2865 - (16) [حسن] وعن أنسٍ رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "لا يَسْتقيمُ إيمانُ عبدٍ حتى يَسْتَقيمَ قلْبُه، ولا يَسْتَقيم قلْبُه حتى يَسْتَقيمَ لِسَانُه، ولا يدخُلُ الجنَّةَ رجلٌ لا يأْمَنُ جارُهُ بواثِقَهُ". رواه أحمد، وابن أبي الدنيا في "الصمت"؛ كلاهما من رواية علي بن مسعدة الباهلي عن قتادة عنه. [مضى 22 - البر/ 5]. __________ (1) قلت: لقد أبعد النجعة، فقد رواه أحمد (3/ 413 و4/ 384 - 385). وأما قول الثلاثة: "رواه ابن أبي الدنيا في الصمت رقم (1) "، فهو من تخاليطهم، فإنما هو عنده بالرواية التي قبل هذه!

2866 - (17) [صحيح لغيره] وعن معاذ بن جبلٍ رضي الله عنه قال: كنتُ معَ النبيِّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - في سَفَرٍ، فأصْبَحْتُ يَوْماً قَريباً منهُ ونحنُ نَسيرُ، فقلتُ: يا رسول الله! أخْبِرْني بِعَمَلٍ يُدْخِلُني الجنَّةَ، ويُباعِدُني مِنَ النارِ؟ قال: "لقد سَأَلْتَ عن عَظيمٍ، وإنَّه لَيَسيرٌ على مَنْ يَسَّرَهُ الله عليه. تَعْبُدُ الله ولا تُشْرِكُ به شَيْئاً، وتقيمُ الصلاةَ، وتُؤْتي الزكاةَ، وتصومُ رَمضانَ، وتحجُّ البَيْتَ". ثُمَّ قال: "ألا أَدُلُّكَ على أبْوابِ الخَيْرِ؟ ". قلتُ: بَلى يا رسولَ الله! قال: "الصومُ جُنَّةٌ، والصَدقَةٌ تطْفِئُ الخَطيئَةَ كما يُطْفِئُ الماءُ النارَ، وصلاةُ الرجُل مِنْ جوفِ اللّيْلِ (1) ". ثُمَّ تَلا قَوْلَهُ: {تَتَجَافَى جُنُوبُهُمْ عَنِ الْمَضَاجِعِ} حتَّى بَلَغَ {يَعْمَلُونَ}، ثُمَّ قالَ: "ألا أُخْبِرُكَ بِرَأْسِ الأَمْرِ وعَمُودِه وذِرْوَةِ سَنامِهِ؟ ". قلْتُ: بَلى يا رسولَ الله! قال: "رأسُ الأمْرِ الإسْلامُ، وعَمودُهُ الصلاةُ، وذِرْوَةُ سَنامِهِ الجِهَادُ". ثمَّ قالَ: "ألا أُخْبِرُكَ بِمَلاكِ ذلكَ كُلِّه؟ ". قلتُ: بَلى يا رسولَ الله! قال: "كُفَّ عليكَ هذا". وأشارَ إلى لسانِهِ. قلتُ: يا نَبِيَّ الله! وإنَّا لمُؤاخَذُونَ بِما نَتَكلَّمُ بِهِ؟ قال: "ثَكِلَتْكَ (1) أُمُّكَ، وهل يَكُبُّ الناسَ في النارِ على وجُوهِهِمْ -أو قالَ: على مَناخِرِهمْ- إلا حَصائِدُ ألْسِنَتِهِمْ؟ ". رواه أحمد والترمذي والنسائي وابن ماجه؛ كلهم من رواية أبي وائل عن معاذ. وقال الترمذي: "حديث حسن صحيح". [مضى طرف منه 8 - الصدقات/ 9]. (قال الحافظ): "وأبو وائل أدرك معاذاً بالسن، وفي سماعه منه عندي نظر، وكان أبو وائل بالكوفة، ومعاذ بالشام. والله أعلم. قال الدارقطني: "هذا الحديث معروف من رواية شهر بن حوشب عن معاذ، وهو أشبه بالصواب على اختلاف علمه فيه". كذا قال! وشهر -مع ما قيل فيه- لم