707 - (4) [حسن لغيره] وعن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "إنّ هذا يومُ عيدٍ، جعله الله للمسلمين، فمَن جاءَ الجمعةَ فليغتسلْ، وإنْ كان طيبٌ فليمَسَّ منه، وعليكم بالسواكِ". رواه ابن ماجه بإسناد حسن. وستأتي أحاديث تدلّ لهذا الباب فيما يأتي من الأبواب إن شاء الله تعالى. __________ (1) ليس عند مسلم (3/ 4) "واجب"، وإنّما هو عند النسائي (1/ 204). 708 - (1) [صحيح] عن أبي هريرةَ رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "من اغتسل يومَ الجمعة غُسلَ الجنابة، ثم راحَ في الساعةِ الأولى فكأنّما قرَّب بَدَنَةً، ومن راح في الساعةِ الثانيةِ فكأنما قرب بَقَرَةً، ومن راح في الساعةِ الثالثةِ فكأنما قرَّب كبشاً أقْرَنَ، ومن راح في الساعة الرابعةِ فكأنما قَرَّبَ دَجاجةً، ومن راح في الساعة الخامسة فكأنما قرب بَيْضَةً، فإذا خرج الإمامُ حضرتِ الملائكة يستمعون الذِكرَ". رواه مالك والبخاري ومسلم وأبو داود والترمذي والنسائي وابن ماجه. [صحيح] وفي رواية للبخاري ومسلم وابن ماجه: "إذا كان يومُ الجمعة، وَقَفَتْ الملائكةُ على بابِ المسجد، يكتبون الأوَّلَ فالأوَّلَ، ومَثَل المُهَجِّر كَمَثَلِ الذي يُهدي بَدَنَةً، ثم كالذي يُهدي بقرةً، ثم كبشاً، ثم دجاجةً، ثم بيضةً، فإذا خرج الإمامُ طَوَوْا صُحفَهم، يستمعون الذِكرَ". ورواه ابن خزيمة في "صحيحه" بنحو هذه. [صحيح] وفي رواية له: أنّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "المستعجِل إلى الجمعةِ كالمُهْدي بَدَنَةً، والذي يليه كالمُهدي بقرةً، والذي يليه كالمُهدي شاةً، والذي يليه كالمُهدي طيراً". [صحيح] وفي أخرى له قال: "على كل بابٍ من أبواب المساجد يومَ الجمعةِ مَلَكان يكتبان الأوَّلَ فالأوَّلَ، كرجلٍ قَدَّمَ بَدَنةً، وكرجلٍ قدَّم بقرةً، وكرجل قدَّم شاةً، وكرجل قدَّم طيراً، وكرجل قدم بيضةً، فإذا قعد الإمام طُويَتِ الصحفُ". (المُهجّر): هو المبكر الآتي في أول ساعة.

709 - (2) [حسن لغيره] وعن سَمْرة بن جُندب رضي الله عنه: أنَّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - ضرب مثلَ الجمعةِ ثم التبكيرِ [كناحرِ البَدَنَةِ]، (1) كناحرِ البقرة، كناحر الشاة، حتى ذكرَ الدجاجةَ. رواه ابن ماجه بإسناد حسن.

710 - (3) [حسن] وعن أبي أمامة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "تقعدُ الملائكةُ يومَ الجمعةِ على أبوابِ المساجدِ معهم الصحفُ يكتبونَ الناسَ، فإذا خرج الإمامُ طُويَتِ الصُّحفُ". قلت: يا أبا أمامة! أليس لمن جاء بعد خروجِ الإمام جمعةٌ؟ قال: بلى، ولكنْ ليس ممن يُكتبُ في الصحف. رواه أحمد، والطبراني في "الكبير"، وفي إسناده مبارك بن فضالة. (2) [حسن صحيح] وفي رواية لأحمد: سمعت رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "تقعد الملائكةُ على أبوابِ المساجدِ، فيكتبون الأولَ والثانيَ والثالثَ، حتى إذا خرجَ الإمامُ رُفعتِ الصحفُ". ورواة هذا ثقات. __________ (1) زيادة من "ابن ماجه"، وكان في الأصل وطبعة عمارة: "كأجرة البقرة، كأجرة الشاة"، فصحَّحته منه، ونحوه في "الطبراني الكبير" (7/ 256 و281). (2) قلت. هذا الإعلال لا وجه له، فإنما يُخشى منه عنعنته، وقد قال عند أحمد (5/ 263): حدَّثني أبو غالب عن أبي أمامة، بالرواية الآتية، فصرح بالتحديث. ثم إنه قد تابعه حسين -وهو ابن واقد-: حدَّثني أبو غالب بالرواية الأولى. رواه أحمد (5/ 260). وهي عند الطبراني (8/ 339/ 8085)؛ لكنْ من طريق المبارك معنعناً.

