457 - (2) [صحيح] وعن أبي زُهيرٍ (2) عُمارَةَ بنِ رُوَيبة قال: سمعتُ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "لنْ يَلجَ (3) النارَ أحدٌ صلَّى قَبلَ طلوعِ الشمسِ، وقبل غروبها. يعني الفجرَ والعصرَ". رواه مسلم.

458 - (3) [حسن] وعن أبي مالكٍ الأشجعي عن أبيه رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مَن صلّى الصبحَ فهو في ذِمَّةِ اللهِ، وحسابُه على الله". رواه الطبراني في "الكبير" و"الأوسط"، ورواته رواة الصحيح؛ إلا الهيثم بن يمان، وتُكُلِّمَ فيه (1)، وللحديث شواهد. (أبو مالك) هو سعد بن طارق. __________ (1) تثنية (بَرْد) بفتح الباء الموحدة وسكون الراء: هما الصبح والعصر كما قال المصنف رحمه الله تعالى، وسُميَّا بذلك لأنهما يفعلان في وقت البرد. وقال الخطابي: "لأنهما يصلّيان في بردي النهار، وهما طرفاه حين يطيب الهواء، وتذهب سَورة الحر. والله أعلم. (2) الأصل: "زهيرة"، وكذا في طبعة عمارة، وهو خطأ، والتصويب من المخطوطة وكتب الرجال. (3) أي: يدخل، من (الوُلوج): الدخول. قلت: أي: دخول عذاب، وإلا فمطلق الدخول لابد منه لعموم الناس، لقوله تعالى: {وَإِنْ مِنْكُمْ إِلَّا وَارِدُهَا. .} أي: داخلها، على القول الراجح في تفسيرها. انظر مقدِّمتي لكتاب "الآيات البيِّنات في عدم سماع الأموات؛ عند الحنفية السادات" للشيخ نعمان الألوسي، وهو مطبوع.

459 - (4) [صحيح] وعن جُندَبِ بن عبدِ الله رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مَن صلى الصبحَ فهو في ذِمَّةِ الله، فلا يطلُبَنَّكُمُ اللهُ مِن ذِمَّتهِ بشيء؛ فإنّه من يَطْلُبْه من ذِمّته بشيء يُدركْهُ، ثمَّ يَكُبُّه على وجهه في نارِ جَهَنَّم". رواه مسلم وغيره. 460 - (5) [صحيح] وعن أبي بَصْرَةَ الغِفَاريِّ رضي الله عنه قال: صلّى بنا رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - العصرَ بـ (المَخْمِصِ) وقال: "إنّ هذه الصلاةَ عُرضَتْ على مَن كان قَبلكم فضيَّعوها، فمَن حافظ عليها كان له أجرُه مَرّتين" الحديث. رواه مسلم والنسائي. (المخمص): بضم الميم وفتح الخاء المعجمة والميم جميعاً، وقيل: بفتح الميم وسكون الخاء وكسر الميم بعدها، وفي آخره صاد مهملة: اسم طريق. (2)

461 - (6) [صحيح لغيره] وعن أبي بكرٍ (3) رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مَن صلَّى الصبحَ في جماعةِ فهو في ذِمَّةِ الله، فمَن أخفر (1) ذمّةَ اللهِ كَبَّه الله في النارِ لوجهه". رواه ابن ماجه، والطبراني في "الكبير" واللفظ له، ورجال إسناده رجال "الصحيح". (2) __________ (1) قلت: لم يتكلم فيه إلا الأزدي، وهو نفسه متكلَّم فيه وفي تجريحه، وقد خالفه إمام الجرح والتعديل أبو حاتم فقال فيه: "صالح"، فالحديث حسن الإسناد إن شاء الله تعالى. (2) أي: في جبل (عَير) إلى مكة. كما في "معجم البلدان"، وقيّده بالضبط الثاني، كـ (مَنْزل)، وبه صرّح في "القاموس"، وبالضبط الأوّل قُيِّدَ في "مسلم"، وقيل غير ذلك. (3) الأصل (أبي بَكرة) والتصويب من "المخطوطة"، و"سنن ابن ماجه"، و"العجالة" (69). لكنْ ذكره الهيثمي في "المجمع" (1/ 296 - 297) من حديث أبي بكرة بلفظين المذكور أحدهما. فإنْ صحّ هذا فيكون المؤلف قد خلط بين حديث أبي بكر، وحديث أبي بكرة. ومسند (أبي بكرة) =

