3135 - (1) [صحيح] عن أبي موسى رضي الله عنه؛ أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "إنَّ الله عزَّ وجلَّ يَبسُطُ يَدهُ بالليلِ لِيَتوبَ مُسيءُ النهارِ، ويَبْسُطُ يدَهُ بالنهارِ لِيَتُوبَ مُسِيءُ الليلِ حتى تَطْلُعَ الشمسُ منْ مَغْرِبِها" (1). رواه مسلم والنسائي.

3137 - (3) [حسن] وعن صفوان بن عسَّالٍ رضي الله عنه عن النبيِّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "إنَّ مِنْ قِبَلِ المغْرِبِ لَباباً مَسِيرَةُ عَرْضِهِ أرْبعونَ عاماً، أوْ سَبعون سنَةً، فَتَحهُ الله عزَّ وجلَّ للتوْبَةِ يومَ خَلقَ السَّمواتِ والأَرْضَ، فلا يُغْلِقُه حتى تَطْلُعَ الشمسُ منهُ". رواه الترمذي في حديث، والبيهقي واللفظ له، (2) وقال الترمذي: "حديث حسن صحيح". وفي رواية له وصححها أيضاً: قال زِرٌّ -يعني ابن حبيش-: فما بَرِح -يعني صفوان- يحدثني حتى حدثني: "أنَّ الله جعَلَ بالمغْرِبِ باباً عَرْضُهُ مسيرَةُ سَبْعين عاماً لِلتوبَةِ، لا يُغْلَقُ ما لَمْ تَطْلُع الشمسُ مِنْ قِبَلِه، وذلك قولُ الله تَعالى: {يَوْمَ يَأْتِي بَعْضُ آيَاتِ رَبِّكَ لَا يَنْفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا} الآية". وليس في هذه الرواية ولا الأولى (1) تصريح برفعه كما صرح به البيهقي، وإسناده صحيح أيضاً. __________ (1) حقيقة التوبة: العزم على أن لا يعاود الذنب، والإقلاع عنه في الحال، والندم عليه في الماضي، وإن كان في حق آدمي فلا بد من أمر رابع، وهو التحلل منه، هكذا فسرها كثير من العلماء. (2) قلت: أخرجه في "الشعب" (5/ 400/ 7076) مرفوعاً. وقوله: (أو سبعون سنة) شك من بعض الرواة، وأكثر الرواة على (أربعون عاماً) كما حققته في "الضعيفة" تحت لفظ ثالث منكر تحت رقم (6951).

3138 - (4) [حسن صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "لوْ أخْطَأْتُمْ حتَّى تبلُغَ السماءَ، ثُمَّ تُبْتُمْ؛ لَتابَ الله عليْكُمْ". رواه ابن ماجه بإسناد جيد.

3139 - (5) [حسن] وعن أنسٍ رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ النبيَّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "كلُّ ابْنِ آدَمَ خَطَّاءٌ، وخيرُ الخطَّائينَ التَّوابُونَ". رواه الترمذي وابن ماجه والحاكم؛ كلهم من رواية علي بن مسعدة، وقال الترمذي: "حديث غريب لا نعرفه إلا من حديث علي بن مسعدة عن قتادة". وقال الحاكم: "صحيح الإسناد". __________ (1) قلت: يعني روايتي الترمذي؛ بخلاف رواية البيهقي الصريحة في الرفع، وقوله: "وإسناده صحيح" فيه تسامح، وإنما هو حسن فقط لأن فيه عندهم جميعاً عاصم بن أبي النجود، ومن طريقه رواه أحمد (4/ 239 - 240)، وابن ماجه (4070)، والحميدي في "مسنده" (881)؛ كلهم صرحوا برفعه إلى النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -. ثم المحفوظ في الحديث (أربعين عاماً) كما تقدم آنفاً.

3140 - (6) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أنَّه سمعَ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "إنَّ عبْداً أصابَ ذَنباً فقالَ: يا ربِّ! إنِّي أذْنَبْتُ ذَنْباً فاغْفِرْهُ لي، فقال لهُ ربُّه: عَلمَ عبْدي أنَّ لَهُ ربًّا يَغْفِرُ الذَنبَ ويأخُذُ بِه، فَغفَر لَهُ، ثُمَّ مكَثَ ما شاءَ الله ثُمَّ أَصابَ ذَنْباً آخَرَ، ورُبَّما قال: ثُمَّ أذْنَب ذَنْباً آخَرَ، فقال: يا ربِّ! إنِّي أذْنَبْتُ ذَنْباً آخَر فاغْفِرْهُ لي، قال ربُّه: عَلِمَ عَبْدي أنَّ لَهُ ربّاً يغْفِرُ الذنْبَ ويأْخُذُ بِهِ؛ فَغَفَر لَهُ، ثُمَّ مكَثَ ما شاءَ الله، ثُمَّ أصابَ ذَنْباً آخَرَ ورُبَّما قال: ثُم أذْنَب ذَنباً آخَرَ، فقال: يا ربِّ! إنِّي أذْنبْتُ ذَنْباً فاغْفِرْهُ لي، فقال ربُّه: علِمَ عبْدي أنَّ لَهُ ربّاً يغْفِرُ الذنْبَ ويأْخُذُ بِه، فقال ربُّه: غَفَرْتُ لِعَبْدي، فلْيَعْمَلْ ما شَاءَ". رواه البخاري ومسلم. قوله: "فليعمل ما شاء" معناه والله أعلم أنه ما دام كلما أذنب ذنباً استغفر وتاب منه ولم يعد إليه بدليل قوله: "ثم أصاب ذنباً آخر" فليفعل -إذا كان هذا دأبه- ما شاء؛ لأنه كلما أذنب كانت توبته واستغفاره كفارة لذنبه، فلا يضره، لا أنه يذنب الذنب فيستغفر منه بلسانه من غير إقلاع ثم يعاوده؛ فإن هذه توبة الكذابين.

