856 - (1) [صحيح] عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "من تصدَّق بِعدْلِ (1) تمرةٍ من كسبٍ طيبٍ، ولا يقبل الله إلا الطيب، فإنَّ الله يقبلُها بيمينه، ثم يربِّيها لصاحبها كما يربي أحدكم فَلوَّه، حتى تكون مثل الجبل". رواه البخاري ومسلم، والنسائي والترمذي وابن ماجه، وابن خزيمة في "صحيحه". [صحيح] وفي رواية لابن خزيمة: "إنَّ العبدَ إذا تصدَّق من طَيِّبٍ تقبلها الله منه، وأخذها بيمينه فربّاها، كما يربِّي أحدكم مُهره أو فصيلَه، وإنَّ الرجلَ ليتصدقُ باللقمةِ، فتربو فى يد الله -أو قال: في كفِّ الله- حتى تكون مثل الجبل، فتصدقوا". [صحيح لغيره] وفي رواية صحيحة للترمذي: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "إنَّ اللهَ يقبلُ الصدقةَ، ويأخذُها بيمينه، فيربِّيها لأحدكم كما يُربِّي أحدُكُم مُهرَه، حتى إنَّ اللقمةَ لتصيُر مثلَ أُحدٍ (2). . ". ورواه مالك بنحو رواية الترمذي هذه عن سعيد بن يسار مرسلاً، لم يذكر أبا هريرة. __________ (1) بكسر العين المهملة: هو ما عادل الشيء من غير جنسه، وبالفتح: ما عادله من جنسه. (2) هو بضم الهمزة والحاء المهملة: جبل معروف بالمدينة. وفى الأصل هنا زيادة: "وتصديق ذلك في كتاب الله: {أَلَمْ يَعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ يَقْبَلُ التَّوْبَةَ عَنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَأْخُذُ الصَّدَقَاتِ} [التوبة/ 104]، و {يَمْحَقُ اللَّهُ الرِّبَا وَيُرْبِي الصَّدَقَاتِ} [البقرة/ 276]، فحذفت الزيادة لتفرد عباد ابن منصور بها، ومخالفته لما قبلها من الصحيحة، ولرواية مالك أيضاً المرسلة الآتية، خلافاً لما يوهمه كلام المؤلف فتنبه. ووقعت الآية الأولى في الأصل هكذا {وهو الذي يقبل التوبة عن عباده ويأخذ الصدقات}، وتجاهل الثلاثة ما نقلوه عن الناجي من قوله مستنكراً على الترمذي: "وكيف يصحح وفيه عباد بن منصور وهو ضعيف؟! " تجاهلوا هذا وقالوا: "حسن"! هذا مع المخالفة المذكورة!

857 - (2) [صحيح] وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها عن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "إن اللهَ ليربِّي لأحدكم التمرةَ واللقمةَ، كما يُربِّي أحدُكم فَلُوَّه أو فصيله، حتى تكون مثلَ أُحدٍ". رواه الطبراني، وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، واللفظ له (1). (الفلوَّ) بفتح الفاء وضم اللام وتشديد الواو: هو المهر أول ما يولد. و (الفصيل): ولد الناقة إلى أنْ يفصل عن أمه.

858 - (3) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "ما نقصتْ صدقةٌ من مال، وما زاد الله عبداً بعفوٍ إلا عزاً، وما تواضع أحد لله إلا رفعه الله عز وجل". رواه مسلم والترمذي، ورواه مالك مرسلاً.

859 - (4) [صحيح] وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها: أنَّهم ذبحوا شاة، فقال النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "ما بقي منها؟ ". قالت: ما بقي منها إلا كتفها. قال: "بقي كلُّها غيرُ كتفها". رواه الترمذي وقال: "حديث حسن صحيح". ومعناه: أنهم تصدقوا بها إلا كتفها.

860 - (5) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "يقول العبدُ: مالي مالي، وإنما له من ماله ثلاثٌ: ما أكل فأَفنى، أو لَبس فأبلى، أو أعطى فاقْتنى (1)، وما سوى ذلك فهو ذاهب وتاركه للناس". رواه مسلم. __________ (1) لقد أبعد المصنف النجعة، فلم يعزه لأحمد، وتبعه في ذلك الهيثمي (3/ 111 و112) وهو في "مسنده" (6/ 251) باللفظ المذكور، ورواه البزار (1/ 441/ 931) من طريق أخرى عنها نحوه.

861 - (6) [صحيح] وعن ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "أيُّكم مالُ وارثِه أحبُّ إليه من مالِه؟ ". قالوا: يا رسول الله! ما منا أحدٌ إلا مالُه أحبُّ إليه. قال: "فإنَّ مالَه ما قدَّم، ومالَ وارثه ما أخَّر". رواه البخاري والنسائي.