يسمع معاذاً. ورواه البيهقي وغيره عن ميمون بن أبي شيبة عن معاذ. وميمون هذا كوفي ثقة ما أراه سمع من معاذ، بل ولا أدركه؛ فإنّ أبا داود قال: "لم يدرك ميمونُ بن أبي شيبة عائشةَ"، وعائشة تأخرت بعد معاذ نحواً من ثلاثين سنة. وقال عمرو بن علي: كان يحدِّث عن أصحاب رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، وليس عندنا في شيء منه يقول: "سمعتُ"، ولم أُخْبَرْ أنَّ أحداً يزعم أنه سمعَ مِنْ أصحابِ النبيِّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -" انتهى. [حسن لغيره] ورواه الطبراني مختصراً قال: يا رسول الله! أكلُّما نتكلَّمُ به يُكتَبُ علينا؟ قال: "ثكلَتْكَ أمُّكَ، وهل يكبُّ الناسَ على مناخرِهمْ في النارِ إلا حَصائدُ ألسِنَتِهمْ؟ (1) إنَّك لنْ تزالَ سالماً ما سكَتَّ، فإذا تكلَّمْتَ كُتِبَ لك أو عليك". ورواه أحمد وغيره عن عبد الحميد بن بهرام عن شهر بن حوشب عن عبد الرحمن بن غَنْم: أن معاذاً سأل رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فقال: يا رسول الله! أيُّ الأعمالِ أفْضَلُ؟ فقال: الصلاةُ بعدَ الصلاةِ المفْروضَةِ؟ قال: "لا، ونِعِمَّا هيَ". قال: الصومُ بعدَ صيامِ رمضانَ؟ قال: "لا، ونِعمَّا هي". قال: فالصدَقةُ بعدَ الصدقَةِ المفروضَةِ؟ قال: "لا، ونِعمَّا هي". قال: يا رسولَ الله! أيُّ الأعْمال أفْضَلُ؟ قال: فأخْرَج رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - لسانَهُ ثُمَّ وضَع إصْبَعَهُ عليه. فاسْتَرْجَعَ معاذٌ فقال: يا رسولَ الله! أنُؤاخَذُ بما نقول كلِّه، ويكتَبُ علينا؟ قال: فضَرب رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - مَنكِبَ معاذٍ مراراً، فقال: "ثكِلَتْكَ أمُّك يا ابْنَ جَبلٍ! وهل يَكُبُّ الناسَ على مناخرِهمْ في نارِ جهنَّمَ إلا حصائُد ألسِنَتِهِمْ؟! ". __________ (1) قلت: في الأصل وطبعة عمارة زيادة: "شعار الصالحين"! قال الناجي (197/ 2): "هذه الزيادة مقحمة في الحديث بلا شك، لم تسمع فيه قط، قلد المؤلف فيها صاحب "جامع الأصول"، ولا أدري من أين أخذها هو. والمعنى أن صلاة الرجل في جوف الليل تطفئ الخطيئة أيضاً كالصدقة". والحديث في "جامع الأصول" برقم (7274)، وقد أوهم المعلق عليه أن لهذه الزيادة أصلاً بقوله فيها: "ليست في أكثر نسخ "الترمذي"! والصواب القطع بأنها مقحمة في الحديث لا أصل لها فيه؛ لا عند الترمذي ولا عند غيره. وقد أفسد المعلقون الثلاثة لقلة فهمهم، وعدم رجوعهم إلى الأصول كلام الشيخ الناجي، فأوهموا أنه أراد جملة "وصلاة. . الصالحين"! وهي ثابتة عند مخرجيها؛ إلا الزيادة فقط، فتنبه.

