2038 - (11) [صحيح] وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما؛ أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "من جَرَّ ثوبَه خُيلاءَ؛ لم ينظرِ الله إليه يومَ القِيامَةِ". فقال أبو بكر الصديق رضي الله عنه: يا رسولَ الله! إنَّ إزاري يسْتَرخي (1) إلا أنْ أتعاهَدَهُ؟ فقال له رسولُ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "إنَّك لستَ مِمَّنْ يفْعَلُه خُيَلاءَ". رواه البخاري ومسلم وأبو داود والنسائي. ولفظ مسلم: قال: سمعتُ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: بأذُنَيَّ هاتين يقول: "مَنْ جَرَّ إزارَه لا يريدُ بذلك إلا المَخِيلَةَ؛ فإنَّ الله لا ينظُر إليه يومَ القيامَةِ". (الخُيَلاء) بضم الخاء المعجمة وكسرها أيضاً وبفتح الياء المثناة تحت ممدوداً: هو الكبر والعجب. و (المَخِيلة) بفتح الميم وكسر الخاء المعجمة من الاختيال: وهو الكبر واستحقار الناس. __________ (1) زاد أحمد في رواية: "أحياناً". قلت: ومن الواضح أن إزار أبي بكر لم يكن طويلاً زائداً على الحد المشروع، لأن الشكوى منه إنما كانت لأنه يسترخي أحياناً مع تعهده إياه. رضي الله عنه وأرضاه، فأين هذا مما يفعله بعض الأمراء والعلماء والشباب المبتلى بإطالة الثوب أو العباءة، أو (البنطلون) الذي يمس الأرض، ثم يبرّرون ذلك بأنهم لا يفعلون ذلك خيلاء، ولو كانوا صادقين لفعلوا فعل أبي بكر. انظر "الأحاديث الصحيحة" (2682).

2039 - (12) [حسن لغيره] وعن المغيرة بن شعبة رضي الله عنه قال: رأيت رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أخذ بحُجْزَةِ سفيان بن أبي سهل فقال: "يا سُفيانُ! لا تُسبِلْ إزارَك، فإنَّ الله لا يُحِبَّ المسْبِلينَ". رواه ابن ماجه، وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، واللفظ له. (قال الحافظ:) ويأتي إنْ شاء الله تعالى في "طلاقة الوجه" [23 - الأدب/ 4]: حديث أبي جُرَيّ الهُجيمي، وفيه: "وإياك وإسبالَ الإزارِ؛ فإنه من المخيلة، ولا يحبُّها الله".

2040 - (13) [صحيح] وعن هُبيْبِ بْنِ مُغْفِلٍ -بضم الميم وسكون المعجمة وكسر الفاء- رضي الله عنه: أنَّه رأى محمَّداً القرشيِّ قام فجرَّ إزارَه؛ فقال هُبيْبٌ: سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "مَنْ وَطِئَهُ خُيَلاءَ؛ وَطِئهُ في النارِ". رواه أحمد بإسناد جيد، وأبو يعلى والطبراني.

2041 - (14) [صحيح] وعن ابن مسعودٍ رضي الله عنه قال: سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "مَنْ أسْبَل إزارَه في صَلاتِه خُيلاء؛ فليسَ مِنَ الله في حِلٍّ ولا حَرامٍ". رواه أبو داود وقال: "ورواه جماعة موقوفاً على ابن مسعود".

2042 - (1) [حسن لغيره] عن معاذِ بْنِ أنسٍ رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مَنْ أكَلَ طعاماً فقال: (الحمدُ لله الذي أطْعَمني هذا ورزَقَنيهِ مِنْ غير حوْلٍ منِّي ولا قُوَّةٍ)، غُفِرَ له ما تقدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِه. ومَنْ لَبِسَ ثوباً (1) فقال: (الحمدُ لله الذي كَساني هذا ورَزَقنيه مِنْ غيرِ حولٍ منِّي ولا قُوَّةٍ)؛ غُفِرَ له ما تقدَّمَ مِنْ ذنْبِه. . .". (2) رواه أبو داود، والحاكم ولم يقل: "وما تأخر"، وقال: "صحيح الإسناد". وروى الترمذي وابن ماجه شطره الأول، وقال الترمذي: "حديث حسن غريب". (قال الحافظ) عبد العظيم: "رواه هؤلاء الأربعة من طريق عبد الرحيم أبي مرحوم عن سهل بن معاذ عن أبيه. وعبد الرحيم وسهل يأتي الكلام عليهما". __________ (1) هنا زيادة: "جديداً"، ولا أصل لها عند مخرجيه فحذفتها، وإنْ كان مراداً من حيث المعنى، كما أفاده الناجي. (2) هنا زيادة: "وما تأخر، فحذفتها لنكارتها، وفقدان الشاهد لها.

