798 - (8) [صحيح لغيره] وعن عمران بن حصين قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مسألة الغَنِيّ شَيْنٌ (3) في وجهه يومَ القيامة". رواه أحمد بإسناد جيد، والطبراني في "الكبير". __________ (1) قلت: منها حديث عبد الرحمن بن عوف الآتي في هذا الباب برقم (23). ومن جهالات المعلقين الثلاثة أنهم فرقوا بين مرتبة هذا الحديث والذي قبله؛ مع قولهم أنهما حديث واحد، فقالوا في الأول: "حسن"، وفي هذا: "حسن لغيره"! (2) (الأسكفّة) بضم الهمزة وسكون السين المهملة وضم الكاف وتشديد الفاء: عتبة الباب. (3) (الشين): العيب.

801 - (11) [صحيح لغيره] وعن مسعود بن عمرو عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: أنه أُتيَ برجلٍ يصلي عليه، فقال: "كم ترك؟ ". قالوا: دينارين أو ثلاثة. قال: "ترك كيتين أو ثلاث كيات". (1) رواه البيهقي من رواية يحيى بن عبد الحميد الحِمّاني.

802 - (12) [صحيح لغيره] وعن حُبْشِي بن جُنادةَ رضي الله عنه قال: سمعت رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "من سأل من غير فقرٍ؛ فكأنما يأْكُل الجمرَ". رواه الطبراني في "الكبير" ورجاله رجال "الصحيح"، وابن خزيمة في "صحيحه"؛ والبيهقي، ولفظه: سمعتُ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "الذي يسأل من غير حاجة، كَمَثَل الذي يلتقط الجمْر". [صحيح لغيره] ورواه الترمذي من رواية مجالد عن عامر، عن حُبشي أطول من هذا، ولفظه: سمعت رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - في حجة الوداع وهو واقف بعرفة أتاه أعرابي، فأخذ بطرف ردائه، فسأله إياه، فأعطاه، وذهب،. . . فقال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "إن المسألةَ لا تحلُّ لغنيٍّ، ولا لذي مِرَّةٍ سَويٍّ، إلا لذي فقرٍ مُدقع، أو غُرمٍ مُفْظع، ومن سأل الناسَ ليَثْرى به مالُه، كان خموشاً في وجهه يوم القيامة، ورَضْفاً يأْكله من جهنم، فمن شاء فليُقْلِلْ، ومن شاء فليكثِر". قال الترمذي: "حديث غريب". [صحيح لغيره] زاد فيه رزِين: "وإنِّي لأُعطي الرجل العطية فينطلق بها تحت إبطه، وما هي إلا النار". فقال له عُمر: ولِمَ تعطي يا رسول الله ما هو نار؟! فقال: "أبى الله لي البخل، وأبوا إلا مسألتي". [صحيح لغيره] قالوا: وما الغِنى الذي لا ينبغي معه المسألة؟ قال: "قدر ما يُغدِّيه، أو يُعشّيه" (1). وهذه الزيادة لها شواهد كثيرة، لكني لم أقف عليها في شيء من نسخ الترمذي (2). (المِرَّة) بكسر الميم وتشديد الراء: هي الشدة والقوة. و (السويّ) بفتح السين المهملة وتشديد الياء: هو التام الخلق، السالم من موانع الاكتساب. (يثرى) بالثاء المثلثة أي: يزيد ماله به. و (الرضف) يأتي، وكذا بقية الغريب. __________ (1) في الأصل هنا ما نصه: "فلقيت عبد الله بن القاسم مولى أبي بكر، فذكرت ذلك له فقال: ذاك رجل كان يسأل الناس تكثراً". والحديث مخرج في "الصحيحة" (3483).

804 - (14) [صحيح لغيره] وعن علي رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "من سأَل مسْألةً (1) عن ظهرِ غنىً؛ استكثر بها من رَضْف جهنم". قالوا: وما ظهر غِنى؟ قال: "عشاءُ ليلة" (2). رواه عبد الله بن أحمد في "زوائده على المسند"، والطبراني في "الأوسط"، وإسناده جيد (3).