2867 - (18) [صحيح] وعن أسود بن أصرم رضي الله عنه قال: قلتُ: يا رسولَ الله! أوصِني قال: "تَمْلِكُ يَدَك". قلتُ: فما أمْلِكُ إذا لَمْ أمْلِكْ يَدي؟ قال: "تَملِك لسانَك". قال: قلتُ: فماذا أمْلِكُ إذا لمْ أمْلِكْ لساني؟ قال: "لا تبسُطْ يَدك إلا إلى خيرٍ، فلا تقُلْ بِلسانِكَ إلاَّ مَعْروفاً". رواه ابن أبي الدنيا، والطبراني بإسناد حسن، والبيهقي. 2868 - (19) [صحيح لغيره] وعن أبي ذرّ رضي الله عنه قال: . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . قلت: يا رسول الله! أوصني. قال: "أوصيك بتقوى الله؛ فإنها زين لأمرك كله". قلت: يا رسول الله! زدني. قال: عليك بتلاوة القرآن، وذكر الله عز وجل؛ فإنه ذكرٌ لك في السماءِ، ونور لك في الأرض". قلت: يا رسول الله! زدني. قال: "وإياك وكثرةَ الضحكِ، فإنه يميتُ القلبَ، ويُذْهِبُ بنورِ الوجه". قلت: زدني، قال: "قل الحق وإن كان مراً". قلت: زدني. قال: "لا تخف في الله لومة لائم". رواه أحمد والطبراني، وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، والحاكم، واللفظ له وقال: "صحيح الإسناد". [مضى 20 - القضاء/ 5]. (1) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . __________ (1) قلت: تحسينه فقط فيه نظر، وإن تبعه الهيثمي (10/ 300)، وقلدهما الثلاثة المعلقون! ذلك لأنَّ أحد إسنادي الطبراني صحيح، رجاله كلهم ثقات، وكذلك البيهقي في "الشعب" (4/ 240/ 4931)، وبيان هذا في "الصحيحة" (891).

2869 - (20) [صحيح لغيره] وعن أبي سعيدٍ رضي الله عنه قال: جاءَ رجلٌ إلى رسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فقال: يا رسولَ الله! أوْصنِي. قال: "عليكَ بتقوى الله، فإنَّها جِماعُ كلِّ خيرٍ، وعليك بالجِهادِ في سبيلِ الله، فإنَّها رَهْبانِيَّةُ المسْلِمينَ، وعليك بذِكْرِ الله وتِلاوَةِ كتابِهِ، فإنَّه نورٌ لكَ في الأرضِ، وذِكرٌ لكَ في السماءِ. . . " (2). رواه الطبراني في "الصغير"، وأبو الشيخ في "الثواب"؛ كلاهما من رواية ليث بن أبي سليم. ورواه ابن أبي الدنيا وأبو الشيخ أيضاً موقوفاً عليه مختصراً.

2870 - (21) [حسن لغيره] وعن معاذٍ رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّه قال: يا رسول الله! أوْصِني. قال: "اعْبُدِ الله كأنَّك تَراهُ، واعْدُدْ نَفْسَك في المَوْتَى، وإنْ شِئْتَ أَنْبَأْتُكَ بما هو أَمْلَكُ بِكَ مِنْ هذا كُلِّهِ؟ ". قال: "هذا". وأشارَ بيدِهِ إلى لِسَانِه. رواه ابن أبي الدنيا بإسناد جيد. __________ (1) قلت: عزوه لأحمد والحاكم فيه نظر بينته في الأصل، والمثبت هنا منه فلشواهده، وهو بتمامه في الكتاب الآخر "الضعيف". (2) إلى هنا رواه أحمد أيضاً من طريق آخر، وهو مخرج في "الصحيحة" (555)، وله شاهد من حديث أبي ذر، وهو الذي تراه قبيل هذا.

2871 - (22) [حسن] وعن أبي سعيدٍ الخدريِّ رضي الله عنه رفعه قال: "إذا أصبحَ ابن آدمَ فإنَّ الأعْضاءَ كلَّها تُكَفِّر (1) اللِّسَانَ فتقولُ: اتَّقِ الله فينا، فإنَّما نحنُ بِكَ، فإنِ اسْتَقَمْتَ اسْتَقَمْنا، وإنِ اعْوَجَجْتَ اعْوَجَجْنا". رواه الترمذي وابن أبي الدنيا وغيرهما، وقال الترمذي: "رواه غير واحد عن حماد بن زيد، ولم يرفعوه". قال: "وهو أصح".

2872 - (23) [صحيح] وعن أبي وائلٍ عن عبد الله: أنَّه ارْتَقى الصَّفا، فأخذَ بِلسَانِه فقال: يا لسانُ! قُلْ خيراً تَغْنَمْ، واسْكُتْ عنْ شرٍ تَسْلَمْ، مِن قَبْلِ أنْ تَنْدَمَ. ثُمَّ قال: سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "أكثرُ خطايا (2) ابْنِ آدَم في لِسانِه". رواه الطبراني، ورواته رواة "الصحيح"، وأبو الشيخ في "الثواب"، والبيهقي بإسناد حسن. __________ (1) أي: تخضع وتذل. قال الجوهري: " (التكفير): أن يخضع الإنسان كغيره كما يكفر العلج للدهاقين: يضع يده على صدره ويتطامن له". ذكره الناجي. (2) الأصل: (خطأ)، والتصويب من الطبراني وغيره. انظر "الصحيحة" (534). وغفل عن هذا المعلقون الثلاثة، فأثبتوا الخطأ في طبعتهم المزخرفة الظاهر! مع أنَّ الناجي قد نبَّه على ذلك.

