279 - (4) [صحيح] وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: أمرنا رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - ببناءِ المساجد في الدُّورِ (2)، وأن تُنَظَّفَ وتُطَيِّبَ. رواه أحمد (3) وأبو داود وابن ماجه، وابن خزيمة في "صحيحه"، ورواه الترمذي مسنداً ومرسلاً، وقال في المرسل: "هذا أصحّ". __________ (1) لم أره عند الترمذي، ولا عزاه إليه المِزي في "التحفة" ولا النابلسي في "الذخائر"، وإنما رواه أبو داود بنحوه، وهو مخرج في "صحيح أبي داود" (481). (2) أي: القبائل. وقوله: "وأن تنظف وتطيب" مبنيان للمفعول، أمر بذلك لكونها محالاً لحضور الملائكة الكرام. (3) هنا في الأصل ومطبوعة عمارة زيادة: "والترمذي وقال: حديث صحيح إلى" هكذا! ولما كانت منافية للسياق، ولم ترد في المخطوطة؛ فقد حذفتها.

280 - (1) [صحيح] عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنه قال: يبنما رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يخطب يوماً، إذ رأى نُخامةً (2) في قِبلةِ المسجدِ، فتغيظَ على الناسِ، ثم حكَّها، -قال: وأحسبُهُ قال:- فدعا بِزَعفَرانٍ فَلَطَخَهُ به وقال: "إنّ الله عز وجل قِبَلَ وجه أحدكم إذا صلّى، فلا يَبصق بين يديه". رواه البخاري ومسلم وأبو داود، واللفظ له.

281 - (2) [صحيح] وروى ابن ماجه عن القاسم بن مهران -وهو مجهول- (3) عن أبي رافع عن أبي هريرة: أنّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - رأى نُخامةً في قِبلةِ المسجد، فأقبَل على الناسِ، فقال: "ما بالُ أحدِكم يقومُ مستقبِل ربه فيتنخَّعُ أمامَه؟! أيحبُّ أحدُكم أنْ يُستقْبلَ فيُتَنخَّعَ في وجهه؟! إذا بصَقَ أحدكم فليبصق عن شمالِهِ، أو ليتفُل هكذا في ثوبه". ثم أراني إسماعيل -يعني ابن عُليَّةَ- يبصق في ثوبه ثم يَدلُكه. __________ (1) كذا الأصل والمخطوطة، للصواب "نشدان"، قال الناجي في "العجالة" (50): "ينكر عليه قوله: "إنشاد" رباعياً، وكذا ينكر ذلك علىَ أبي داود وابن ماجه، وقد زاد فروى ذلك مرفوعاً حديث عمرو بن شعيب عن أبيه عن جده. مع الترمذي في التبويب بين إنشاد الضالة والشعر، وهذا كله من التصرف في العبارة والجري على التداول، وإنما هو (نشد)، ثلاثي، ويدل عليه حديث بُريدة الذي ساقه المصنف في أثناء الباب: أنّ رجلاً نشد في المسجد، ولم يقل "أنشد"، قال أهل اللغة: يقال: نشد الضالة ينشدها -بفتح أوله وضم ثالثه- نشدة ونشداناً -بكسر أولها-، أي: طلبها، فهو ناشد. وهذا هو المراد هنا قطعاً. وأنشدها أي: عرفها، فهو منشد، ومنه حديث: "لقطة مكة لا تحل إلا لمنشد"، وليس هذا مراداً هنا. وقال الشاعر: إصاخة الناشد للمنشد أي: استماع الطالب للواجد. ويقال أيضاً: أنشد الشعر ينشده إنشاداً". (2) (النخامة): هي ما يخرج مِن الصدر. وقيل: (النخاعة) بالعين من الصدر، وبالميم من الرأس. (3) كذا قال، وهو وهم فاحش مزدوج، فإنّ القاسم بن مهران معروف، قال ابن مَعين: "ثقة". وقال أبو حاتم: "صالح". واحتجّ به مسلم، وقد أخرج حديثه هذا في "صحيحه" (2/ 76)، وكذلك رواه أحمد والنسائي، وفيه عنده: "عن يساره تحت قدمه". وذكر سبب الوهم في "العجالة" (51).