805 - (15) [صحيح] وعن سهل ابن الحنظليةِ (4) رضي الله عنه قال: قَدِم عيينة بن حصن والأقرع بن حابس على رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فسألاه، فأمر معاويةَ، فكتب لهما ما سألا، فأما الأقرعُ فأخذ كتابه فلفه في عمامته وانطلق، وأما عُيينة فأخذ كتابه وأتى به رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -[مكانه] (1) فقال: يا محمد! أتراني حاملاً إلى قومي كتاباً لا أَدري ما فيه كصحيفة المتَلَمِّس؟ فأخبر معاويةُ بقوله رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، فقال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ-: "مَن سأل وعنده ما يغنيه، فإنما يستكثر من النار، -قال النُّفَيلي، وهو أحد رواته-[في موضع آخر: "من جمرِ جهنم"]. فقالوا: [يا رسول الله! وما يغنيه؟ وقال النُّفيَلي في موضع آخر:] وما الغِنى الذي لا ينبغي معه المسألة؟ قال: "قدر ما يُغدّيه ويُعشّيه". رواه أبو داود -واللفظ له- وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، وقال فيه: "من سأل شيئاً وعنده ما يغنيه، فإنما يستكثر من جمر جهنم". قالوا: يا رسول الله! ما يغنيه؟ قال: "ما يغديه أو يعشيه". كذا عنده: "أو يعشيه" بألف. ورواه ابن خزيمة باختصار؛ إلا أنه قال: قيل: يا رسول الله! وما الغِنى الذي لا ينبغي معه المسألة؟ قال: "أن يكون له شبع يوم وليلة، أو ليلة ويوم" (2). قوله: "كصحيفة المتلمّس": هذا مثل تضربه العرب لمن حمل شيئاً لا يدري هل هو يعود عليه بنفع أو ضر، وأصله أن المتلمِّس -واسمه عبد المسيح- قدم هو وطَرفَة بن العبد على الملك عمرو بن المنذر، فأقاما عنده، فنقم عليهما أمراً، فكتب إلى بعض عماله يأمره بقتلهما، وقال لهما: إني قد كتبت لكما بصلة، فاجتازا بـ (الحِيرَة)، فأعطى المتلمس صحيفته صبياً فقرأها، فإذا فيها الأمر بقتله، فألقاها، وقال لطرفة: افعل مثل فعلي، فأبى عليه، ومضى إلى عامل الملك، فقرأها؛ وقتله. قال الخطابي (1): "اختلف الناس في تأويله، يعني حديث سهل، فقال بعضهم: من وجد غَداء يومِه وعشاءَه؛ لم تحل له المسألة على ظاهر الحديث. وقال بعضهم: إنما هو فيمن وجد غداء وعشاء على دائم الأوقات، فإذا كان عنده ما يكفيه لقوته المدة الطويلة، حرمت عليه المسألة. وقال آخرون: هذا منسوخ بالأحاديث التي تقدم ذكرها". يعني الأحاديث التي فيها تقدير الغنى بملك خمسين درهماً أو قيمتها، أو بملكِ أَوقية أو قيمتها. قال الحافظ رضي الله عنه: "ادعاء النسخ مشترك بينهما، ولا أعلم مرجحاً لأحدهما على الآخر، وقد كان الشافعي رحمه الله يقول: قد يكون الرجل بالدرهم غنياً مع كسبه، ولا يغنيه الألف مع ضعفه في نفسه وكثرة عياله. وقد ذهب سفيان الثوري وابن المبارك والحسن بن صالح وأحمد بن حنبل وإسحاق بن راهويه إلى أن من له خمسون درهماً أو قيمتها من الذهب لا يُدفع إليه شيء من الزكاة. وكان الحسن البصري وأبو عبيد يقولان: من له أربعون درهماً فهو غني. وقال أصحاب الرأي: يجوز دفعها إلى من يملك دون النصاب، وإن كان صحيحاً مكتسباً مع قولهم: من كان له قوت يومه لا يحل له السؤال، استدلالاً بهذا الحديث وغيره. (1) والله أعلم". __________ (1) الأصل: "سأل الناس"، والتصويب من "الزوائد" والمخطوطة. (2) كذا وقع في هذه الرواية، والمحفوظ: "ما يغديه أو يعشيه" كما تقدم تحت حديث (حُبشي ابن جنادة)، ويأتي في حديث (سهل ابن الحنظلية)، و (أو) بمعنى (و) كما يأتي. (3) قلت: وفيه نظر بينته في "الأصل"، وفي "تخريج الأحاديث المختارة" (495)، فقد أخرجه فيه من طريق عبد الله، وبينت فيه أنه يشهد له ما بعده. وأما الجهلة، فقالوا: "حسن" أي لذاته، ثم نقلها عن الهيثمي إعلاله إياه بمن كذبه أحمد وغيره، وأقروه. (4) هو سهل بن الربيع الأنصاري الأوسي، و (الحنظلية): أمه.

