750 - (14) [صحيح لغيره] وعن عبد اللهِ بنِ معاويةَ الغاضريِّ رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "ثلاثٌ من فعلهنَّ فقد طَعِمَ طَعْمَ الإيمان: مَن عَبدَ الله وحدَه، وعلم أنْ لا إلهَ إلا اللهُ، وأعطى زكاةَ مالِه طيِّبةً بها نفسُه، رافدةً عليه كلَّ عامٍ، ولم يُعطِ الهَرِمَةَ، ولا الدَّرِنَةَ، ولا المريضةَ، ولا الشَّرَط اللئيمة، ولكنْ من وَسَطِ أموالكم، فإنّ الله لم يسألْكمْ خَيرَه، ولم يأْمرْكُمْ بشرِّه". رواه أبو داود. قوله: "رافدة عليه" من (الرِّفْد)، وهو الإعانة، ومعناه: أنَّه يُعطي الزكاة ونفسه تعينه على أدائِها بطيبها، وعدم حديثها له بالمنع. "والشَّرَط" بفتح الشين المعجمة والراء: هي الرذيلة من المال، كالمُسِنَّة والعجفاء ونحوهما. "والدَّرِنَة": الجرباء.

751 - (15) [صحيح] وعن جريرِ بن عبدِ اللهِ رضي الله عنه قال: "بايعتُ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - على إقامِ الصلاةِ، وإيتاءِ الزكاةِ، والنُّصحِ لكلِّ مسلم". رواه البخاري ومسلم وغيرهما.

752 - (16) [حسن] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه؛ أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "إذا أديتَ الزكاةَ فقد قضيتَ ما عليك، ومن جمعَ مالاً حراماً ثم تصدق به؛ لم يكن له فيه أجر، وكان إصره عليه". رواه ابن خزيمة وابن حبان في "صحيحيهما"، والحاكم، وقال: "صحيح الإسناد" (1).

753 - (17) [حسن] وعن زِرِّ بن حُبيشٍ: أنّ ابن مَسعودٍ رضي الله عنه كان عنده غلامٌ يقرأ في المصحف، وعنده أصحابه، فجاء رجلٌ يقال له: حَضرَمَةٌ، فقال: يا أبا عبدِ الرحمن! أيُّ درجاتِ الإسلام أفضلُ؟ قال: الصلاة. قال: ثم أيُّ؟ قال: الزكاة. رواه الطبراني في "الكبير" بإسناد لا بأس به. (قال المملي): "وتقدم في "كتاب الصلاة" أحاديث تدل لهذا الباب، وتأتي أحاديث أُخر في كتاب "الصوم" و"الحج" إن شاء الله تعالى". __________ (1) قلت: ووافقه الذهبي، وإنما هو حسن فقط؛ وإن كان فيه (دراج أبو السمح) فإنه من روايته عن ابن حجيرة الأكبر الخولاني، وهو حسن الحديث عنه؛ كما حققته في "الصحيحة" (3350). وهذا الحديث من زوائد هذه الطبعة وفوائدها. وأما الجهلة فجمعوا بين النقيضين فإنهم قالوا (1/ 587): "حسن". ثم أعلوه بتضعيف أحمد والنسائي وأبي حاتم لدراج!! ولم يفصلوا.

المملي): "وتقدم في "كتاب الصلاة" أحاديث تدل لهذا الباب، ← الزكاة. رواه الطبراني في "الكبير" بإسناد لا بأس به. ← ثُمَّ أَيُّ؟، ← الصَّلَاةِ ← يا أبا عبدِ الرحمن! أيُّ درجاتِ الإسلام أفضلُ؟