282 - (3) [حسن صحيح] وعن أبي سعيد الخُدري رضي الله عنه: أنّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كان تُعجبه العَراجين (1) أنْ يُمسِكَها بيدِه، فدخل المسجد ذاتَ يوم، وفي يده واحدٌ منها، فرأى نُخاماتٍ في قبلة المسجد، فحتَّهُن حتى أنقاهُنَّ، ثم أقبلَ على الناسِ مُغضَباً فقال: "أيحب أحدُكم أنْ يستقبِلَه رجلٌ فيبصقَ في وجهه؟! إنَّ أحدكم إذا قام إلى الصلاة فإنما يستقبل ربه، والملَكُ عن يمينه، فلا يبصقْ بين يديه، ولا عن يمينه" الحديث. رواه ابن خزيمة في "صحيحه" (2)، وفي رواية له بنحوه، إلا أنه قال فيه: "فإنَّ الله عز وجل بين أيديكم في صلاتِكم، فلا تُوَجِّهُوا شيئاً من الأذى بين أيديكم" الحديث. وبوب عليه ابن خزيمة: "باب الزجر عن توجيه جميع ما يقع عليه اسم أذى تلقاء القبلة في الصلاةِ". __________ (1) (العراجين) جمع (عُرجون)، وهو العود الأصفر الذي فيه شماريخ العذق. (2) هذا يوهم أنه لم يروه أحد من أصحاب الستة، وليس كذلك، فقد أخرجه منهم أبو داود، ورواه أحمد أيضاً، والحاكم وصححه، وافقه الذهبي. وله عند أحمد (3/ 65) طريق أخرى نحوه، وفيه: "أنَّ النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أعطى العرجون قتادة بن النعمان فأضاء أمامه الطريق عشراً، وخلْفه عشراً، أنه أمره أنْ يضرب به سواداً في زاوية البيت فإنه شيطان". وسنده صحيح على شرط الشيخين.

283 - (4) [صحيح] وعن جابر بن عبد الله رضي الله عنه قال: أتانا رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - في مسجدنا، وفي يده عُرجون، فرأى في قِبلةِ المسجد نُخامةً، فأقبل عليها، فحتَّها بالعُرجون، ثم قال: "أَيُّكم يحبُّ أنْ يُعرِضَ الله عنه؟! إنّ أحدكم إذا قامَ يصلّي، فإنَّ الله قِبَلَ وجهه، فلا يبصقنَّ قِبَلَ وجهه، ولا عن يمينه، وليبْصقنَّ عن يسارِه تحت رجلِهِ اليسرى، فإن عجِلَتْ به بادرةٌ (1) فليتفُلْ بثوبه هكذا، ووضعه على فيه، ثم دلكَه. . ." الحديث. رواه أبو داود وغيره. (2)

