351 - (2) [صحيح] وعن عُمَر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه قال: بينما نحن جلوسٌ عند رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إذْ طلع علينا رجلٌ شديدُ بياضِ الثيابِ، شديدُ سوادِ الشعَرِ، لا يُرى عليه أثر السفر، ولا يعرفُه منا أحدٌ، حتّى جلسَ إلى النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، فأسند ركبتيه إلى ركبتيه، ووضع كفيه على فخذيه (2)، فقال: يا محمدُ! أخبرني عن الإسلام. فقال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "أنْ تشهدَ أنْ لا إلهَ إلا الله، وأنّ محمداً رسولُ الله، وتقيمَ الصلاةَ، وتُؤتيَ الزكاةَ، وتصومَ رمضان، وتحُجَّ البيتَ" الحديث. رواه البخاري (3) ومسلم، وهو مروي عن غير واحد من الصحابة في "الصحاح" وغيرها. __________ (1) كذا قال، وفيه نظر، فإنّه يوهم أنَّ الشيخين أخرجاه عن غير ابن عمر من الصحابة، والواقع أنّهما لم يخرجاه عن غيره، نعم له طرق كثيرة عنه في "الصحيحين" وغيرهما، وقد خرَّجته في "الإرواء" (3/ 248 - 251) من ستة طرق عنه، ومن حديث جرير وابن عباس. وسيأتي هذا في (9 - الصيام/ 3 - الضعيف). وانظر "العجالة" (56). (2) أي: فخذِي النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كما في "سنن النسائي" وغيره بسند صحيح. (3) عزوه للبخاري من حديث عمر وهم، وإنّما رواه البخاري من حديث أبي هريرة نحوه، ورواه مسلم عنه أيضاً. وانظر التعليق على الحديث المتقدم في (4 - الطهارة/ 7 - الترغيب في الوضوء. . الحديث الأول)، ومن جهل المعلقين وتخبطاتهم قولهم: "رواه الشيخان عن أبي هريرة"، والصواب =

352 - (3) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرةَ رضي الله عنه قال: سمعتُ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "أرأيتُم لو أنَّ نهراً ببابِ أحدِكم يغتسل فيه كلَّ يومٍ خمسَ مرات، هل من دَرَنِه شيء؟ ". قالوا: لا يبقى من دَرَنِهِ شيء. قال: "فكذلك (1) مثلُ الصلواتِ الخمس، يمحو الله بهنَّ الخَطايا". (2) رواه البخاري ومسلم والترمذي والنسائي.

354 - (5) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة أيضاً رضي الله عنه، أنّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "الصلواتُ الخمسُ، والجمعةُ إلى الجمعةِ، كفارةٌ لِما بينهنَّ، ما لم تُغشَ الكبائرُ (3) ". رواه مسلم والترمذي وغيرهما. __________ = إضافة: "نحوه" والجزم بنسبته إلى مسلم عن عمر. وأعرق منه في الجهل قولهم: "وأما عزو المصنف الرواية من حديث ابن عمر فوهم"! فتأمل، فإنما عزاه المؤلف إليهما من حديث عمر، وليس ابن عمر، وقد عرفت أن خطأه إنما هو عزوه إياه لـ (البخاري)، نعم رواه ابن عمر عنه كما رواه ابن خزيمة بزيادات فيه كما تقدم في الباب المشار إليه. (1) كذا وجد بإقحام الكاف، وصوابه "فذلك"، وهو لفظ الحديث، وفي القرآن: {ذَلِكَ مَثَلُهُمْ فِي التَّوْرَاةِ}. نبه عليه الناجي (57). (2) قال ابن العربي: وجه التمثيل أن المرء كما يتدنس بالأقذار المحسوسة في بدنه وثوبه ويطهره الماء الكثير، فكذلك الصلوات تطهر العبد من أقذار الذنوب حتى لا تبقي له ذنباً إلا أسقطته وكفرته، والله أعلم. (3) أي: ما لم يؤتَ، قال الإمام النووي رحمه الله تعالى في "شرح مسلم": "معناه أن الذنوب كلها تغفر إلا الكبائر، فإنها لا تغفر، وليس المراد أن الذنوب تغفر ما لم تكن كبيرة، فإن كان لا يغفر شيء من الصغائر، فإن هذا وإن كان محتملاً فسياق الحديث يأباه. قال القاضي عياض رحمه الله: هذا المذكور في الحديث من غفران الذنوب ما لم تؤتَ كبيرة هو =