754 - (1) [صحيح] عن أبي هريرةَ رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "ما مِن صاحبِ ذهبٍ ولا فضةٍ لا يؤدّي منها حقِّها إلا إذا كان يومُ القيامة صُفّحَتْ له صفائحُ من نارٍ، فأُحميَ عليها في نار جَهَنَّمَ، فيُكوَى بها جَنْبُه وجَبينُه وظَهرُه، كلَّما بَرَدَتْ أُعيدَتْ له {فِي يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ}، حتى يُقضى بين العباد، فيرى سبيلَه، إمّا إلى الجنةِ، وإمّا إلى النارِ". (1) قيل: يا رسولَ الله! فالإبل؟ قال: "ولا صاحبُ إبلٍ لا يؤدِّي منها حقَّها -ومن حقها حَلَبُها (2) يومَ وِردِها- إلا إذا كان يوم القيامة بُطِح لها بقاعٍ قَرقَرٍ أوفَرَ ما كانت، لا يفقدُ منها فَصيلاً واحداً، تَطؤه بأخفافِها، وتَعَضُّه بأفواهها، كلما مَرَّ عليه أُولاها رُدَّ عليه أُخراها، {فِي يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ}، حتى يُقضى بين العباد، فَيَرى سبيلَه إما إلى الجنة، وإما إلى النار". قيل: يا رسولَ الله! فالبقرُ والغنمُ؟ قال: "ولا صاحبُ بقرٍ ولا غَنَمٍ لا يؤدِّي منها حقّها إلا إذا كان يومُ القيامة بُطِح لها بقاعٍ قرقرٍ أوفرَ ما كانتَ، لا يفقِد منها شيئاً، ليس فيها عقصاءُ (3) ولا جَلحاءُ، ولا عَضباءُ، تَنْطَحُهُ بقرونها، وتطؤه بأظلافها، كلما مرَّ عليه أُولاها، رُدَّ عليه أُخراها، {فِي يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ}، حتى يُقضى بين العباد، فيرى سبيلَه، إما إلى الجنةِ، وإما إلى النار". قيل: يا رسول الله! فالخيلُ؟ قال: "الخيل ثلاثةٌ، هي لرجلٍ وِزرٌ، وهي لرجلٍ سِترٌ، وهي لرجل أجْرٌ، فأما التي هي له وزْر: فرجلٌ رَبَطَها رياءً وفخراً ونِواءً لأهلِ الإسلام، فهي له وزر. وأما التي هي له سِتْر: فرجلٌ ربَطَها في سبيلِ اللهِ، ثم لم يَنْسَ حقَّ اللهِ في ظهورِها ولا رقابها، فهي له سِتر. وأما التي هي له أجر: فرجلٌ ربطها في سبيل الله لأهل الإسلام، في مَرْج أو رَوضةٍ، فما أكلتْ من ذلك المرج أو الروضةِ من شيء إلا كُتِب له عَدَدَ ما أكلتْ حسنات، وكتب له عَدَدَ أرْواثِها وأبوالها حسناتٌ، ولا تقطع طِولَها فاسْتَنَّتْ شَرَفاً أو شَرَفَين إلا كُتِبَ له عَدَدَ آثارِها وأرواثِها حسنات، ولا مَرَّ بها صاحبُها على نهرٍ فَشَربتْ منه، ولا يريد أن يسقيَها؛ إلا كتبَ الله تعالى له عَدَدَ ما شربتْ حَسَناتٍ". قيل: يا رسولَ الله! فالحمُرُ؟ قال: "ما أُنْزلَ عليّ في الحُمُرِ إلا هذه الآيةُ الفاذَّةُ الجامعةُ: {فَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًا يَرَهُ (7) وَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ شَرًّا يَرَهُ} ". رواه البخاري (1) ومسلم -واللفظ له-، والنسائي مختصراً. وفي رواية للنسائي: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "ما مِن رجلٍ لا يؤدِّي زكاةَ مالِه إلا جاء يومَ القيامةِ شجاعاً من نارٍ، فيُكوَى بها جبهته وجَنبُه وظهرُه {فِي يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ}، حتى يُقضى بين الناسِ". __________ (1) قلت: هذا نص صريح من رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أن تارك الزكاة الذي يعذب تلك المدة الطويلة أنه ليس بكافر مخلد في النار لقوله: "فيرى سبيله إما إلى الجنة، وإما إلى النار". ففيه رد قوي على بعض الدكاترة وغيرهم الذين يكفرون التارك لمجرد الترك، ويتشبثون بالمتشابه من الروايات! ويتأولون النصوص كعلماء الكلام. (2) بفتح اللام، في "النهاية": "يقال: حلبت الناقة أحلبُها حلباً -بفتح اللام-، والمراد: يحلبها على الماء ليصيب الناس من لبنها". (3) أي: ملتوية القرنين. (جلْحاء) أي: لا قرن لها. (عضباء) أي: مكسورة القرن كما يأتي من المؤلف في الحديث الذي بعده.