462 - (7) [صحيح لغيره] وعن ابنِ عُمرَ رضي الله عنهما؛ أن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "مَن صلى الصبحَ فهو في ذِمَّة الله تبارك وتعالى، فلا تُخفِروا اللهَ تبارك وتعالى في ذِمَّتِهِ، فإنَّه مَن أخفَر ذِمَّتَه طَلَبَهُ الله تبارك وتعالى، حتى يَكُبَّه على وجهه". رواه أحمد والبزّار. ورواه الطبراني في "الكبير" و"الأوسط" بنحوه: (وفي أوله قصة): وهو أنَّ الحجاج أمر سالم بن عبد الله بقتل رجل، فقال له سالم: أصليتَ الصبح؟ فقال الرجل: نعم. قال: فانطلقْ! فقال له الحجَّاج: ما منعك مِن قتله؟ فقال سالم: حدثني أبي أنه سمع رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "مَن صلَّى الصبحَ كان في جِوار الله يومَه". فكرهتُ أنْ أقتلَ رجلاً قدْ أجارهَ الله. فقال الحجَّاج لابن عمر: أنتَ سمعت هذا من رسول الله؟ فقال ابن عمر: نعمْ. (قال الحافظ): "وفي الأولى ابن لَهيعة، وفي الثانية يحيى بن عبد الحميد الحِمَّاني". __________ = واسمه (نفيع بن الحارث الثقفي) مما لم يطبع من "المعجم الكبير" للطبراني، فلم نستطع متابعة التحقيق في الخلاف المذكور. ولفظ ابن ماجه تقدم (5/ 9). وقد أقرَّ الخلط المذكور المعلقون الثلاثة، مع أنهم نقلوا عن الهيثمي قوله في رواية الطبراني: "ورجاله رجال الصحيح".!! (1) يقال: (أخفرت الرجل): نقضتُ عهده وذمامه، والهمزة فيه للإزالة، أي: أزلت خفارته، أي: عهده وذمامه، والله أعلم. (2) كذا، ولعل هذا بالنظر إلى سند الطبراني، وإلا ففي سند ابن ماجه حابس بن سعد، ولمْ يخرج له من الستة إلا ابن ماجه. وقيل: إن له صحبة، ورجح الحافظ أن لا صحبة له. ولم أجد الحديث عندَ الطبراني في ترجمة أبي بكر الصديق رضي الله عنه، لكن يشهد له حديث جندب الذي قبله.

463 - (8) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرةَ رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "يتعاقبون فيكم ملائكةٌ بالليل، وملائكةٌ بالنَّهار، ويجتمعون في صلاةِ الفجر، وصلاةِ العصر، ثم يَعرُجُ الذين باتوا فيكم، فيسألُهم ربُّهم -وهو أعلمَ بهم-: كيف تركتُم عبادي؟ فيقولون: تركناهم وهم يصلّون، وأتيناهم وهم يصلّون". رواه البخاري ومسلم والنَّسائي [ومضى 13 - باب]، وابن خُزيمة في "صحيحه"، ولفظه في إحدى رواياته: قال: "تجتمع ملائكةُ الليل وملائكةُ النهار، في صلاة الفجرِ، وصلاةِ العصر، فيجتمعون في صلاةِ الفجر، فتصعَد ملائكةُ الليل، وتَثبُتُ ملائكةُ النهار، ويجتمعون في صلاةِ العصر، فتصعَد ملائكةُ النهار، وتثبُتُ ملائكةُ الليل، فيسألُهم ربُّهم: كيف تركتم عبادي؟ فيقولون: أتيناهم وهم يصلون، وتركناهم وهم يصلون، فاغفرْ لهم يومَ الدين".