806 - (16) [صحيح لغيره] وعن عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مَن سأل الناس لِيَثْرى مالُه، فإنَّما هي رَضْفٌ من النار مُلهبة، فمن شاء فليُقِلَّ، ومن شاء فليكثرْ". رواه ابن حبان في "صحيحه". (الرَّضْف) بفتح الراء وسكون الضاد المعجمة بعدها فاء: هو الحجارة المحماة.

807 - (17) [صحيح موقوف] وعن أسلم قال: قال لي عبد الله بن الأرقم: ادْلُلْني على بعير من العطايا (2) أستحمل عليه أميرَ المؤمنين. قلت: نعم، جمل من إبل الصدقة. فقال عبد الله بن الأرقم: أتحب لو أنَّ رجلاً بادناً في يوم حار، غسل ما تحت إزاره ورُفْغيه، ثم أعطاكه فشربته؟ قال: فغضبت، وقلت: يغفرُ اللهُ لك، لِم تقولُ مثلَ هذا لي؟ قال: فإنما الصدقة أوساخ الناس يغسلونها عنهم. رواه مالك. (البادن): السمين. و (الرُّفغ) بضم الراء وفتحها وبالغين المعجمة: هو الإبط، وقيل: وسخ الثوب. و (الأرفاغ): المغابن التي يجتمع فيها العرق والوسخ من البدن. __________ (1) قلت: وهذا أعدل الأقوال، وبه تجتمع الأحاديث، وإليه ذهب الصنعاني في "سبل السلام" (2/ 305 - 306)، ومال إليه الشوكاني في "نيل الأوطار" (4/ 134 - 137). (2) في "الموطأ" -آخره-: "المطايا".

808 - (18) [صحيح لغيره] وعن علي رضي الله عنه قال: قلت للعباس: سَلِ النبيَّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يستعملُك على الصدقة (1). فسأله، قال: "ما كنت لأستعملك على غُسالة ذنوب الناس". رواه ابن خزيمة في "صحيحه" (2).

809 - (19) [صحيح] وعن أبي عبد الرحمن (3) عوف بن مالك الأشجعي رضي الله عنه قال: كنا عند رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - تسعة أو ثمانية أو سبعة، فقال: "ألا تبايعون رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -؟ ". وكنا -حديثي عهد ببيعة- فقلنا: قد بايعناك يا رسولَ الله! ثم قال: "ألا تبايعون رسولَ الله؟ ". فبسطنا أيديَنا وقلنا: قد بايعناك يا رسول الله! فعلامَ نبايعك؟ قال: "أن تعبدوا الله ولا تشركوا به شيئاً، والصلوات الخمس، وتطيعوا -وأسَرَّ كلمةً خفية- ولا تسألوا الناس [شيئاً] ". فلقد رأت بعض أولئك النفر يسقط سوط أحدِهم، فما يسأل أحداً يناوله إياه. رواه مسلم والترمذي والنسائي باختصار. __________ (1) قلت: قول علي هذا منكر لتفرد عبد الله بن أبي رزين به، وهو مجهول لَم يوثقه غير ابن حبان، والثابت عن علي رضي الله عنه خلافه، وأن السَّائل إنما هما غلامان من بني عبد المطلب كما في مسلم، وهو مخرج في "صحيح أبي داود" (2642)، وانظر تعليقي على "صحيح ابن خزيمة" (4/ 79)، وحديث ابن عباس الشاهد لذلك في "كبير الطبراني" (11/ 69 و227) من طريقين عنه. وأما الجهلة الثلاثة فقالوا: "حسن"! وغفلوا عن النكارة، وهو اللائق بهم! وبجمودهم على التقليد. (2) قلت: والحاكم أيضاً (3/ 332)، وصححه! ووافقه الذهبي! (3) قد قيل في كنيته غير هذا، ولم تقع هذه في "مسلم" (3/ 97)، والزيادة الآتية منه، كما أنني صححت منه بعض الأحرف. وقد رواه أبو داود أيضاً (1149 - صحيحه)، وابن ماجه. ولم أره عند الترمذي، ولا عزاه إليه الحافظ المزي في "التحفة"!