3141 - (7) [حسن] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "إنَّ المؤمِنَ إذا أذْنَبَ ذَنْباً كانَتْ نُكْتَةٌ سَوْداءُ في قلْبِهِ، فإنْ تابَ ونَزَع واسْتَغْفر صُقِلَ مِنْها، وإنْ زاد زادَتْ حتى يُغَلَّفَ قلْبُه، فذلك الرَّانُ الَّذي ذكرَ الله في كتابِه: {كَلَّا بَلْ رَانَ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ} ". رواه الترمذي وصححه، والنسائي وابن ماجه، وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، والحاكم واللفظ له من طريقين قال في أحدهما: "صحيح على شرط مسلم". [مضى 15 - الدعاء/ 2]. [حسن] ولفظ ابن حبان وغيره: "إنَّ العَبْدَ إذا أخْطَأ خَطيئَةً يُنْكَتُ في قَلْبهِ نُكْتَةٌ، فإنْ هُوَ نَزعَ واسْتَغْفَر وتابَ صُقِلَتْ، فإنْ عادَ زِيدَ فيها حتّى تَعْلُوَ قَلْبَهُ" الحديث.

3142 - (8) [صحيح] وعن ابن عباسٍ رضي الله عنهما قال: قالتْ قريشٌ لِلنَّبيِّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: ادْعُ لنا ربَّك يَجْعَلْ لنا الصَّفا ذَهَباً، فإنْ أصْبحَ ذَهباً اتَّبَعْناك، فدعَا ربَّه، فأتاهُ جبريلُ عليه السلامُ فقال: إنّ ربَّك يُقْرِئُكَ السلامَ ويقولُ لَك: إنْ شئْت أصْبَح لهُم الصَّفا ذَهباً، فَمْن كَفَر منهم عَذَّبْتُه عَذاباً لا أعَذِّبُه أحَداً مِنَ العَالَمينَ، وإنْ شئْتَ فَتَحْتُ لهم بابَ التوْبَةِ والرحْمَةِ، قال: "بَلْ بابَ التوْبَةِ والرحْمَةِ". رواه الطبراني (1)، ورواته رواة "الصحيح".

3143 - (9) [حسن] وعن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما عن النبيِّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "إنَّ الله يقْبَلُ تَوْبَةَ العَبْدِ ما لَمْ يُغَرْغِرْ". رواه ابن ماجه والترمذي وقال: "حديث حسن [غريب] " (2). (يُغَرْغِرْ) بغينين معجمتين، الأولى مفتوحة والثانية مكسورة، وبراء مكررة، معناهُ: ما لم تبلغ روحه حلقومه، فيكون بمنزلة الشيء الذي يتغرغر به. __________ (1) لقد أبعد النجعة وإن تبعه الهيثمي (10/ 196)، فقد أخرجه أحمد أيضاً فى "المسند" (1/ 242 و345)، وصححه الحاكم (4/ 240)، ووافقه الذهبي، وهو كما قالا. (2) زيادة من الترمذي (3531)، وفاته "المستدرك" (4/ 257)، وصححه، ووافقه الذهبي، وكذا ابن حبان (2449 - موارد).

3144 - (10) [حسن لغيره] وعن معاذِ بْنِ جَبلٍ رضي الله عنه قال: قلتُ: يا رسولَ الله! أوْصِني. قال: "عليكَ بتَقْوى الله ما اسْتَطَعْتَ، واذْكرِ الله عندَ كلِّ حَجرٍ وشَجَرٍ، وما عَمِلْتَ مِنْ سوءٍ فأَحْدِثْ له تَوْبَةً، السرُّ بالسرِّ، والعَلانِيَةُ بالعَلانِيَةِ". رواه الطبراني بإسناد حسن؛ إلا أن عطاء لم يدرك معاذاً. ورواه البيهقي فأدخل بينهما رجلاً لم يسمَّ (1).

3145 - (11) [حسن لغيره] وعن عبد الله بن مسعود رضي الله عنه عن النبيِّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "التائِبُ مِنَ الذنْبِ كمَنْ لا ذنْبَ لَهُ". رواه ابن ماجه والطبراني؛ كلاهما من رواية أبي عبيدة بن عبد الله بن مسعود عن أبيه، ولم يسمع منه. ورواة الطبراني رواة "الصحيح".
