2504 - (27) [صحيح] وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: أتى النبيَّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - رجلٌ، فقال: إني أذْنَبْتُ ذنْباً عظيماً، فهلْ لي مِنْ تَوْبَةٍ؟ فقال: "هل لك مِنْ أمٍّ؟ ". قال: لا. قال: "فهل لك مِنْ خالة؟ ". قال: نَعمْ. قال: "فَبِرَّها". رواه الترمذي -واللفظ له-، (2) وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، والحاكم؛ إلا أنهما قالا: "هل لك والدان" بالتثنية، وقال الحاكم: "صحيح على شرطهما". __________ (1) قلت: هو عند البزار (1865) عن سالم بن عبد الله بن عمر عن أبيه به؛ إلا أنه قال: (الوالد) بالإفراد في الموضعين. (2) أخرجه في "البر" (6/ 162 تحت رقم 1905 - الدعاس).

2505 - (28) [صحيح] وعن عبد الله بن دينارٍ عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما: أنَّ رجلاً مِنَ الأعْرابِ لَقِيَهُ بطَريقِ مكَّةَ، فسلَّم عليه عبدُ الله بنُ عُمَر، وحَملَهُ على حمارٍ كانَ يرْكَبُه، وأعطاه عِمامَةً كانَتْ على رأْسِهِ. قال ابْنُ دينارٍ: فقلْنا له: أصلَحكَ الله! إنَّهمُ الأَعْرابُ، وهم يَرْضُونَ باليَسيرِ! فقال عبدُ الله بنُ عُمرَ: إنَّ أبا هذا كانَ وُدّاً لعمرَ بْنِ الخطَّابِ، وإنِّي سمعتُ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "إنّ أبرّ البِرّ صلةُ الولَد أهلَ وُدِّ أبيه". رواه مسلم (1).

2506 - (29) [حسن] عن أبي بردة قال: قدمتُ المدينةَ، فأتاني عبدُ الله بنُ عمرَ فقال: أتدْري لِمَ أتَيْتُك؟ قال: قلت: لا، قال: سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "مَنْ أحبَّ أنْ يَصِلَ أباه في قَبْره؛ فلْيَصِلْ إخْوانَ أبيه بَعْدَهُ". وإنَّه كان بين أبي عُمرَ وبين أبيك إخاء وَوُدٌّ، فأحْبَبْتُ أنْ أَصِلَ ذلِكَ. رواه ابن حبان في "صحيحه". __________ (1) قلت: ورواه البخاري في "الأدب المفرد" (41) نحوه.

2507 - (1) [صحيح] عن المغيرة بن شعبة رضي الله عنه عن النبيِّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "إنَّ الله حرَّم عليكُم عقوقَ الأُمَّهاتِ، وَوَأْدَ البَناتِ، ومَنْعَ وهات، وكرهَ لَكُم قيلَ وقالَ، وكثْرةَ السُّؤَال، وإضاعَةَ المالِ" (1). رواه البخاري وغيره.

2508 - (2) [صحيح] وعن أبي بكرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "ألا أُنبِّئُكم بأكبرِ الكبائِر؟ (ثلاثاً) ". قلنا: بَلى يا رسولَ الله! قال: "الإشراكُ بالله، وعقوقُ الوالِدينِ -وكان متكئاً فجلَس فقال:- ألا وقولُ الزورِ، وشهادَة الزورِ". فما زال يُكرِّرُها حتى قلنا: لَيْتَهُ سَكَتَ. رواه البخاري ومسلم والترمذي. __________ (1) (العقوق): أصله من (العق) وهو الشق والقطع. يقال: عق والده يعقه عقوقاً، فهو عاق: إذا آذاه وعصاه وخرج عليه، وهو ضد البر، كأن العاق لأمه يقطع ما بينهما من الحقوق. وإنما خص الأمهات بالذكر وإن كان عقوقُ الآباء أيضاً حراماً؛ لأن العقوق إليهن أسرع من الآباء؛ لضعف النساء، وللتنبيه على أن بر الأم مقدم على بر الأب في التلطف والحنو ونحو ذلك. وقوله: "ووأد البنات"؛ (الوأد) مصدر وأدت الوائدة ابنتها تشدها: إذا دفنتها حية. وكان أحدهم في الجاهلية إذا جاءته بنت يدفنها حية حين تولد، ويقولون: القبر صهر، ونعم الصهر! وكانوا يفعلونه غيرة وأنفة، وبعضهم يفعله تخفيفاً للمؤنة. قيل: أول من فعله من العرب قيس بن عاصم التيمي. وقوله: "ومنع وهات": (المنع) مصدر منع يمنع، والمراد: منع ما أمر الله أن لا يمنع. قال ابن التين: "ضبط (منع) بغير ألف، وصوابه (منعاً) بالألف، لأنه مفعول (حرَّم). و (هات) فعل أمر مجزوم. والمراد به النهي عن طلب ما لا يستحق طلبه". وقوله: "وكره لكم قيل وقال" يروى بغير تنوين حكاية للفظ الفعل، وروي منوناً، وهي رواية البخاري: "قيلاً وقالاً" على النقل من الفعلية إلى الاسمية. والأول أكثر. والمراد به نقل الكلام الذي يسمعه إلى غيره، فيقول: قيل: كذا وكذا بغير تعيين القائل. وقال فلان: كذا وكذا. إنما نُهي عنه؛ لأنه من الاشتغال بما لا يعني المتكلم، ولأنه قد يتضمن الغيبة والنميمة والكذب، لا سيما مع الإكثار من ذلك، قلما يخلو عنه الإنسان. وقوله: "وكثرة السؤال" إما في العلميات، وإما في الأموال؛ وكلاهما مضر، أو عن المشكلات من المسائل، أو مجموع الأمرين، وهو أولى من حمله على الخاص. وقوله: "وإضاعة المال" المتبادر من الإضاعة ما لم يكن لغرض ديني ولا دنيوي. وقيل: هو الإنفاق في الإسراف. وقيده بعضهم بالإنفاق في الحرام. والله أعلم. 2509 - (3) [صحيح] وعن عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاصي رضي الله عنهما عنِ النبيِّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "الكبائر: الإشراكُ بالله، وعقوقُ الوالدَيْنِ، وقتلُ النفسِ، واليمينُ الغموسُ". رواه البخاري.