2043 - (1) [حسن] عن عبدِ الله بن عَمْروٍ (1) رضي الله عنهما قال: سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "يكونُ في آخِرِ أُمَّتي رجالٌ يركَبون على سُروجٍ (2) كأَشْباهِ الرِّحالِ (3)، ينزِلون على أبْوابِ المساجِدِ، نِساؤهُم كاسياتٌ عارياتٌ، على رؤوسِهِنَّ كأَسمِنَةِ البُخْتِ العِجافِ، الْعَنُوهُنَّ فإنَّهُنَّ مَلْعونَاتٌ، لو كانَ وراءَكُم أُمَّةٌ مِنَ الأُمَمِ خَدَمَتْهُنَّ (4) نِساؤكم كما خَدَمكُم نساءُ الأُمَمِ قبلَكُمْ". رواه ابن حبان في "صحيحه" -واللفظ له-، والحاكم وقال: "صحيح على شرط مسلم". __________ (1) سقطت الواو من (عمرو) من الأصل والمخطوطة وغيرهما، واستدركتها من المصادر المذكورة. وأما المعلقون الثلاثة فهم ماضون على غفلتهم المعهودة! (2) سقطت الواو أيضاً من الأصل والمخطوطة، ويبدو أنَّه خطأ قديم، فإنَّه وقع كذلك في "صحيح ابن حبان"، لأنَّه كذلك ذكره الهيثمي في "موارد الظمآن" رقم (1454)، وهو خطأ يقيناً لأن (سُرُج) جمع (سراج) ولا معنى له هنا، والصواب ما أثبتنا، وهو جمع (سَرج) مثل (فلس) و (فلوس)، وليس خطأً مطبعياً كما ظن الشيخ أحمد شاكر في تعليقه على "المسند"، وغفل أيضاً المعلقون الثلاثة عن هذا الخطأ فأثبتوه! ثم زادوا خطأ آخر، فقالوا: "سُرُج: جمع سَرْج: وهو وطاء ممهد يوضع على ظهر الحصان للركوب"! فهم جهلة باللغة أيضاً!! (3) بالحاء المهملة جمع (رحل): وهو كل شيء يعد للرحيل، من وعاء للمتاع، ومركب للبعير كما في "المصباح المنير". ووقع في الأصل (الرجال) جمع (رجل) وكذا في "المسند" وغيره، واستشكله أحمد شاكر، وحق له ذلك، لأنه فاته أنَّه بالحاء وليس بالجيم كما حققته في "الصحيحة" (2682)، وبينت أنَّ الحديث يشير إلى السيارات التي تتجمع اليوم على أبواب المساجد يوم الجمعة، أو يوم إدخال الجنازة إلى المسجد للصلاة عليها، والمشيعون ينتظرون، ولا يصلون ونساؤهم كاسيات عاريات. . . وقد غفل المعلقون أيضاً عن هذا!! (4) في "الموارد": (خدمهن)، ولعله أصح.

2044 - (2) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "صِنْفانِ مِنْ أهلِ النارِ لَمْ أرَهُما: قومٌ معهم سِياطٌ كأذْنابِ البَقرِ يضرِبونَ بها الناسَ، ونساءٌ كاسياتٌ عارياتٌ، مُميلاتٌ مائلاتٌ، رؤوسُهنَّ كأَسْنِمَةِ البُخْتِ المائلَةِ؛ لا يدْخُلْنَ الجنَّةَ ولا يجِدْنَ ريحَها، وإنَّ ريحَها لتوجَدُ مِنْ مسيرَة كذا وكذا". رواه مسلم وغيره.