355 - (6) [صحيح لغيره] وعن أبي سعيد الخُدري رضي الله عنه، أنّه سمع النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "الصلواتُ الخمس كفارةٌ لما بينهما". ثم قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "أرأيتَ لو أنَّ رجلاً كان يَعْتَمِلُ، وكان بين منزله وبين مُعتَمَلِهِ (1) خمسةُ أنهارٍ، فإذا أتى مُعْتمَلَه عمِلَ فيه ما شاء الله، فأصابَه الوسخُ أو العَرَقُ، فكلَّما مرَّ بنَهرٍ اغتَسَل، ما كان ذلك يُبقي من درنِهِ؟ فكذلك الصلاةُ، كلما عمل خطيئةً فدعا واستغفَرَ، غُفِرَ له ما كان قَبلَها". رواه البزّار، والطبراني في "الأوسط" و"الكبير" بإسناد لا بأس به، وشواهده كثيرة.

356 - (7) [صحيح] وعن جابرٍ رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مثلُ الصلواتِ الخمسِ كمثلِ نهرٍ جارٍ غَمْر، على بابِ أحدِكم، يغتَسِل منه كلُّ يوم خمسَ مراتٍ". رواه مسلم. (الغَمْر) بفتح العين المعجمة، وإسكان الميم بعدهما راء: هو الكثير. __________ = مذهب أهل السنة، وأن الكبائر إنما تكفرها التوبة، أو رحمة الله تعالى وفضله. والله أعلم". قلت: هذا الحصر ينافي الاستفهام التقريري في الحديث الذي قبله: "هل يبقى من درَنَهِ شيء؟ " كما هو ظاهر؛ فإنه لا يمكن تفسيره على أن المراد به الدرَن الصغير، فلا يبقى منه شيء، وأما الدرَن الكبير فيبقى كله كما هو! فإن تفسير الحديث بهذا ضرب له في الصدر، كما لا يخفى. وفي الباب أحاديث أخرى لا يمكن تفسيرها بالحصر المذكور كقوله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "من حج فلم يرفث ولم يفسق؛ رجع من ذنوبه كيوم ولدته أمه". وسيأتي إن شاء الله تعالى. فالذي يبدو لي -والله أعلم- أن الله تعالى زاد في تفضله على عباده، فوعد المصلين منهم بأن يغفر لهم الذنوب جميعاً وفيها الكبائر، بعد أن كانت المغفرة خاصة بالصغائر، ولعل مما يؤيد هذا قوله تعالى: {إِنْ تَجْتَنِبُوا كَبَائِرَ مَا تُنْهَوْنَ عَنْهُ نُكَفِّرْ عَنْكُمْ سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ}، فإذا كانت الصغائر تكفر بمجرد اجتناب الكبائر، فالفضل الإلهي يقتضي أن تكون للصلاة وغيرها من العبادات فضيلة أخرى تتميز بها على فضيلة اجتناب الكبائر، ولا يبدو أن ذلك يكون إلا بأن تكسر الكبائر. والله أعلم. ولكن ينبغي على المصلين أن لا يغتروا، فإن الفضيلة المذكورة لا شك أنه لا يستحقها إلا من أقام الصلاة، وأتمها وأحسن أداءها كما أمِر، وهذا صريح في حديث أبي أيوب المتقدم (4 - الطهارة/ آخر الباب 7): "من توضأ كما أُمِرَ، وصَلى كما أمِرَ، غُفر له ما تقدم من عمل". وأنى لجماهير المصلين أن يحققوا الأمرين المذكورين، ليستحقوا مغفرة الله وفضله العظيم؟! فليس لنا إلا أن ندعو الله أن يعاملنا برحمته، وليس بما نستحقه بأعمالنا! (1) أي: محل عمله.

357 - (8) [حسن صحيح] وعن عبد الله بن مسعود رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "تَحتَرِقون تَحتَرِقون (1)، فإذا صلَّيتم الصُّبحَ غَسَلَتْها، ثم تَحترِقون تحترقون، فإذا صلَّيتم الظهْرَ غَسَلَتْها، ثم تَحترقون تَحترقون، فإذا صلّيتم العصرَ غَسَلتْها، ثم تحترقون تحترقون، فإذا صلَيتم المغربَ غسلتْها، ثم تحترقون تحترقون، فإذا صلّيتم العشاءَ غَسَلَتْها، ثم تَنامون فلا يُكتَب عليكم حتى تستَيْقظوا". رواه الطبراني في "الصغير" و"الأوسط"، وإسناده حسن. ورواه في "الكبير" موقوفاً عليه، وهو أشبه، ورواته محتجّ بهم في الصحيح.

