138 - (1) [حسن لغيره] عن أبي أمامة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مَن تَرَكَ المِراءَ وهو مُبطلٌ بُنِيَ له بيتٌ في رَبَضِ الجنة، ومَن تركه وهو مُحِقٌّ بُني له في وسَطها، ومن حسَّن خُلُقَه بُنِيَ له في أعلاها". رواه أبو داود والترمذي -واللفظ له-، وابن ماجه والبيهقي، وقال الترمذي: "حديث حسن". (2) (ربض الجنة) هو بفتح الراء والباء الموحدة وبالضاد المعجمة: وهو ما حولها.

139 - (2) [حسن لغيره] وعن معاذ بن جبلٍ قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "أنا زعيمٌ ببيتِ في رَبَضِ الجنة، وببيتٍ في وَسَطِ الجنةِ، وببيتِ في أعلى الجنة، لِمَن تركَ المِراء وإن كان محقّاً، وتركَ الكذبَ وإن كان مازحَاً، وحَسَّنَ خُلُقَه". رواه البزار والطبراني في "معاجيمه الثلاثة"، وفيه سُويد بن إبراهيم أبو حاتم (1). __________ (1) (المراء): الجدال، والتماري، والمماراة: المجادلة على مذهب الشك والريبة، ويقال للمناظرة: مماراة؛ لأن كل واحد منهما يستخرج ما عند صاحبه، ويمتريه كما يمتري الحالب اللبن من الضرع. والمرية: التردد في الأمر. و (المخاصمة): المنازعة، يقال خاصمه أي: نازعه. و (المحاجَّة): المغالبة. (2) هذا يوهم أن جميع المذكورين أخرجوه باللفظ المذكور عن أبي أمامة؛ والواقع أنه لم يخرجه عنه منهم سوى أبي داود بنحوه، وإسناده يحتمل التحسين، ولفظه: "أنا زعيم ببيت في ربض الجنة لمن ترك المراء وإن كان محقّاً، وببيت في وسط الجنة لمن ترك الكذب وإن كان مازحاً، وببيت في أعلى الجنة لمن حسن خلقه".، وأخرجه الضياء المقدسي في "الأحاديث المختارة"، وإنما أخرجه بنحو اللفظ المذكور ابن ماجه والترمذي -وحسنه-، عن أنس بن مالك، والأقرب إلى اللفظ المذكور حديث معاذ الآتي بعده. وقد تكلمت على أسانيدها في "الصحيحة" (273). ومما سبق يتبين أن المؤلف -عفا الله عنا وعنه- ركّب متناً لا أصل له من أحاديث، ولم يتنبه لذلك الحافظ الناجي، فمر عليه، فضلاً عن المقلدين الثلاثة!

140 - (3) [صحيح لغيره] وعن أبي سعيد الخُدري رضي الله عنه قال: "كنّا جلوساً عند بابِ رسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - نتذاكر؛ يَنْزِعُ (2) هذا بآيةٍ، ويَنْزِعُ هذا بآيةٍ، فخرج علينا رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كأنَّما (3) يُفْقَأُ في وجهِهِ حَبُّ الرّمَّانِ، فقال: "يا هؤلاء! بهذا بعثتم، أم بهذا أُمرتم؟! لا ترجعوا بعدي كفاراً؛ يضرب بعضُكم رقابَ بعض". رواه الطبراني في "الكبير"، وفيه سويد (4).

141 - (4) [حسن] وعن أبي أمامة (5) رضى الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "ما ضَلَّ قومٌ بعد هُدىً كانوا عليه إلا أُوتوا الجدَلَ"، ثم قرأ: {مَا ضَرَبُوهُ لَكَ إِلَّا جَدَلًا}. رواه الترمذي وابن ماجه وابن أبي الدنيا في "كتاب الصمت" وغيره، وقال الترمذي: "حديث حسن صحيح" (1). __________ (1) هذا من الأوهام، فإنه ليس لسويد هذا ذكر في هذا الحديث، وإنما هو في رواية أخرى نحو هذه من حديث ابن عباس تراه في "المجمع" (8/ 23)، وبه يتقوى الحديث، ونقله الثلاثة المعلقون عني، ولكنهم -لأمر ما- بتروا منه قولي: "وبه يتقوى الحديث". فهل هذا مما يقتضيه التحقيق عندهم والأمانة العلمية! (2) أي: يجذب ويأخذ. (3) الأصل: (كما)، والتصويب من المخطوطة و"المجمع". (4) يعني سُويد بن إبراهيم أبو حاتم، كما في حديث قبله في الأصل وفيه ضعف. قلت: لكنْ رواه الطبراني عن أنس مثله. ورجاله ثقات أثبات كما في "المجمع" (1/ 157)، وله شاهد من حديث ابن عمروٍ عند ابن ماجه وأحمد بسند حسن. فالحديث صحيح. ثم تبين لي بعد طبع "معَجم الطبراني الأوسط" أن ما في "المجمع" خطأ من مؤلفه رحمه الله، فإنه فيه (9/ 214/ 8465) من طريق (سويد) نفسه! ثم إن الجملة الأخيرة: "لا ترجعوا. ." إلخ صحيحة جداً من رواية جمع من الصحابة، لكني أراها وهماً هنا من أوهام (سويد)، فإنها غير منسجمة مع ما قبلها، فالصواب ما في حديث (ابن عمرو) في رواية لأحمد وغيره بلفظ: "ولا تضربوا كتاب الله بعضه ببعض"، انظر "ظلال الجنة" (1/ 177/ 406). (5) في الأصل وغيره: أبي هريرة، وكذا في المخطوطة، وهو خطأ من المؤلف، نبّه عليه الشيخ إبراهيم الناجي رحمه الله.

142 - (5) [صحيح] وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "إنّ أبغضَ الرجالِ إلى الله الألدُّ الخصِم". رواه البخاري ومسلم والترمذي والنسائي. (الألدُّ) بتشديد الدال المهملة: هو الشديد الخصومة. (الخصِم) بكسر الصاد المهملة: هو الذي يحج من يخاصمه.

144 - (7) [صحيح] ورواه الطبراني وغيره من حديث زيد بن ثابت (2). __________ (1) وصححه أيضاً الحاكم، ووافقه الذهبي، وإنما هو حسن فقط. (2) قلت: ولفظه في "كبير الطبراني" (5/ 169/ 4916): "لا تماروا في القرآن، فإن المراء فيه كفر". وقد صح بهذا التمام عن بعض الصحابة، وهو مخرج في "الروض النضير" تحت حديث أبي هريرة (1124)، وانظر "الصحيحة" (2419).
