2169 - (1) [صحيح] عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: سمعت رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "كلُّكُم راعٍ ومَسْؤولٌ عن رعِيَّتِه، الإمامُ راعٍ ومسؤولٌ عَنْ رعِيَّتِه، والرجلُ راعٍ في أهلهِ ومسؤولٌ عن رعِيَّتِه، والمرأةُ راعية في بيت زوْجِها، ومسؤولَةٌ عن رعِيَّتها، والخادِمُ راعٍ في مالِ سيدهِ ومسؤولٌ عن رعِيَّتِهِ، وكُلُكُم راعٍ ومَسْؤولٌ عنْ رعِيَّتِهِ". رواه البخاري ومسلم. 2170 - (2) [حسن صحيح] وعن أنسِ بن مالك رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "إنَّ الله سائلٌ كلَّ راعٍ عمَّا اسْترْعَاهُ؛ حَفِظَ أمْ ضَيَّع، [حتَّى يَسأَل الرجُلَ عنْ أهلِ بَيْتِه] (2) ". رواه ابن حبان في "صحيحه".

2171 - (3) [حسن صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مَنْ وَلِيَ القَضاءَ أوْ جُعِلَ قاضِياً بينَ الناسٍ؛ فقد ذُبِحَ بغيرِ سِكِّينٍ". رواه أبو داود والترمذي، واللفظ له، وقال: "حديث حسن غريب". وابن ماجه، والحاكم وقال: "صحيح الإسناد". (قال الحافظ): "ومعنى قوله: "ذبح بغير سكين" أنَّ الذبح بالسكين يحصل به إراحة الذبيحة بتعجيل إزهاق روحها، فإذا ذبحت بغير سكين كان فيه تعذيب لها. وقيل: إن الذبح لما كان في ظاهر العرف وغالب العادة بالسكين، عدل - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عن ظاهر العرف والعادة إلى غير ذلك؛ ليعلم أن مراده - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بهذا القول ما يخاف عليه من هلاك دينه ودون هلاك بدنه. ذكره الخطابي، ويحتمل غير ذلك". __________ (1) كذا الأصل، وكذا في نقل الناجي له، وهي كلمة مولدة كما في "العجم الوسيط"، والمقصود (السلطة) كما هو واضح. (2) سقطت من الأصل وكذا المخطوطة، واستدركتها من "زوائد ابن حبان" (1562) و"كبرى النسائي"، وغيرهما. انظر "الصحيحة" (1626).

2172 - (4) [صحيح لغيره] وعن بريدة رضي الله عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "القُضاةُ ثلاثَة، واحِدٌ في الجنَّةِ واثْنانِ في النارِ، فأمَّا الَّذي في الجنَّةِ، فرجلٌ عرفَ الحقَّ فقَضى بِه، ورجلٌ عَرفَ الحقَّ فجارَ في الحُكْمِ فهو في النارِ، ورجلٌ قَضى للِنَّاسِ على جَهْلٍ فهو في النارِ". رواه أبو داود والترمذي وابن ماجه.

2173 - (5) [حسن] وعن عوف بن مالكٍ رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "إنْ شئتُم أَنْبَأْتُكُمْ عنِ الإِمارَةِ ومَا هي؟ ". فنادَيْتُ بأعْلى صوتي: وما هِيَ يا رسولَ الله! قال: "أوَّلُها مَلامَةٌ، وثانِيها نَدامَةٌ، وثالِثُها عذَابٌ يومَ القِيَامَة؛ إلا مَنْ عَدَل،. . . (1) ". رواه البزار والطبراني في "الكبير"، ورواته رواة الصحيح. __________ (1) هنا في الأصل زيادة: "فكيف يعدل مع أقربيه؟! "، فحذفتها لنكارتها وتفرد هشام بن عمار بها دون أبي مسهر، أو لتفرد البزار عن (هشام) دون الطبراني في "الأوسط".

