1396 - (9) [حسن صحيح] وعن راشد بن حبيش رضي الله عنه: أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - دخل على عبادة بن الصامت يعوده في مرضه، فقال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "أتعلمون من الشهيد من أمتي؟ ". فأرَمَّ القوم، فقال عبادة: ساندوني. فأسندوه، فقال: يا رسول الله! الصابرُ المحتسبُ. فقال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "إن شهداءَ أمتي إذاً لقليلٌ، القتلُ في سبيل الله عز وجل شهادةٌ، والطاعونُ شهادة، والغَرَق شهادة، والبَطْنُ شهادة، والنفساء يجرها ولدها بسرره إلى الجنة، [قال: وزاد أبو العوام (1) سادِنُ بيت المقدس:] والحرق، والسِّلُّ". رواه أحمد بإسناد حسن، وراشد بن حبيش صحابي معروف. (أرم القوم) تقدم. و (السادن) بالسين والدال المهملتين: هو الخادم. و (السلّ) بكسر السين وضمها (2) وتشديد اللام: هو داء يحدث في الرئة يؤول إلى ذات الجنب. وقيل: زكام أو سعال طويل مع حمى عادية. وقيل غير ذلك. __________ (1) قال في "النهاية": "وهي الدبيلة، والدملة الكبيرة التي تظهر في باطن الجنب وتنفجر إلى داخل، وقلما يسلم صاحبها".

1397 - (10) [صحيح لغيره] وعن عقبة بن عامر رضي الله عنه؛ أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "خمسٌ من قُبِضَ في شيءٍ منهن فهو شهيد: المقتولُ في سبيل الله شهيدٌ، والغَريقُ. . . شهيدٌ، والمبطونُ. . . شهيدٌ، والمطعونُ. . . شهيدٌ، والنُّفساءُ. . . (3) شهيدٌ". رواه النسائي. __________ (1) كذا وقعت في "المسند" (3/ 489) ليس فيه بيان عمن أسنده (أبو العوام)، ومن رواه عنه، وهو تابعي لا يدرى اسمه، وثقه ابن حبان (5/ 564)، لكن لهذه الزيادة شواهد، فانظرها في "أحكام الجنائز" (55 - 56 - المعارف). (2) لا وجه للضم هنا كما أفاده الناجي (143/ 2). (3) في المواضع الأربعة للنقاط قوله: "في سبيل الله"، ولما لم نجد لها شاهداً حذفناها.

1398 - (11) [صحيح لغيره] وعن جابر بن عتيك رضي الله عنه: أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - جاء يعود عبد الله بن ثابت، فوجده قد غُلب عليه، فصاح به، فلم يجبه، فاسترجع رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وقال: "غُلبنا عليك يا أبا الربيع! ". فصاحت النسوة، وبكَيْن، وجعل ابن عتيك يُسَكّتهُنَّ. فقال له النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "دعهن، فإذا وجب فلا تبكَينَّ باكية". قالوا: وما الوجوب يا رسول الله! قال: "إذا مات". قالت ابنته: والله إني لأرجو أن يكون شهيداً؛ فإنك كنت قد قضيت جهازك (1). فقال النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "إن الله قد أوقع أجره على قدر نيَّته، وما تعدون الشهادة؟ ". قالوا: القتل في سبيل الله. فقال النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "الشهادةُ سبعٌ سوى القتلِ في سبيل الله: المبطونُ شهيدٌ، والغَريقُ شهيدٌ، وصاحبُ ذات الجَنْب شهيد، والمطعونُ شهيدٌ، وصاحبُ الحريقِ شهيدٌ، والذي يموت تحت الهدم شهيدٌ، والمرأةُ تموت بجمعٍ شهيدٌ". (2) رواه أبو داود والنسائي وابن ماجه، وابن حبان في "صحيحه".

1399 - (12) [صحيح] وعن أنس رضي الله عنه قال: سمعت رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "الطاعون شهادةٌ لكل مسلمٍ". رواه البخاري ومسلم. __________ (1) بفتح الجيم وكسرها: ما يحتاج إليه في السفر، والمراد: تَمَّمْتَ جهاز آخرتك، وهو العمل الصالح بالموت، قاله أبو الحسن السندي. (2) هذا السياق أقرب ما يكون إلى رواية أبي داود (3111) مع اختلاف يسير، وفيه وفي "الموطأ" (1/ 333): "شهيدة".