284 - (5) [صحيح] وعن حذيفة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "من تَفَلَ تُجاه القِبلة، جاء يومَ القيامةِ وتَفلُه بين عينَيه. . . (3) ". رواه أبو داود، وابن خزيمة وابن حبان في "صحيحيهما". (تفل) بالتاء المثناة فوق، أي: بصق، بوزنه ومعناه. __________ (1) أي: شيء سبق من الإنسان من مخاط أو بزاق. (2) هذا قصور أفحش من الذي قبله، فقد أخرجه مسلم أيضاً في آخر "صحيحه" (8/ 232)، لذلك تعجب منه المؤلف الشيخ الناجي في "عجالته" (52). فائدة هامة: اعلم أن قوله في هذا الحديث: "فإن الله قبل وجهه". وفي الحديث الذي قبله "فإن الله عز وجل بين أيديكم في صلاتكم" لا ينافي كونه تعالى على عرشه، فوق مخلوقاته كلها كما تواترت فيه نصوص الكتاب والسنة، وآثار الصحابة والسلف الصالح رضي الله عنهم، ورزقنا الاقتداء بهم، فإنّه تعالى مع ذلك واسع محيط بالعالم كله، وقد أخبر أنّه حيثما توجه العبد فإنه مستقبل وجه الله عز وجل، بل هذا شأن مخلوقه المحيط بما دونه، فإن كل خط يخرج من المركز إلى المحيط، فإنه يستقبل وجه المحيط ويواجهه، وإذا كان عالي المخلوقات يستقبله سافلها المحاط بها بوجهه من جميع الجهات والجوانب، فكيف بشأن من هو بكل شيء محيط، وهو محيط ولا يحاط به؟ وراجع بسط هذا في كتب شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية؛ كـ "الحموية" و"الواسطية"، و"شرحها" للشيخ زيد بن عبد العزيز بن فياض (ص 203 - 213) رحمه الله. (3) هذه النقط من عندي؛ لأن للحديث تتمَّة تأتي في آخر (11 - الترهيب من إتيان المسجد لمن أكل بصلاً. .) رقم (335/ 9). وكان ينبغي للمؤلف أن يشير إلى ذلك بقوله: "الحديث". كما عليه اصطلاحهم.

285 - (6) [صحيح] وعن ابن عمرَ رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "يُبعث صاحبُ النُّخامةِ في القبلةِ يومَ القيامة، وهي في وَجهه". رواه البزار، وابن خزيمة في "صحيحه" -وهذا لفظه-، وابن حبان في "صحيحه".

286 - (7) [صحيح] وعن أنس رضي الله عنه عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "البُصاقُ في المسجد خطيئةٌ، وكفارتُها دَفْنُها". رواه البخاري ومسلم وأبو داود والترمذي والنسائي.

287 - (8) [حسن صحيح] وعن أبي أمامةَ رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "التَّفْلُ في المسجدِ سيئةٌ، ودفنُهُ حسنةٌ". رواه أحمد بإسناد لا بأس به.

288 - (9) [صحيح لغيره] وعن أبي سهلة: السائبِ بن خّلادٍ -من أصحاب النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ --: أنّ رجلاً أمَّ قوماً، فبصقَ في القِبلة، ورسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَنظرُ، فقال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - حين فَرغ: "لا يصلّي لكم هذا"، فأراد بعد ذلك أنْ يصلِّيَ لهم، فمنعوه، وأخبروه بقول رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، فَذُكِرَ ذلك لرسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، فقال: "نعمْ -وحسِبْتُ أنّه قال:- إنّك آذيت الله ورسولَه". رواه أبو داود وابن حبان في "صحيحه".

289 - (10) [حسن صحيح] وعن عبد الله بن عمر (1) رضي الله عنهما قال: أمَرَ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - رجلاً يصلِّي بالناس الظهر، فتَفَل في القِبلةِ وهو يصلِّي للناس، فلما كانت صلاةُ العصر، أرسل إلى آخرَ، فأشفق الرجلُ الأوّلُ، فجاء إلى النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فقال: يا رسولَ الله! أأُنزِلَ فيَّ شيء؟ قال: "لا، ولكنَّك تَفَلْتَ بين يديك، وأنت قائم تؤُمُّ الناس، فآذيتَ الله والملائكةَ". رواه الطبراني في "الكبير" بإسناد جيد.

290 - (11) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه؛ أنه سمع رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "مَن سَمعَ رجلاً يَنشد ضالةً في المسجدِ فلْيقُلْ: لا ردَّها الله عليك، فإنّ المساجد لم تُبْنَ لهذا". رواه مسلم وأبو داود وابن ماجه وغيرهم.
