1106 - (13) [حسن] وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: سمعتُ النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "ما ترفعُ إِبلُ الحاجِّ رِجْلًا، ولا تضعُ يَدًا؛ إِلا كَتَبَ الله له بها حسنةً، أو محا عنه سيئةً، أو رفعه بها درجةً". رواه البيهقي (1)، وابن حبان في "صحيحه" في حديث يأتي إن شاء الله [آخر 9/ الوقوف بعرفة. .]. __________ (1) في الأصل هنا: (وفي رواية لأحمد والبيهقي: "إطعام الطعام، وإفشاء السلام)، ولم أوردها لأنها ضعيفة. (2) بكسر الكاف: كير الحداد، وهو المبني من الطين. وقيل: الزق الذي ينفخ به النار، والمبني: الكور. و (خبث الحديد): هو ما تلقيه النار من وسخ الفضة والنحاس وغيرهما إذا أذيبا. و (الحج المبرور): هو الذي لا يخالطه شيء من المآثم، وقيل: هو المقبول المقابل بالبر وهو الثواب، ولا يكون كذلك إلا إذا صفا من البدع والأمور التي اعتادها الناس، وكان من كسب حلال أراد به صاحبه أداء الفريضة، وامتثال أوامر الرب تبارك وتعالى. نسأل الله العافية.

1108 - (15) [حسن] وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "الغازي في سبيلِ اللهِ، والحاجُّ، والمعتمرُ؛ وفدُ اللهِ، دعاهم فأَجابوه، وسأَلوه فأَعطاهم". رواه ابن ماجه -واللفظ له-، وابن حبان في "صحيحه"؛ كلاهما من رواية عمران بن عيينة عن عطاء بن السائب.

1109 - (16) [صحيح] [ورواه عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه. . مرفوعاً] ابنُ خزيمة وابنُ حبان في "صحيحيهما"، ولفظهما: قال: "وفدُ اللهِ ثلاثةٌ: الحاجُّ، والمعتمرُ، والغازي". وقدّم ابنُ خزيمة: "الغازي" (3). __________ (1) قلت: أخرجه في "الشعب" (3/ 479) بإسناد فيه (أبو سليمان عن عطاء. .)، ولم أعرف (أبا سليمان) هذا، وعطاء هو ابن أبي رباح، وإسناد ابن حبان الآتي حديثه هناك غير هذا، فمن جهل المعلقين الثلاثة وجنفهم على الحديث تضعيفهم لهذا الحديث هنا، وهناك أيضاً، وأعلوه بما ليس في إسناد ابن حبان وغيره؟! كما سأبينه إن شاء الله تعالى. (2) كذا قال، وفيه محمد بن أبي حميد، وهو ضعيف، لكن الحديث قوي بما بعده. (3) قلت: وكذا رواه النسائي (2/ 3)، وقد عزاه إليه المؤلف باللفظ الأول المحذوف والمشار إليه بالنقط، لأنه من حصة القسم الآخر: "الضعيف"، وانطلى الأمر على المحققين الثلاثة فصححوه!!

1110 - (17) [صحيح] وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "استَمْتِعُوا بهذا البيت، فقد هُدم مرتين، وُيرْفعُ في الثالثةِ". رواه البزار والطبراني في "الكبير"، وابن خزيمة وابن حبان في "صحيحيهما"، والحاكم، وقال: "صحيح الإسناد". قال ابن خزيمة: "قوله: (وُيرْفَعُ في الثالثة) يريد بعد الثالثة".