2510 - (4) [صحيح] وعن أنس رضي الله عنه قال: ذكِرَ عند رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - الكبائر فقال: "الشركُ بالله، وعقوقُ الوالدينِ" الحديث. رواه البخاري ومسلم والترمذي. [صحيح لغيره] وفي كتاب النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - الذي كتبه إلى أهل اليمن وبعث به عمرو بن حزم: "وإنَّ أكبرَ الكبائر عند الله يومَ القيامةِ: الإشْراكُ بالله، وقتلُ النفسِ المؤمِنَةِ بغير الحَقِّ، والفرارُ في سبيلِ الله يومَ الزحْفِ، وعقوقُ الوالدين، ورَمْيُ المْحصَنَةِ، وتعلُّمُ السِّحْرِ، وأكْلُ الرِّبا، وأكلُ مالِ اليَتيمِ" الحديث. [مضى 12 - الجهاد/ 11]. رواه ابن حبان في "صحيحه".

2511 - (5) [حسن صحيح] وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما عن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "ثلاثَةٌ لا ينظرُ الله إليهم يومَ القِيَامَةِ: العاقٌّ لوالديْهِ، ومدمِنُ الخمْر، والمنَّان عطاءَه. وثلاثَةٌ لا يَدخلونَ الجنَّة: العاقُّ لوالِديْه، والديُّوثُ، والرَّجُلَة". رواه النسائي والبزار -واللفظ له- بإسنادين جيدين، والحاكم وقال: "صحيح الإسناد". وروى ابن حبان في "صحيحه" شطره الأول. (الديّوث) بتشديد الياء: هو الذي يقرّ أهله على الزنا مع علمه بهم. (والرجلة) بفتح الراء وكسر الجيم (1): هي المترجلة المتشبهة بالرجال [مضى 16 - اللباس/ 6].

2512 - (6) [حسن لغيره] وعن عبد الله بن عمر (2) رضي الله عنهما؛ أنَّ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "ثلاثَةٌ حرَّم الله تبارك وتعالى عليهِمُ الجنَّةَ: مدمِنُ الخَمْرِ، والعاقُّ، والديُّوثُ؛ الذي يُقِرُّ الخُبْثَ في أهْلِهِ". رواه أحمد -واللفظ له- والنسائي والبزار، والحاكم وقال: "صحيح الإسناد" (3).

2513 - (7) [حسن] وعن أبي أمامة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "ثلاثَةٌ لا يَقبلُ الله عزَّ وجلَّ منهم صَرْفاً ولا عَدْلاً: عاقُّ، ومنَّانٌ، ومُكَذِّب بقَدَرٍ". رواه ابن أبي عاصم في "كتاب السنة" (1) بإسناد حسن. __________ (1) كذا قال، وهو خطأ، والصواب ما أثبتنا في المتن. (2) قلت: الأصل: "بن عمرو بن العاصي"، وهو خطأ من الناسخ، فقد تقدم هذا بعينه (21 - الحدود/ 6) من مسند ابن عمر بن الخطاب، وهو الصواب؛ كما قال الناجي (190/ 1)، فلا دخل لابن عمرو في الحديث. وغفل عن ذلك مدعو التحقيق، في الموضعين!! (3) لا وجه لذكر النسائي ومن بعده هنا، لأنهم رواة اللفظ الذي قبله، وقد تقدم مني التنبيه على هذا هناك.
