكنى أبا عبد الرحمن] (1) شامي ثقة" انتهى. وفيِ رواية للنسائي: "فتَمَسَّ وجهَهُ النارُ أبداً". ورواه ابن خزيمة في "صحيحه" عن سليمان بن موسى عن محمد بن أبي سفيان عن أخته أم حبيبة. قال الحافظ رضي الله عنه: "ورواه أبو داود والنسائي وابن خزيمة في "صحيحه" أيضاً وغيرهم من رواية مكحول عن عنبسة، ومكحول لم يسمع من عنبسة. قاله أبو زرعة وأبو مُسهِر والنسائي وغيرهم، ورواه الترمذي أيضاً وحسنه، وابن ماجه؛ كلاهما من رواية محمد ابن عبد الله الشُّعَيْثي عن أبيه عن عنبسة، ويأتي الكلام على محمد".

585 - (2) [حسن لغيره] ورُوي عن أبي أيوب رضي الله عنه عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "أربعٌ قبلَ الظهرِ. . .، تُفتح لهن أبوابُ السماء". رواه أبو داود -واللفظ له- وابن ماجه، وفي إسنادهما احتمال للتحسين. (2) [حسن لغيره] ورواه الطبراني في "الكبير" و"الأوسط"، ولفظه: قال: لما نزل رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عليّ رأيته يديم أربعاً قبل الظهر، وقال: "إنه إذا زالت الشمسُ فتِحَتْ أبوابُ السماءِ، فلا يُغلقُ منها بابٌ حتى يُصلى الظهرُ، فأنا أَحبُّ أن يُرفعَ لي في تلك الساعة خير". (1) __________ (1) هذه وما قبلها من (الترمذي) رقم (428). (2) قلت: لكن له طرق أخرى يتقوى بها دون قوله: "ليس فيهن تسليم"، وقد أشرت إليه بالنقط، وخرجته في "صحيح أبي داود" (1193) ويشهد له حديثُ عبد الله بن السائب الآتي بعد حديث.

586 - (3) [حسن لغيره] وعن قابوس عن أبيه قال: أرسل أبي إلى عائشة: أيَّ صلاة رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كان أحبُّ إليه أن يواظب عليها؟ قالت: كان يصلي أربعاً قبل الظهر، ويطيلُ فيهن القيامَ، وُيحسنُ فيهن الركوع والسجود. رواه ابن ماجه. وقابوس هو ابن أبي ظبيان؛ وثَّقَ، وصحح له الترمذي وابن خزيمة والحاكم وغيرهم، لكن المرسَلُ إلى عائشة مبهم. والله أعلم.

587 - (4) [صحيح] وعن عبد الله بن السائبِ رضي الله عنه: أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كان يصلي أربعاً بعد أن تزول الشمسُ قبلَ الظهرِ، (2) وقال: "إنَّها ساعةٌ تُفتحُ فيها أبوابُ السماءِ، فأُحِبُّ أنْ يَصعد لي فيها عملٌ صالحٌ". رواه أحمد، والترمذي، وقال: "حديث حسن غريب". __________ (1) لم يتكلم عنه الهيثمي، لكن له عند الطبراني في "الكبير" (4/ 200 - 203) طرق دون جملة التسليم، ويشهد له ما بعده. (2) مفهومه أنه كان لا يصليها قبل الجمعة، وهو من المفاهيم التي يجب الأخذ بها، لثبوت أنه - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كان إذا خرج إلى المسجد جلس على المنبر فوراً دون فصل، ثم إذا جلس أذن بلال، فإذا انتهى منه خطب عليه الصلاة والسلام، فليس هناك وقت لصلاة ركعتين، بله أربعاً في السنة المحمدية، فهل آن للمقلدة أن يعرفوا هذه الحقيقة؟! وأن الصلاة المطلقة مشروعة قبل الأذان والزوال؟! انظر تفصيلي هذا الإجمال في رسالتي "الأجوبة النافعة".

589 - (1) [صحيح] وعن أنس رضي الله عنه في قوله تعالى: {تَتَجَافَى جُنُوبُهُمْ عَنِ الْمَضَاجِعِ}: نزلت في انتظار الصلاةِ التي تُدعى العَتَمَة. رواه الترمذي، وقال: "حديث حسن صحيح غريب". [صحيح] وأبو داود؛ إلا أنه قال: كانوا يتيقظون (1) ما بين المغرب والعشاء، يصلون. وكان الحسن (2) يقول: قيام الليل.

قِيَامُ اللَّيْلِ ← «كَانُوا يَتَيَقَّظُونَ مَا بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ يُصَلُّونَ»، وَكَانَ الْحَسَنُ ← "حديث حسن صحيح غريب". [صحيح] وأبو داود؛ إلا أنه ← الْمَضَاجِعِ} نزلتْ في انتظار الصلاةِ التي تُدْعى العَتَمَة. رواه الترمذي ← أَنَسٍ، فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {تَتَجَافَى جُنُوبُهُمْ ← [صحيح]

590 - (2) [صحيح] وعن حذيفة رضي الله عنه قال: أتيتُ النبيَّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فصليت معه المغربَ، فصلى إلى العشاء. رواه النسائي (3) بإسناد جيد. __________ (1) في الأصل والمخطوطة ومطبوعة عمارة "يتنفلون". والتصويب من "أبي داود" و"قيام الليل" لابن نصر، والسياق يؤكده. وأما المعلقون الثلاثة فلزموا الخطأ، وهم يدَّعون التحقيق! وقد ذكروا رقم الحديث عند أبي داود (1321)!! فلم يستفيدوا إلا التسويد! (2) وهو الحسن البصري. (3) قلت: في "السنن الكبرى" (5/ 80/ 8298) في أثناء حديث، وكذلك أخرجه الترمذي وابن حبان وغيرهما. وهو مخرَّج في "الصحيحة" (2/ 425). وأخرجه أحمد (5/ 404) مختصراً بلفظ: "فلم يزل يصلي حتى صلى العشاء، ثم خرج".