1112 - (19) [حسن لغيره] ورُوي (2) عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: كنت جالساً مع النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - في مسجد مِنى، فأَتاه رجلٌ من الأنصارِ ورجل من ثَقيف، فسلما، ثم قالا: يا رسول الله! جئنا نسألك. فقال: "إنْ شئتُما أخبرتُكما بما جئتما تسأَلاني عنه فَعَلْتُ، وإِن شئتما أن أمسِكَ وتسأَلاني فَعلتُ". فقالا: أخبِرْنا يا رسول الله! فقال الثقفي للأنصاري: سل. فقال: أخبِرني يا رسول الله! فقال: "جئتنَي تسألُني عن مخرجِك من بيتكَ تَؤُمُّ البيتَ الحرامَ وما لكَ فيه، وعن ركعتيك بعد الطوافِ وما لك فيهما، وعن طوافِك بين الصفا والمروة وما لك فيه، وعن وقوفِك عَشِيَّةَ عرفةَ وما لك فيه، وعن رميك الجمار وما لك فيه، وعن نحرك وما لك فيه، مع الإفاضة". فقال: والذي بعثك بالحق! لَعَنْ هذا جئتُ أَسألك. قال: "فإنك إذا خرجتَ من بيتك تَؤُمُّ البيتَ الحرامَ؛ لا تضعُ ناقتُك خُفّاً، ولا ترفعه؛ إلا كتبَ [الله] لك به حسنةً، ومحا عنك خطيئةً. وأما ركعتاك بعد الطواف؛ كعتق رقبة من بني إسماعيل. وأما طوافُكَ بالصفا والمروة؛ كعتق سبعين رقبة. وأما وقوفُك عشيةَ عرفة؛ فإن اللهَ يهبط إلى سماء الدنيا فيباهي بكم الملائكة يقول: عبادي جاؤني شُعثًا من كل فَجٍّ عميقٍ يَرجون رحمتي، فلو كانت ذنوبُكم كعدد الرمل، أَو كقَطْرِ المطرِ، أو كزبدِ البحرِ؛ لغفرتها، أفيضوا عبادي! مغفورًا لكم، ولمن شفعتم له. وأما رميُكَ الجِمارَ؛ فلكَ بكلِّ حصاةٍ رَمَيْتَها تكفيرُ كبيرةٍ من الموبقات. وأما نحرُك؛ فمدخورٌ لك عند ربك. وأما حِلاقُكَ رأَسَكَ؛ فلك بكل شعرةٍ حلقتَها حسنةٌ، وتمحى عنك بها خطيئةٌ. وأما طوافك بالبيت بعد ذلك؛ فإنك تطوفُ ولا ذنبَ لك يأتي مَلَكٌ حتى يضعَ يديه بين كتفيك فيقول: اعملْ فيما تَستقبلُ؛ فقد غُفِرَ لك ما مضى". رواه الطبراني في "الكبير"، والبزار، واللفظ له، وقال: "وقد روي هذا الحديث من وجوه، ولا نعلم له أحسن من هذا الطريق". (قال المملي) رضي الله عنه: "وهي طريق لا بأس بها، رواتها كلهم موثقون". ورواه ابن حبان في "صحيحه"، ويأتي لفظه في "الوقوف" إن شاء الله تعالى [آخر 9 - الترغيب في الوقوف. .]. (1) __________ (1) لقد أبعد المصنف النجعة، فقد أخرجه أحمد وأبو داود وغيرهما، وهو مخرج في "الإرواء" برقم (972). (2) كذا الأصل، وفي بعض النسخ "وعن" بحذف "روي"، ولعله الصواب؛ فإنه سيأتي هكذا في آخر (9 - الترغيب في الوقوف بعرفة. .)، ويؤيده أن المؤلف قد صرح بصحته تحت الحديث الآتي (11 - باب في حلق الرأس في منى)، مع ذلك ضعفه المعلقون الثلاثة بجهل بالغ. هداهم الله.

1113 - (20) [حسن لغيره] ورواه الطبراني في "الأوسط" من حديث عبادة بن الصامت، وقال فيه: "فإنَّ لك من الأجرِ إذا أَمَمْتَ البيتَ العتيقَ أن لا ترفع قدماً أو تضعَها أَنتَ ودابتُك؛ إلا كُتِبَتْ لك حسنةٌ، ورُفِعَتْ لك درجةٌ. وأَما وقوفُك بعرفة؛ فإنَّ اللهَ عز وجل يقول لملائكته: يا ملائكتي! ما جاء بعبادي؟ قالوا: جاؤا يلتمسون رضوانك والجنةَ. فيقول الله عزَّ وجلَّ: فإني أُشهِدُ نفسي وخَلقي أني قد غفرت لهم، ولو كانت ذُنوبُهم عدد أيام الدهر، وعدد رملِ عالِجٍ. وأما رميُك الجمارَ؛ قال الله عز وجل: {فَلَا تَعْلَمُ نَفْسٌ مَا أُخْفِيَ لَهُمْ مِنْ قُرَّةِ أَعْيُنٍ جَزَاءً بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ}. وأما حلقُك رأسَك؛ فإِنه ليس من شعرِك شعرةٌ تقع في الأرضِ؛ إِلا كانت لكَ نوراً يومَ القيامةِ. وأما طوافك بالبيت إِذا ودَّعتَ؛ فإِنك تخرجُ من ذنوِبكَ كيومَ ولدتك أُمُّك". __________ (1) قلت: من جهل المعلقين الثلاثة وتخليطهم أنهم صدروا تخريجهم للحديث بالتضعيف! ثم عزوه لابن حبان والبزار بالأرقام! ثم نقلوا عن الهيثمي عزوه للطبراني، وقوله في رجال البزار: "موثقون"، فتعقبوه بقولهم (2/ 118): "قلنا: بل فيهم عبد الوهاب بن مجاهد ضعيف"! فأقول: (العبد) هذا ليس في رواية ابن حبان والبزار، ثم هو متروك عند ابن حبان نفسه، فتأمل كم في هذا التخريج مع الأرقام من تضليل للقراء، وكم في هذا الحكم من اعتداء على السنة الغراء؟! وانظر التعليق علي الحديث في الموضع الذي أشار إليه المؤلف رحمه الله، وكذا تعليقي المتقدم.

