2951 - (1) [صحيح] عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما عن النبيِّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "إنَّ الله تعالى ينهاكُمْ أنْ تَحلِفوا بآبائكمْ، مَنْ كانَ حالِفاً فلْيَحْلِفْ بالله، أوْ لِيَصْمُتْ". رواه مالك والبخاري ومسلم وأبو داود والترمذي والنسائي وابن ماجه. [حسن] وفي رواية لابن ماجه عنه (1) قال: سمعَ النبيُّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - رجلاً يحلِفُ بأبيه فقال: "لا تَحْلِفوا بآبائكمْ، مَنْ حلَف بالله فَلْيَصْدُقْ، ومَنْ حُلِفَ لَهُ بالله فَلْيَرْضَ، ومَنْ لَمْ يَرْضَ بالله فليْسَ مِنَ الله".

2952 - (2) [صحيح] وعنه (2): أنه سمعَ رجلاً يقولُ: لا والكَعْبَةِ. فقال ابْنُ عمر: لا تحلِفْ بغير الله؛ فإنِّي سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "مَنْ حلَف بغيرِ الله فقد كفَر أوْ أشْرَك". رواه الترمذي وحسنه، وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، والحاكم وقال: "صحيح على شرطهما". [صحيح لغيره] وفي رواية للحاكم: سمعت رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "كلُّ يمينٍ يُحلَفُ بها دونَ الله شِرْكٌ". __________ (1) الأصل: (من حديث بريدة)، والتصحيح من "ابن ماجه" (2101). (2) أي: ابن عمر، وهذا يعني أن ابن عمر نفسه هو الذي روى قصته مع الرجل، وهذا خطأ مخالف للرواية، فإنها من طريق سعد بن عبيدة أن ابن عمر سمع. . . الحديث. هكذا هو عند الترمذي (1535)، والسياق له، ونحوه رواية ابن حبان (1177 - موارد)، فالصواب أن يبدأ الحديث بقوله: "وعن سعد بن عبيدة أن ابن عمر. . ".

2956 - (6) [صحيح لغيره] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن النبيِّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "مَنْ حلَف على يمينٍ فهو كما حلَف؛ إنْ قال: هو يهوديٌّ؛ فهو يهَوديٌّ، وإنْ قال: هو نَصرانيٌّ؛ فهو نَصرانيٌّ، وإن قال: هو بريءٌ مِنَ الإسْلامِ؛ فهو بريءٌ مِنَ الإسْلامِ، ومَنْ دَعى دعاءَ الجاهِلِيَّةِ، فإنَّه مِنْ جُثا (2) جهنَّم". قالوا: يا رسولَ الله! وإنْ صامَ وصلَّى؟ قال: "وإنْ صامَ وصلّى". رواه أبو يعلى والحاكم -واللفظ له- وقال: "صحيح الإسناد". كذا قال. __________ (1) قلت: فاته النسائي؛ فإنه أخرجه في "الأيمان والنذور" من "سننه". (2) قال في "النهاية": " (الجُثا) جمع (جثوة) بالضم: وهو الشيء المجموع".

2958 - (1) [صحيح] عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه؛ أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "المسْلمُ أخو المسْلم، لا يَظْلِمُه، ولا يَخْذُلهُ، ولا يَحْقِرُه، التَّقْوى ههُنا، التَقْوى ههُنا، التَقْوى ههُنا، -ويشيرُ إلى صدْره [ثلاث مرات] (1) -، بحَسْبِ امْريء مِنَ الشرِّ أنْ يَحْقِرَ أخاهُ المُسْلِمَ، كُلّ المسْلمِ على المسْلمِ حَرامٌ؛ دَمُه وعِرْضُه ومَالهُ". رواه مسلم وغيره.

2959 - (2) [صحيح] وعن ابن مسعودٍ رضي الله عنه عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "لا يدخُل الجنَّةَ مَنْ في قلْبِه مثقالُ ذَرَّة مِنَ كِبْرٍ". فقال رجلٌ: إن الرجلَ يحبَّ أنْ يكونَ ثَوْبُه حَسناً ونَعْلُه حَسناً؟ فقال: "إن الله تعالى جَميلٌ يحِبُّ الجمالَ، الكِبْرُ بَطرُ الحَقِّ، وغَمْطُ الناسِ". [صحيح لغيره] رواه مسلم والترمذي والحاكم؛ إلا أنه قال: "ولكِنَّ الكِبرَ مَنْ بطَر الحَقِّ، وازْدَرى الناسَ". وقال الحاكم: "احتجا برواته". (بطَر الحقِّ): دَفْعهُ وردُّه. و (غَمْطُ الناسِ) بفتح الغين المعجمة وسكون الميم وبالطاء المهملة: هو احتقارهم وازدراؤهم؛ كما جاء مفسراً عند الحاكم. 2960 - (3) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "إذا سمعتَ الرجلَ يقول: (هَلَك الناسُ)، فهو أَهْلَكُهم". رواه مالك ومسلم (1)، وأبو داود وقال (2): "قال أبو إسحاق: سمعته بالنصب والرفع، ولا أدري أيهما قال. يعني بنصب الكاف من (أهلكهم) أو رفعها". وفسره مالك: "إذا قال ذلك معجباً بنفسه مزدرياً بغيره فهو أشد هلاكاً منهم، لأنه لا يدري سرائر الله في خلقه" انتهى.