358 - (9) [حسن لغيره] وعن أنس بن مالكٍ رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "إنّ لله ملَكاً ينادي عندَ كلِّ صلاةٍ: يا بني آدمَ! قوموا إلى نيرانِكم التي أوقدتموها فأطفِئوها". رواه الطبراني في "الأوسط" و"الصغير"، وقال: "تفرد به يحيى بن زهير القرشي". (قال الحافظ) رضي الله عنه: "ورجال إسناده كلهم محتجّ بهم في "الصحيح" [سواه] ". (2) __________ (1) أي: تقعون في الهلاك بسبب الذنوب الكثيرة. (2) زيادة من المخطوطة و"المختصر"، ولا بد منها، لأنّ القرشي المذكور ليس من رجال "الصحيح"، بل ولا من رجال بقية "الستة". ثم هو مجهول العين ليس له ذكر في شيء من كتب الرجال إلا "تاريخ بغداد"، ولم يذكر فيه جرحاً ولا تعديلاً. نعم الحديث حسن بما قبله وما بعده.

359 - (10) [حسن] ورُوي عن عبدِ الله بن مسعودٍ رضي الله عنه عن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -؛ أنَّه قال: "يُبعثُ منادٍ عندَ حَضْرةِ كلِّ صلاةٍ، فيقول: يا بني آدمَ قوموا فأطفِئوا [عنكم] ما أوقدتُم على أنفسِكم. فيقومون، [فتَسقُطُ خطاياهم من أعينهم، ويصلّون، فيُغفرُ لهم ما بينهما، ثم تُوقِدون فيما بين ذلك، فإذا كان عند الصلاةِ الأولى نادى: يا بني آدم! قوموا فأطفِئوا ما أوقَدْتُم على أنفِسكم، فيقومون فيتَطهّرون] (1)، ويصلّون (الظهر)، فيغفر لهم ما بينهما، فإذا حضرتِ العصرُ، فمِثْلُ ذلك، فإذا حضرتِ المغربُ فمِثْل ذلك، فإذا حضرت العَتَمَةُ فمِثْل ذلك، فينامون [وقد غُفِرَ لهم] (1)، فَمُدلجٌ في خيرٍ، ومدلجٌ في شرٍّ". رواه الطبراني في "الكبير".

360 - (11) [صحيح لغيره موقوف] وعن طارق بن شهاب: أنَّه باتَ عند سلمانَ الفارسي رضي الله عنه، لينظرَ ما اجتهادُه؟ قال: فقامَ يصلي من آخرِ الليلِ، فكأنّه لم يَرَ الذي كان يظنُّ، فذَكَرَ ذلك له، فقال سلمان: حافظوا على هذه الصلوات الخمسِ، فإنّهن كفاراتٌ لهذه الجِراحاتِ، ما لمْ تُصَبِ المَقْتَلَةُ. (2) رواه الطبراني في "الكبير" موقوفاً هكذا بإسناد لا بأس به (1). ويأتي بتمامه إنْ شاء الله تعالى. [في 6/ 11 - الترغيب في قيام الليل]. __________ (1) زيادة من "الكبير"، وكأنّ المصنِّف تعمّد حذفها اختصاراً، فإنَّها ليست في المخطوطة أيضاً، وتبعه الهيثمي، وأعلَّه بأنَّ فيه أبان بن أبي عيَّاش، وهو وهم منه، كما وهم المؤلف في الإشارة إلى تضعيف الحديث، فإنَّ إسناده حسن، كما بينتُ ذلك في "الصحيحة" (2520). (2) هو بمعنى حديث سلمان الآخر الآتي في "8 - الجمعة/ 1 - الترغيب في صلاة الجمعة" بلفظ: "ما اجتُنبت المقتلةُ". ويفسّرها الحديث المتقدم في الباب برقم (5) بلفظ: "ما لمْ تُغشَ الكبائر". و (المقتَلة). أو (المقتل) جمعها مَقاتل. قال في "اللسان": "ومقاتل الإنسان: المواضع التي إذا أصيبت منه قتلته".

361 - (12) [صحيح] وعن عمرو بن مُرّة الجُهنيِّ رضي الله عنه قال: جاء رجلٌ إلى النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فقال: يا رسولَ الله! أرأيتَ إنْ شهدتُ أنْ لا إله إلا الله، وأنّك رسولُ الله، وصليتُ الصلواتِ الخَمس، وأديتُ الزكاةَ، وصُمتُ رمضانَ، وقُمتُه، فمِمَّن أنا؟ قال: "من الصديقين والشهداءِ". رواه البزار، وابن خزيمة وابن حبان في "صحيحيهما"، واللفظ لابن حبان.