1114 - (21) [صحيح لغيره] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "من خرجَ حاجاً فمات؛ كُتب له أجر الحاج إلى يوم القيامة، ومن خرج معتمراً فمات؛ كتب له أجر المعتمر إلى يوم القيامة، ومن خرج غازياً فمات؛ كتب له أجر الغازي إلى يوم القيامة". رواه أبو يعلى من رواية محمد بن إسحاق، وبقية رواته ثقات.

1115 - (22) [صحيح] وعن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: بينا رجل واقفٌ مع رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بعرفةَ، إذ وقع عن راحلته فَأَقعَصَتْهُ، فقال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "اغسلوه بماءٍ وسِدرٍ، وكفِّنوه بثوبيه، ولا تُخَمِّروا رأسَه، ولا تُحَنِّطوه، فإِنه يُبعث يوم القيامة مُلَبِّياً". رواه البخاري ومسلم وابن خزيمة. وفي روايةٍ لهم: أن رجلًا كان مع النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فوقَصَتْه ناقته وهو محرمٌ فماتَ، فقال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "اغسلوه بماءٍ وسدرٍ، وكفِّنوه في ثوبَيْهِ، ولا تَمَسُّوه بطيب، ولا تخمروا رأسَه، فإنه يُبعثُ يومَ القيامة مُلَبِّياً". وفي روايةٍ لمسلم: "فأمرَهم رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أن يغسلوه بماءٍ وسِدرٍ، وأنْ يكشفوا وجهَهُ -حسبته قال:- ورأسه؛ فإنه يبعث وهو يُهلُّ". (وَقَصَتْه) ناقته معناه: رمته ناقته فكسرت عنقه. وكذلك (فأقعصته).

1116 - (1) [صحيح] عن عائشة رضي الله عنها؛ أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال لها في عمرتها: "إِنَّ لك من الأجر على قَدْر نَصَبِكِ ونَفَقَتِكِ". رواه الحاكم (1) وقال: "صحيح على شرطهما". وفي روايةٍ له وصححها (2): "إِنما أَجرُكِ في عُمرتِك على قدْرِ نفقتك". (النَّصَب): هو التعب وزناً ومعنى. __________ (1) قال الناجي (131): "هذا عجيب من المؤلف، فإن البخاري ومسلماً والنسائي وغيرهم أخرجوا هذه الرواية بنحو هذا اللفظ، لكن عندهم: "أو نفقتك"، والألف أسقطت هنا ولا بد منها، والحاكم يَستدرك على الشيخين أو أحدهما مثل هذا، فيُستدرك عليه، فسبحان المنفرد بالكمال المطلق". وانظر "فتح الباري" (3/ 610 - 611). (2) قلت: ووافقه الذهبي على تصحيح الروايتين.

1117 - (1) [حسن] عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: أراد رسولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - الحجَّ، فقالت امرأةٌ لزوجِها: أَحْجِجْني مع رسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -. فقال: ما عندي ما أُحِجُّكِ عليه. فقالت: أَحْجِجْني على جملك فلان. قال: ذاك حَبيسٌ في سبيل الله عز وجل. فأَتى رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فقال: إِنَّ امرأتي تقرأُ عليك السلامَ ورحمةَ الله، وإنها سأَلتْني الحجَّ معك، فقلت: ما عندي ما أُحِجُّكِ عليه. قالت: أَحججْني على جملك فلان. قلت: ذاك حبيسٌ في سبيلِ الله عز وجل. فقال: "أما إنَّكَ لو أحجَجْتَها عَليه كان في سبيل الله". قال: وإِنها أمرتني أن أَسألك: ما يعدل حجةً معك؟ قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "أقرِئها السلامَ ورحمةَ الله وبركاتِه، وأخبرها أَنها تعدل حجةً معي عُمرةٌ في رمضان". رواه أبو داود، وابن خزيمة في "صحيحه"؛ كلاهما بالقصة، واللفظ لأبي داود، وآخره عندهما سواء. [صحيح] ورواه البخاري والنسائي وابن ماجه مختصراً: "عمرةٌ في رمضانَ تعدل حجةً". ومسلم (1) ولفظه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - لامرأة من الأنصار يقال لها: أمُّ سِنان: "ما منعك أَن تَحُجِّي (2) معنا؟ ". قالت: لم يكن لنا إلا ناضحان، فحجَّ أبو ولدها وابنُها على ناضحٍ، وترك لنا ناضحًا ننضحُ عليه. قال: "فإذا جاء رمضان فاعتمري؛ فإن عمرةً في رمضان تعدلُ حجةً". وفي روايةٍ له: "تعدل (1) حجَّةً، أَو حجةً معي". __________ (1) هذا يشعر بأن البخاري لم يروهِ بهذا التمام، وليس كذلك كما بينه الناجي (131/ 2). قلت: وهو في كتابي "مختصر البخاري" (برقم 863). (2) الأصل: (تجيئي)، والتصويب من "مسلم" (4/ 61).