711 - (4) [حسن] وعن أبي سعيد الخُدري رضي الله عنه عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -؛ أنَّه قال: "إذا كان يومُ الجمعةِ قَعَدَتِ الملائكةُ على أبوابِ المساجدِ، فيكتبون من جاء من الناس على منازلِهم، فرجل قدَّم جزوراً، ورجل قدَّم بقرةً، ورجل قدَّم شاةً، ورجل قدَّم دجاجةً، ورجل قدَّم بيضةً، قال: فإذا أذَّن المؤذنُ وجلس الإمامُ على المنبر طُويَت الصحف، ودخلوا المسجدَ يستمعون الذكْر". رواه أحمد بإسناد حسن.

712 - (5) [صحيح] ورواه النسائي بنحوه من حديث أبي هريرة. (1) قال الحافظ رحمه الله: وتقدم [693] حديث عبد الله بن عمرو عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "من غَسَّلَ واغتسل، ودنا وابتكر، واقترب واستمع. كان له بكل خطوة يخطوها قيامُ سنةٍ وصيامُها". وكذلك تقدم [690] حديث أوس بن أوس نحوه.

النَّبِيِّ ← الحافظ وتقدم حديث عبد الله بن عمرو ← [صحيح] ورواه النسائي بنحوه من حديث أبي هريرة.

713 - (6) [حسن لغيره] وروي عن سَمُرَة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "احضُروا الجمعةَ، وادنُوا من الإمام؛ فإنَّ الرجلَ ليكونُ من أهل الجنةِ، فيتأخر. .، فيؤخَّر عن الجنَّة، وإنَّه لمن أهلها". رواه الطبراني والأصبهاني وغيرهما (2). __________ (1) قلت: ومسلم أيضاً عنه، وابن ماجه وابن خزيمة كما بينته في الأصل. (2) قلت: ومنهم أحمد (5/ 10)، فكان العزو إليه أولى. وقد أخرجه أبو داود أيضاً بنحوه، وسنده حسن كما تراه في "صحيح أبي داود" (1015)، و"الصحيحة" (365)، وكان في الأصل محل النقط (. . .) قوله: "عن الجمعة"، فلم أذكرها لضعف سندها، وفقدان الشاهد لها، ونكارتها، ولو صحت لكانت من الأدلة على أن تارك الصلاة ليس بكافر! وفيما صح ما يغني عنه كما تقدم. وغفل الثلاثة عن هذا التحقيق كعادتهم تقليداً، فحسنوا الحديث مع إقرارهم لقول الهيثمي في راويه الحكم بن عبد الملك: "ضعيف"! فما أجهلهم وأشد تناقضهم؟!