1400 - (13) [صحيح] وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: سألت رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عن الطاعون؟ فقال: "كان عذاباً يبعثه الله على من كان قبلكم، فجعله الله رحمةً للمؤمنين، ما من عبد يكون في بلد يكون فيه، ويمكث (1) لا يخرج صابراً مُحتسِباً، يعلم أنه لا يصيبه إلا ما كَتَبَ الله له؛ إلا كان له مثلُ أَجرِ شهيد". رواه البخاري.

1401 - (14) وعن أبي عَسيبٍ مولى رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "أتاني جبرائيلُ عليه السلام بالحمى والطاعون، فأمسكتُ الحمى بالمدينة (2)، وأَرسلتُ الطاعون إلى الشام، فالطاعون شهادةٌ لأُمَّتي، ورجزٌ على الكافر". رواه أحمد والطبراني في "الكبير"، ورواة أحمد ثقات مشهورون. (الرجز): العذاب.

1402 - (15) [صحيح] وعن أبي منيب الأحدب قال: خطب معاذ بالشام فذكر الطاعون فقال: "إنها رحمة ربكم، ودعوة نبيكم، وقبض الصالحين قبلكم"، اللهم اجعل على آل معاذ نصيبهم من هذه الرحمة. ثم نزل عن مقامه ذلك، فدخل على عبد الرحمن بن معاذ، فقال عبد الرحمن: {الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَبِّكَ فَلَا تَكُنْ مِنَ الْمُمْتَرِينَ}. فقال معاذ: {سَتَجِدُنِي إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مِنَ الصَّابِرِينَ} ". رواه أحمد بإسناد جيد. __________ (1) الأصل: "فيكون فيه فيمكث"، والتصحيح من "البخاري - القدر" بتنبيه الناجي عليه، جزاه الله خيراً. (2) قلت: لعل هذا كان في أول هجرته - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إلى المدنية، فإنه قد صح أن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - دعا بنقل الحمى إلى الجحفة كما جاء في أحاديث تقدم بعضها في (11 - الحج /15). وراجع "فيض القدير".

1403 - (16) [صحيح] وعن أبي موسى الأشعري رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "فناء أمتي بالطعن والطاعون". فقيل: يا رسول الله! هذا الطعن قد عرفناه، فما الطاعون؟ قال: "وَخْزُ أعدائكم من الجن، وفي كلٍّ شهادة". رواه أحمد بأسانيد أحدها صحيح، وأبو يعلى والبزار والطبراني. (الوخز) بفتح الواو وسكون الخاء المعجمة بعدها زاي: هو الطعن. (1)

1404 - (17) [حسن صحيح] وعن أبي بكر بن أبي موسى عن أبيه رضي الله عنه قال: ذُكر الطاعون عند أبي موسى فقال: سألنا عنه رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -؟ فقال: "وخز أعدائكم الجن، وهو لكم شهادة". رواه الحاكم وقال: "صحيح على شرط مسلم".

1405 - (18) [حسن صحيح] وعن أبي بردة بن قيس أخي أبي موسى قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "اللهم اجعل فناء أمتي قتلاً في سبيلك؛ بالطعن والطاعون". رواه أحمد بإسناد حسن، والطبراني في "الكبير". ورواه الحاكم (1) وقال: "صحيح الإسناد". __________ (1) هو كما قال، لكن ليس بنافذ. كذا قيده أهل اللغة: الجوهري وغيره. أفاده الناجي.

1406 - (19) [حسن] وعن العِرباض بن سارية رضي الله عنه؛ أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "يختصم الشهداءُ والمتوفَّون على فرشهم إلى ربنا في الذين يُتَوَفَّون في الطاعون، فيقول الشهداء: قتلوا كما قتلنا. ويقول المتوَفّوْن على فرشهم: إخواننا ماتوا على فرشهم كما متنا. فيقول ربنا: انظروا إلى جراحهم، فإن أشبهت جراح المقتولين فإنهم منهم ومعهم، فإذا جراحهم قد أشبهت جراحهم". رواه النسائي.

1407 - (20) [حسن صحيح] وعن عتبة بن عبدٍ رضي الله عنه عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "يأتي الشهداء والمتوفَّوْن بالطاعون، فيقول أصحاب الطاعون: نحن شهداء. فيقال: انظروا فإن كانت جراحتهم كجراح الشهداء تسيل دماً كريح المسك، فهم شهداء، فيجدونهم كذلك". رواه الطبراني في "الكبير" بإسناد لا بأس به، فيه إسماعيل بن عياش، روايته عن الشاميين مقبولة، وهذا منها. (2) ويشهد له حديث العرباض قبله.