2175 - (7) [حسن صحيح] وعن أبي أمامة رضي الله عنه عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -؛ أنه قال: "ما مِنْ رجُلٍ يلي أمْرَ عَشَرةٍ بما فوقَ ذلك إلا أتى الله مغلولاً يومَ القيامة يدهُ إلى عُنقِه، فَكَّهُ بِرُّهُ، أوْ أوثَقَهُ إثْمُهُ، أوَّلُها مَلامَةٌ، وأوْسَطُها نَدَامةٌ، وآخِرُها خِزْيٌ يومَ القِيامَةِ". رواه أحمد، ورواته ثقات؛ إلا يزيد بن أبي مالك. 2176 - (8) [صحيح] وعن أبي ذرّ رضي الله عنه قال: قلتُ: يا رسولَ الله! ألا تَسْتعْمِلني؟ قال: فضَربَ بِيدِه على مَنْكِبَيَّ ثُمَّ قال: "يا أبا ذَرٍّ! إنَّك ضَعيفٌ، وإنَّها أمانَةٌ، وإنَّها يومَ القيامَةِ خِزْيٌ ونَدامَةٌ، إلا مَنْ أخذَها بِحقِّها، وأدَّى الَّذي عليهِ فيها". رواه مسلم. __________ (1) قلت: وهو صدوق ربما وهم كما قال الحافظ، فهو حسن الحديث، ومن أئمة التابعين، وقد رُمي بشيء من الضعف، وكذا التدليس، ولكنه تدليس عمن لم يدركه. وقد جهل هذا المعلقون الثلاثة، فتعقبوا المؤلف وكذا الهيثمي، فتعالوا: "قلنا (!): يزيد صاحب تدليس، وفيه لين"! فضعفوا بجهلهم الحديث، وتعاموا عن الشواهد التي تشهد للشطر الثاني منه، وهي في طبعتهم قبيل هذا، وقد حسنوها، كحديث (عوف) المتقدم! كما أنهم لم يتذكروا و {أَنَّى لَهُمُ الذِّكْرَى} وذهنهم فارغ من أحاديث رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، لم يتذكروا شواهد الشطر الأول منه، الآتية في الباب الثاني، بترقيمهم (3249 - 3254)، فهي خمسة شواهد، حسنوا أربعة منها، وضعفوا جداً الخامس منها!! وذلك من تمام جهلهم، لأنهم وقفوا ببصرهم عند ظاهر إسناده، ولم ينظروا ببصيرتهم إلى متنه الموافق لما قبله إلا في قوله: "وإلى ثلاثة"، ذلك لأنهم لم يتفقهوا بقوله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - في حق الشيطان: "صدقك وهو كذوب"! فهل يعرفون أنفسهم ويمسكون عن الخوض فيما لا يعلمون؟! انظر "الصحيحة" (349 و2621).

2177 - (9) [صحيح] وعنه؛ أنَّ النبيَّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال له: "يا أبا ذرٍّ! إنِّي أراكَ ضعيفاً، وإنِّي أُحِبُّ لك ما أُحِبُّ لِنَفْسِي؛ لا تَأَمَّرَنَّ على اثْنَيْنِ، ولا تَلِيَنَّ مالَ اليَتيمِ". رواه مسلم وأبو داود، والحاكم وقال: "صحيح على شرطهما".

2178 - (10) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "إنَّكم سَتَحْرِصون على الإمارَةِ، وستكونُ ندامَةً يومَ القيامَةِ، فنِعْمَتِ المرْضِعَةُ (1)، وبِئْسَتِ الفاطِمَةُ". رواه البخاري والنسائي.

2179 - (11) [صحيح لغيره] وعن أبي هريرة أيضاً؛ أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "ويلٌ للأمراءِ، ويلٌ للعُرفاء، ويلٌ للأُمناء، لَيَتَمَنَّينَّ أقوامٌ يوم القيامة أن ذوائبَهم معلقةٌ بالثريا يُدَلْدَلُون (2) بين السماء والأرض، وأنهم لم يلوا عملاً". رواه ابن حبان في "صحيحه"، والحاكم -واللفظ له- وقال: "صحيح الإسناد". [مضى 8 - الصدقات/ 3]. __________ (1) أي: في الدنيا، فإنها تدل على المنافع واللذات العاجلة، (وبئست الفاطمة) عند انفصاله عنها بموت أو غيره، فإنها تقطع عنه اللذائذ والمنافع، وتبقى عليه الحسرة والتبعة، فالمخصوص بالمدح والذم محذوف وهو (الإمارة). (2) الأصل: "يُدلّون"، وهو خطأ، ويظهر أنه من المؤلف، فإنه كذلك في المخطوطة، وكذلك كان فيما تقدم هناك (ج 1/ 8 - الصدقات/3/ 17). والمعنى: يضطربون ويتذبذبون.

2180 - (12) [حسن صحيح] وفي رواية له وصحح إسنادها أيضاً، قال: سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "ليوشِكَنَّ رجلٌ أنْ يتَمنَّى أنَّهُ خَرَّ مِنَ الثُّريَّا ولَمْ يَلِ مِنْ أمْرِ الناسِ شَيْئاً". (قال الحافظ): "وقد وقع في الإملاء المتقدم "باب فيما يتعلق بالعمَّال والعرفاء والمكّاسين والعشّارين" في "كتاب الزكاة" أغنى عن إعادته هنا" [8 - الصدقات-/ 3].