2873 - (24) [صحيح] وعن أسْلَمَ: أنَّ عمَر دخَل يوماً على أبي بكرٍ الصِّديقِ رضي الله عنهما، وهو يجْبِذُ لِسانَهُ! فقال عمر: مه! غَفَر الله لكَ. فقال له أبو بكرٍ: إنَّ هذا أورَدَني (1) المَوارِدِ. رواه مالك وابن أبي الدنيا والبيهقي. [صحيح] وفي لفظ للبيهقي: قال: إنَّ هذا أوْرَدني (2) الموَارِدِ، إنَّ رسولُ الله - صلى الله عليه ولم - قال: "ليسَ شيْءٌ مِنَ الجَسدِ إلا يشكو ذَرَبَ اللِّسانِ على حِدَّتِهِ". (مه) أي: اكفف عما تفعله. و (ذرب اللسان) بفتح الذال المعجمة والراء جميعاً: هو حدَّته وشرّه وفحشه.

إن هذا أوردني الموارد ← البيهقي. وفي لفظ للبيهقي: ← ابْنُ أَبِي الدُّنْيَا، ← له أبو بكرٍ: إنَّ هذا أورَدَني المَوارِدِ. رواه مالك ← عمر: مه! غَفَر الله لكَ. ← أسْلَمَ: أنَّ عمَر دخَل يوماً على أبي بكرٍ الصِّديقِ وهو يجْبِذُ لِسانَهُ!

2874 - (25) [صحيح] وعن ابن عمروٍ (3) رضي الله عنهما؛ أنَّ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "مَنْ صَمتَ نَجا". رواه الترمذي وقال: "حديث غريب"، والطبراني، ورواته ثقات.

2875 - (26) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّه سمعَ النبيَّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "إنَّ العبدَ لَيتَكَلَّمُ بالكَلِمَةِ ما يتَبيَّنُ فيها؛ يَزِلُّ بها في النارِ أبْعَدَ ما بينَ المشْرِقِ والمغْرِبِ". رواه البخاري ومسلم والنسائي. [حسن صحيح] ورواه ابن ماجه والترمذي؛ إلا أنهما قالا: "إنَّ الرجلَ لَيتكلَّمُ بالكَلِمَةِ لا يَرى بها بأْساً؛ يَهْوِي بها سَبْعينَ خَرِيفاً". قوله: (ما يتبين فيها)؛ أي: ما يتفكر هل هي خير أو شر؟ __________ (1) الأصل في الموضعين: (شر الموارد)! وهي زيادة لا أصل لها في شيء من تلك المصادر، ولا في غيرها مما هو مخرج في "الصحيحة" (535). (2) الأصل في الموضعين: (شر الموارد)! وهي زيادة لا أصل لها في شيء من تلك المصادر، ولا في غيرها مما هو مخرج في "الصحيحة" (535). (3) الأصل: (ابن عمر). قال الناجي (198/ 1): "وهو وهم بلا شك، إنما هو عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص، والحديث سنده مصري، فيه ابن لهيعة، ويرويه أبو عبد الرحمن عنه، وروايته عنه عند مسلم والأربعة مشهورة، ولا رواية له عن ابن عمر، فاستفد هذا". قلت: وقد رواه عن ابن لهيعة بعض العبادلة، وقرنه أحدهم مع عمرو بن الحارث، كما بينته في "الصحيحة" (536).

2876 - (27) [صحيح لغيره] وروى عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: ". . . . إن العبدَ ليتكلمُ بالكلمةِ مِنْ سَخَطِ اللهِ لا يلقي لها بالاً؛ يهوي بها في جهنم". رواه مالك، والبخاري واللفظ له، والنسائي، والحاكم وقال: [حسن صحيح] "صحيح على شرط مسلم"، ولفظه: "إن الرجلَ ليتكلمُ بالكلمةِ ما يظنُّ أن تبلغَ ما بَلَغَتْ؛ يهوي بها سبعين خريفاً في النار".