2045 - (3) [حسن لغيره] وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها: أن أسماءَ بنت أبي بكر دخلَتْ على رسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وعليها ثيابٌ رِقاقٌ، فأعْرضَ عنها رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وقال: "يا أسماءُ! إنَّ المرأة إذا بلَغَتِ المحيضَ لم يَصلُح أنْ يُرى مِنْها إلا هذا وهذا". وأشار إلى وجْهِهِ وكفَّيْهِ. رواه أبو داود وقال: هذا مرسل، وخالد بن دريك لم يدرك عائشة (1). __________ (1) قلت: لكن له شاهد من حديث أسماء بنت عميس، وقواه البيهقي والذهبي بأقوال الصحابة، كابن عباس وابن عمر، وجرى عليه العمل في عهد النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، كما كنت بينته في "جلباب المرأة" (ص 57 - 60)، وقد تجاهل هذا بعض من كتب في تضعيف الحديث ممن كان تلميذاً لي في الجامعة الإسلامية، سامحه الله. أما رواية قتادة مرسلاً بلفظ: ". . . إلا إلى ههنا". وقبض نصف الذراع، فهو منكر لمخالفته لحديث عائشة وأسماء ومعهما نص القرآن، مع إرساله وتجرده عن شاهد يقويه، كما كنت بينته في المصدر السابق (41 - 48)، فليراجعه بإمعان من لم يتبَّين له الفرق بين اللفظين، ويزعم أننا قوينا الحديث في موضع، وضعفناه في موضع!

2046 - (1) [صحيح] عن عمرَ بن الخطَّابِ رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "لا تَلبَسوا الحريرَ؛ فإنَّه مَنْ لَبِسَهُ في الدنيا لَمْ يلبَسه في الآخِرَةِ". رواه البخاري ومسلم والترمذي، والنسائي وزاد: [صحيح موقوف] وقال ابن الزبير: مَنْ لَبِسَه في الدنيا؛ لَمْ يَدْخُلِ الجنَّة، قال الله تعالى: {وَلِبَاسُهُمْ فِيهَا حَرِيرٌ} (1).

2047 - (2) [صحيح] وعنه قال: سمِعْتُ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "إنما يَلبَسُ الحريرَ منْ لا خَلاقَ لَهُ". [صحيح] رواه البخاري ومسلم. وزاد البخاري وابن ماجه والنسائي في رواية: "مَنْ لا خَلاقَ لَهُ في الآخِرَةِ".

2048 - (3) [صحيح] وعن أنسٍ رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مَنْ لَبِسَ الحريرَ في الدنيا؛ لَمْ يلبَسْهُ في الآخِرةِ". رواه البخاري ومسلم وابن ماجه. __________ (1) قلت: هذه الزيادة أخرجها النسائي في "الكبرى" (5/ 465/ 9584) دون "الصغرى". وسندها صحيح، وأخرجها أحمد أيضاً، وليس عند البخاري: "لا تلبسوا الحرير". انظر "الإرواء" (1/ 309)، وهي كما ترى موقوفة، ورواها أحمد (1/ 37) بلفظ: وقال عبد الله بن الزبير من عنده. . "، ومع ذلك فهو مخالف لحديث أبي سعيد مرفوعاً بزيادة: "وإنْ دخل الجنة لبسه أهل الجنة، ولم يلبسه". أخرجه النسائي في "الكبرى" (5/ 471/ 9611)، والحاكم (4/ 191) وصححه، ووافقه الذهبي. وفيه داود السراج، لم يروِ عنه غير قتادة، ولم يوثقه غير ابن حبان. ونحوه زيادة البيهقي في حديث ابن عمر الآتي في (21 - الحدود/ 6) الحديث السابع منه.

2049 - (4) [صحيح لغيره] وعن عليّ رضي الله عنه قال: رأيتُ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أخَذَ حريراً فجعَلهُ في يَمينِه، وذَهباً فجعَله في شِمالهِ، ثمَّ قال: "إنَّ هذْينِ حرامٌ على ذكورِ أُمَّتي". رواه أبو داود والنسائي (1).