714 - (1) [صحيح] عن عبد الله بن بُسرٍ رضي الله عنهما قال: جاء رجل يتَخَطّى رقاب الناس يومَ الجمعةِ، والنبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَخطبُ، فقال النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "اجلسْ فقد آذَيتَ، وآنَيتَ". رواه أحمد وأبو داود والنسائي وابن خزيمة وابن حبان في "صحيحيهما". وليس عند أبي داود والنسائي: "وآنيتَ"، وعند ابن خزيمة: "فقد آذيتَ، وأُوذِيتَ". 715 - (2) [صحيح لغيره] ورواه ابن ماجه من حديث جابر بن عبد الله. (آنيتَ) بمد الهمزة وبعدها نون ثم ياء مثناة تحت، أي: أخَّرتَ المجيء. (وآذيتَ) بتخطّيك رقاب الناس. __________ (1) كذا قال، وأنا أخشى أنْ يكون تحرّف عليه، أو على ناسخ نسخته من "صحيح ابن خزيمة"، فإنَّ الثابت في المطبوعة منه (3/ 156/ 1811) موافق لرواية أحمد (4/ 190)، ومدارهما على عبد الرحمن بن مهدي. وتابعه ابن وهب عند ابن الجارود في "المنتقى" (110/ 294)، وابن حبان (572).

716 - (1) [صحيح] عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "إذا قلتَ لصاحِبك يومَ الجمعةِ: أنصتْ، والإمامُ يخطب؛ فقد لَغَوْتَ". رواه البخاري ومسلم وأبو داود والترمذي والنسائي وابن ماجه وابن خزيمة. قوله: "لغوتَ" قيل: معناه خِبْتَ من الأجر. وقيل: تكلَّمت. وقيل: أخطأت. وقيل: بطلت جمعتك. وقيل: صارت جمعتك ظهراً. وقيل غير ذلك. 718 - (3) [صحيح] ورواه [يعني حديث أُبيّ بن كعبٍ الذي في "الضعيف"] ابن خزيمة في "صحيحه" عن أبي ذر؛ أنه قال: دخلت المسجدَ يوم الجمعة، والنبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يخطب، فجسلتُ قريباً من أُبيِّ ابن كعب، فقرأَ النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - سورة {براءة}، فقلت لأُبيٍّ: متى نزلت هذه السورة؟ قال: فتَجَهَّمَنِي، ولم يُكَلِّمْني. ثم مكثتُ ساعةً، ثم سأَلتُه؟ فتجهَّمني، ولم يكلّمنْي. ثم مكثتُ ساعة، ثم سألتُه؟ فتجهمني، ولم يكلمني. فلما صلى النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قلت لأُبَيٍّ: سألتُك فتجهمتني، ولم تُكلِّمني؟ قال أُبيّ: ما لك من صلاتك إلا ما لَغَوْتَ! فذهبتُ إلى النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فقلت: يا نبيَّ الله! كنتُ بجنب أُبَيّ وأنت تقرأ {براءة}، فسألتُه: متى نزلتْ هذه السورة؟ فتجهَّمني، ولم يكلِّمني، ثم قال: ما لك من صلاتك إلا ما لغوتَ! قال النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "صدق أُبَيٌّ". قوله: "فتجهَّمني" معناه: قطَّب وجهه وعبس، ونظر إليَّ نظرَ المغضَب المنكِر. __________ (1) قلت: وهذا القول الأخير -وقريب منه الذي قبله- هو الذي نعتمده، لأن خير ما فسَّر به حديثه - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، إنما هو كلامه، وقد ثبت عنه أنه قال في حديث يأتي قريباً: "ومن لغا وتخطى رقاب الناس كانت له ظهراً"، وهو الذي جزم به الإمام ابن خزيمة في "صحيحه" (/ 3/ 155 باب - 71). ولا ينافيه قول أبي الآتي بعده: "ما لك من صلاتك إلا ما لغوت"، وتأييدُه - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إياه بقوله: "صدق أُبي"؛ فإن المعنى نفيُ فضيلة صلاة الجمعة، وليس نفي الجمعة من أصلها، على حد قولهم: "لا فتى إلا علي"، وذلك لا يستلزم نفي الفضيلة من أصلها، وإنما نفي بعضها، وما بقي من الفضل يساوي فضيلة صلاة الظهر، لقوله: "كانت له ظهراً". وهو - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال ذلك فيمن لغا أو تخطّى كما في الحديث الآتي (6)، فمَن لغا فقط، كانت له ظهراً من باب أولى، كما هو ظاهر لا يخفى والحمد لله، وراجع له (الباب - 72) من "ابن خزيمة".