755 - (2) [صحيح] وعن جابرٍ رضي الله عنه قال: سمعت رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "ما من صاحبِ إبلٍ لا يفعل فيها حَقَّها إلا جاءت يومَ القيامة أكثرَ ما كانت، وقَعَدَ (1) لها بقاعٍ قَرقرٍ، تَسْتَنُّ عليه بقوائها وأخفافِها. ولا صاحبِ بقر لا يُفعل فيها حقَّها إلا جاءت يوم القيامة أكثرَ مما كانت، وقَعَدَ لها بقاعٍ قرقر، تَنطحُه بقرونِها وتطؤه [بقوائِمها. ولا صاحبِ غنم لا يفعل فيها حقَّها إلا جاءت يومَ القيامة أكثر ما كانت، وقَعَدَ لها بقاعٍ قَرقرٍ، تنطحه بقرونها، وتطؤه] (2) بأظلافها، ليس فيها جَمّاءُ، ولا منكسرٌ قرنُها. ولا صاحبِ كنز لا يفعل فيه حَقَّه إلا جاء كنزُه يومَ القيامة شجاعاً أقرعَ، يتبعُه فاتحاً فاه، فإذا أتاه فَرَّ منه، فيناديه: خذ كنزك الذي خَبّأتَه، فأنا عنه غَنيٌّ، فإذا رأى أَنْ لا بد له منه سلك يده في فيه، فَيَقضمها قَضْم الفحل". رواه مسلم. (القاع): المكان المستوي من الأرض. و (القَرْقَر) بقافين مفتوحتين وراءين مهملتين: هو الأملس. و (الظِّلف) للبقر والغنم، بمنزلة الحافر للفرس. و (العقصاء): هي الملتوية القرن. و (الجلحاء): هي التي ليس لها قرن. و (العضباء) بالضاد المعجمة: هي المكسورة القرن. و (الطِّوَل) بكسر الطاء وفتح الواو: هو حبل تَشُد به قائمة الدابة وتُرسلها ترعى، أو تمسك طرفه وترسلها. و (استنَّتْ) بتشديد النون، أي: جزت بقوَّة. (شَرَفاً) بفتح الشين المعجمة والراء، أي: شوْطاً، وقيل: نحو ميل. و (النِّواء) بكسر النون وبالمد: هو المعاداة. و (الشُّجاع) بضم الشين المعجمة وكسرها: هو الحية، وقيل: الذكَر خاصة، وقيل: نوع من الحيات. و (الأقرع) منه: الذي ذهب شعر رأسه من طول عمره (1). __________ (1) بفتح القاف والعين كما في "شرح مسلم" للنووي، والفاعل صاحب الإبل كما هو ظاهر. (2) سقطت هذه الزيادة من الأصل، وكذا المخطوطة ومطبوعة عمارة وكذا المعلقين الثلاثة، واستدركتُها من "صحيح مسلم" (3/ 73).

756 - (3) [صحيح] وعن عبدِ الله بنِ مسعودٍ رضي الله عنه عن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "ما من أحدٍ لا يؤدي زكاةَ ماله إلا مُثِّل له يومَ القيامة شجاعاً أقرعَ حتى يُطَوَّقَ به عُنُقُه". ثم قرأ علينا النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - مصداقَه من كتاب الله: {وَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ بِمَا آتَاهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ} الآية. رواه ابن ماجه، واللفظ له، والنسائي بإسناد صحيح، وابن خزيمة في "صحيحه".