862 - (7) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "بينا رجل في فلاةٍ من الأرض، فسمع صوتاً في سحابة: اسقِ حديقةَ فلان. فتنحى ذلك السحابِ، فأفرغ ماءه فِي حَرَّةٍ، فإذا شَرْجةٌ من تلك الشِراج قد استوعبتْ ذلك الماءَ كلَّه، فتتبع الماءَ، فإذا رجلٌ (2) قائم في حديقة يُحَوِّل الماء بمسحاتِه، فقال [له]: يا عبدَ الله! ما اسمك؟ قال: فلان، لِلاسم الذي سمع في السحابة. فقال له: يا عبدَ الله! لم سألتني عن اسمي؟ قال: [إني] سمعتُ [صوتاً] في السحاب الذي هذا ماؤه يقول: اسقِ حديقةَ فلان؛ لاسمك، فما تصنع فيها؟ قال: أمّا إذ قلتَ هذا، فإنِّي أنظر إلى ما يخرج منها فأتصدَّقُ بثلثِه، وآكل أنا وعيالي ثلثاً، وأرُدُّ فيها ثلثه". رواه مسلم. (الحديقة): البستان إذا كان عليه حائط. (الحَرَّة) بفتح الحاء المهملة وتشديد الراء: الأرض التي بها حجارة سود. و (الشَّرْجة) بفتح الشين المعجمة وإسكان الراء بعدها جيم وتاء تأنيث: مسيل الماء إلى الأرض السهلة. و (المِسحاة) بالسين والحاء المهملتين: هي المجرفة من الحديد. __________ (1) كذا في "صحيح مسلم" (8/ 221) بالتاء، والمعنى: ادخره لآخرته. أي: ادخر ثوابه. ولفظه في "المسند" (2/ 318 و412): "فأقنى" بحذف التاء، أي: أرضى، ورواه ابن حبان أيضاً، ووقع في "الموارد" (2487): "فأبقى"، ولعله خطأ من الطابع أو الناسخ. ثم رأيته كذالك في "الإحسان" (3233) و (3317) بالسند نفسه "أو تصدقت فأمضيت"! (2) الأصل: "الرجل"، والتصحيح من "مسلم" (8/ 222)، و"المسند" (2/ 296)، والزيادات منهما. وهي مما فات المحققين الثلاثة!

863 - (8) [صحيح] وعن عدي بن حاتم رضي الله عنه قال: سمعت رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "ما منكم (1) مِن أحد إلا سيكلمُه الله، ليس بينه وبينه تَرجُمان (2)، فينظر أيمنَ منه، فلا يرى إلا ما قدَّم، فينظر أشأم منه، فلا يرى إلا ما قدَّم، فينظر بين يديه، فلا يرى إلا النارَ تلقاء وجهه، فاتقوا النار ولو بشِقِّ تمرة". وفي رواية: "مَن استطاع منكم أنْ يَستَتِر من النار ولو بشق تمرة؛ فليفعل". رواه البخاري ومسلم. (3)

864 - (9) [صحيح لغيره] وعن عبد الله بن مسعود رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "لِيَتَّقِ أحدُكم وجْهَه النارَ ولو بشق تمرة". رواه أحمد بإسناد صحيح. __________ (1) ظاهر الخطاب للصحابة، ويلحق بهم المؤمنون كلهم كما هي القاعدة. (2) بضم التاء المثناة فوق وفتحها، وفتح الجيم وضمها، أي: مفسِّر، يقال: ترجم كلامه إذا فسَّره بكلام آخر. ونظر اليمين والشمال هنا كالمثل؛ لأن الإنسان من شأنه إذا دهمه أمر أن يلتفت يميناً وشمالاً يطلب الفوت. وقيل: يحتمل أن يطلب طريقاً يهرب منه لينجو من النار، فلا يرى إلا ما يقضي به الله من دخول النار. والله أعلم. (3) هذا ليس بجيد، فإنَّ الرواية الثانية تفرد بها مسلم، فرواها من غير طريق الرواية الأولى، فالصواب أنْ يعزى بعد الأولى، ثم يقال: وفي رواية لمسلم، وتذكر، لكن كثيراً ما يفعل هكذا فيوهم عود الضمير إليهما كما نبهت عليه في مواضع. كذا في "العجالة" (115/ 2).

866 - (11) [صحيح] وعن جابر رضي الله عنه؛ أنه سمع رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول لكعب ابن عُجْرَةَ: "يا كعبُ بنَ عُجْرَة! الصلاةُ قُرْبانٌ، والصيام جُنةٌ، والصدقةُ تُطفئُ الخطيئة كما يُطفئُ الماءُ النارَ، يا كعبُ بنَ عُجْرَة! الناسُ غاديان: فبائعٌ نفسَه فمُوِبقٌ (1) رَقبته، ومبتاع نفسه فمُعْتِقٌ رقبته". رواه أبو يعلى (2) بإسناد صحيح.

867 - (12) [صحيح لغيره] وعن كعب بن عُجْرَة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "يا كعبُ بنَ عُجْرَة! إنه لا يدخل الجنة لحمٌ ودَمٌ نبتا على سُحتٍ؛ النار أولى به، يا كعبُ بنَ عُجْرَة! الناس غاديان: فغادٍ في فِكاك نفسِهِ فمعتقُها، وغادٍ موِبقُها، يا كعبُ بنَ عُجْرَة! الصلاةُ قُربان،. . . (3)، والصوم جُنّةٌ، والصدقةُ تطفئُ الخطيئة. . .". رواه ابن حبان في "صحيحه". __________ (1) الأصل: "فموثق"، و"في عتق رقبته" وهو خطأ، والتصحيح من "أبي يعلى" وغيره. (2) هذا يشعر بأنَّه لم يروه من هو أعلى طبقة منه، وليس كذلك، فقد أخرجه أحمد أيضاً (3/ 321 و399)، وصححه الحاكم، ووافقه الذهبي. (3) هنا جملة في "صحيح ابن حبان" (261 - موارد) بلفظ: "والصدقة برهان"، ولم ترد في الأصل، ولم أستدركها لأنها منكرة، ولهذا حذفت من آخره جملة: "كما يذهب الجليد على الصفا" مشيراً إلى ذلك بالنقط (. . . .).