757 - (4) [حسن لغيره] وعن مسروق قال: قال عبد الله: "آكلُ الربا، ومُوكِلُه، وشاهداه إذا علماه، والواشمة والموتَشِمَةُ، ولاوي الصدقةِ، والمرتدُّ أعرابياً بعد الهجرة؛ ملعونون على لسان محمدٍ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يوم القيامة". رواه ابن خزيمة في "صحيحه"، واللفظ له. ورواه أحمد وأبو يعلى، وابن حبان في "صحيحه" عن الحارث الأعور عن ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه (1). (لاوي الصدقة): هو المماطل بها، الممتنع من أدائها. __________ (1) قال الناجي (108): "هذا التفسير منكر، وإنما المشهور أنه الذي ذهب لكثرة سمِّه، وقد جزم به المصنف نقلاً عن أبي داود صاحب "السنن" مقتصراً عليه في "الترهيب من أنْ يسأل الإنسان مولاه أو قريبه من فضل مال فيبخل عليه" من هذا الكتاب، فتناقض كلامه". ثم نقل عن أبي عبيد وغيره ما يؤيَّد به التفسير المشهور. وغفل عن هذا المحققون الثلاثة!!

758 - (5) [حسن لغيره] وروى الأصبهاني (2) عن علي رضي الله عنه قال: "لعنَ رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - آكلَ الربا، وموكلَه، وشاهدَه، وكاتبه، والواشمةَ، والمستوشمةَ، ومانعَ الصدقة، والمحلِّلَ والمحلَّلَ له".

759 - (6) [صحيح] وعن ثَوبان رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "مَن ترك بعده كنزاً مُثِّل له يومَ القيامة شجاعاً أقرعَ، له زَبيبتان، يتبعه فيقول: مَن أنت؟ (3) فيقول: أنا كنزُكَ الذي خَلَّفْت (4)، فلا يزال يَتْبَعُه حتى يُلقِمَه يدَه فيقضَمُها، ثم يَتْبَعُه سائرَ جسده". رواه البزار وقال: "إسناده حسن"، والطبراني، وابن خزيمة وابن حبان في "صحيحيهما". __________ (1) قلت: يعني أنّ الثلاثة المذكورين أخرجوه من طريق الحارث -وهو ضعيف- بخلاف ابن خزيمة فمن طريق مسروق، وكلامه الآتي في (19 - البيوع 16 - الترهيب من الربا) أوضح في بيان مراده. (2) كذا، وهو تقصير فاحش، فقد أخرجه من هو أعلى طبقة منه، كأحمد والنسائي وغيرهما، وهو مخرج عندي في "أحاديث البيوع". (3) لفظ البزار: "ويلك ما أنت؟ ". (4) لفظ البزار: "كنزتَ". كذا في "العجالة" (108). وهو كما قال، لكنْ ليس تحته كبير طائل، إلا لو عزاه للبزار فقط، ولفظ الطبراني (1/ 70/ 2): "تركتَه".

760 - (7) [صحيح] وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "إنَّ الذي لا يُؤدِّي زكاةَ مالِه يُخيَّلُ إليه مالُه يومَ القيامة شجاعاً أقرعَ، له زببيبتان، -قال:- فَيَلْزَمُهُ أو يُطَوِّقُهُ يقول: أنا كنزُك، أنا كنزُك! ". رواه النسائي بإسناد صحيح. (الزبيبتان): هما الزبدتان في الشدقين. وقيل هما النكتتان السوداوان فوق عينيه. و (الشجاع) تقدم [في الباب/ الحديث الثاني].

761 - (8) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "مَن آتاه الله مالاً فلم يؤدِّ زكاتَه؛ مُثِّلَ له يومَ القيامةِ شجاعاً أقرَع، له زبيبتان يُطَوِّقُه يومَ القيامة، ثم يأخذ بلِهزِمَتَيْه (يعني شِدقَيه)، ثم يقول: أنا مالُكَ، أنا كنزك! ". ثم تلا هذه الآيةَ {وَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ} " الآية. رواه البخاري والنسائي ومسلم (1).
