صحیح الترغیب والترھیب #1781

1781 - (1) [صحيح] عن معمر بن أبي معمر -وقيل ابن عبد الله بن نضلة- رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "مَنِ احْتَكَر (1) فهو خاطِئٌ". رواه مسلم وأبو داود. [صحيح] والترمذي وصححه، وابن ماجه، ولفظهما: قال: "لا يَحْتَكِرُ إلا خاطِئٌ" (2). __________ (1) في الأصل زيادة: "طعاماً"؛ ولما كانت لا أصل لها عند أحدٍ من مخرِّجيه الذين ذكرهم المصنف، ولا عند غيرهم فقد حذفتها. وأما المعلقون الثلاثة فأثبتوها موهمين القراء بورودها عند مخرجيه الأربعة بذكر أرقامهم! مع أنهم نقلوا بُعد إنكار الناجي لها، ومن جهلهم أنَّهم علقوا كلامه على اللفظ الآتي الخالي من الزيادة!! (2) قلت: هو رواية لمسلم أيضاً (5/ 56)، وهو رواية أبي داود (3447)، وذلك كان الأولى أنْ يقال في التخريج: رواه مسلم. وفي لفظ له، وهو لأبي داود والترمذي وابن ماجه. . وقوله "خاطئ" هو بالهمز بمعنى آثم. والمعنى: لا يجترئ على هذا الفعل الشنيع إلا من اعتاد المعصية. و (الاحتكار)؛ كما قال النووي في "شرح مسلم": أنْ يشتري الطعام في وقت الغلاء للتجارة، ولا يبيعه في الحال، بل يدخره ليغلو ثمنه، فأما إذا اشتراه في وقت الرخص وادخره ليبيعه في وقت الغلاء فليس باحتكار. واختلفوا في الاحتكار المحرم، لعل أقربها قول أحمد: ما فيه عيش الناس. انظر "معالم السنن" (5/ 90 - 91).

1784 - (3) [صحيح] وعن حكيم بن حَزامٍ رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "البَيِّعانِ بالخَيارِ ما لمْ يَتَفَرَّقا، فإنْ صدَق البيِّعانِ وبَيَّنا؛ بورِكَ لهما في بيْعِهِما، وإنْ كتما وكذَّبا؛ فعَسى أن يرْبحا رِبْحاً، ويُمْحَقا بركةَ بَيْعِهما، اليمينُ الفاجرةُ مُنْفِقَةٌ لِلسِلْعَةِ مُمْحِقَةٌ لِلكَسْبِ" (1). رواه البخاري ومسلم وأبو داود والترمذي والنسائي.

1785 - (4) [صحيح لغيره] وعن إسماعيل بن عبيد بن رفاعة عن أبيه عن جده: أَنَّهُ خرَج معَ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إلى المُصَلَّى، فرأى الناسَ يَتبايَعونَ، فقال: "يا معْشَر التُّجارِ! ". فاسْتجابوا لِرَسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، ورَفعوا أعْناقَهُمْ وأبْصارَهم إليه، فقال: "إن التُجَّارَ (1) يُبعَثون يومَ القيامة فُجَّاراً؛ إلاَّ مَنِ اتّقى الله، وَبَرَّ وصَدقَ". رواه الترمذي وقال: "حديث حسن صحيح". وابن ماجه وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، والحاكم وقال: "صحيح الإسناد". __________ (1) ليس في الحديث: "اليمين الفاجرة. . ." إلخ، وإنما هذا حديث آخر من رواية أبي هريرة يأتي في الباب برقم (11)، فكأنَّه دخل على المؤلف حديث بحديث، أو على الناسخ. ثم رأيت الناجي ذكر أن المؤلف قلَّد في ذلك ابن الأثير في "جامعه"، وانطلى الأمر على المعلق على "الجامع" أيضاً (1/ 435) فخرجه معزواً للشيخين وغيرهما بالزيادة!!

1786 - (5) [صحيح] وعن عبد الرحمن بن شبل رضي الله عنه قال: سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "إنَّ التُّجَّارَ همُ الفُجَّارُ". قالوا: يا رسولَ الله! أليسَ قد أحَلَّ الله البيْعَ؟ قال: "بلى؛ ولكنَّهُم يحْلِفونَ فيأْثَمونَ، ويحدِّثون فيكْذِبونَ". رواه أحمد بإسناد جيد، والحاكم واللفظ له، وقال: "صحيح الإسناد".

1787 - (6) [صحيح] وعن أبي ذرّ رضي الله عنه عن النبيَّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "ثلاثَةٌ لا ينظرُ الله إليهمْ يومَ القِيامَةِ، ولا يزكِّيهِمْ، ولهم عذابٌ أَليمٌ". قال: فقَرأَها رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - ثلاثَ مرَّاتٍ، فقلتُ: خابوا وخَسِروا، ومَن هُمْ يا رسولَ الله؟ قال: "المسبِلُ، والمنَّانْ، والمنفِق سِلعَتَة بالحلفِ الكاذِبِ". رواه مسلم وأبو داود والترمذي والنسائي وابن ماجه؛ إلا أنَّه قال: "المسبِلُ إزارَهُ، والمنَّانُ عطاءَهُ، والمنفِقُ سِلْعَتَه بالحلْفِ الكاذِبِ". __________ (1) بضم التاء وتشديد الجيم أو كسر وتخفيف، وقوله: (فجاراً) لأن من عادتهم التدليس في المعاملات والأيمان الكاذية ونحوها، واستثنى من اتقى المحارم، ووفى بيمينه، وصدق في حديثه.

1788 - (7) [صحيح] وعن سلمان رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "ثلاثةٌ لا ينظُرُ الله إليهمْ يومَ القِيامَةِ: أُشَيْمَطٌ زانٍ، وعائلٌ مستكْبِرٌ، ورجلٌ جَعَل اللهَ بضاعتَهُ؛ لا يشتَري إلا بيَمينِه، ولا يَبيعُ إلا بِيَمينِه". رواه الطبراني في "الكبير"، وفي "الصغير" و"الأوسط"؛ إلا أنَّه قال فيهما: "ثلاثَةٌ لا يكلِّمُهم الله، ولا يُزَكِّيهِمْ، ولهمْ عذابٌ أليمٌ" فذكره. ورواته محتج بهم في الصحيح. (أشَيْمَطٌ) مصغَّر (أَشْمَط): وهو مَنْ ابيَضَّ بعض شعر رأسه كبراً واختلط بأسوده. و (العَائِلُ): الفقير.

1789 - (8) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "ثلاثَةٌ لا يكلِّمُهم الله يومٍ القِيامَةِ، ولا ينطُرُ إليْهِمْ، ولا يُزَكِّيهِمْ، ولهمْ عَذابٌ أليمٌ: رجلٌ على فضْلِ ماءٍ بفلاةٍ يمنَعُه ابنَ السبيلِ، ورجلٌ بايعَ رجلاً بسِلْعَتِه بعد العصْرِ فحلَف بالله لأَخَذها بكَذا وكذا، فصَدَّقَهُ فأخَذها؛ وهو على غير ذلك، ورجلٌ بايَع إماماً لا يبايِعُه إلا للدنيا؛ فإنْ أعطاهُ منها ما يريدُ وفي لهُ، وإنْ لَمْ يُعْطِهِ لَمْ يَفِ". وفي رواية نحوه، وقال: "ورجُلٌ حلَفَ على سِلْعَتِه لقد أُعْطِيَ بها أكثرَ ممّا أُعطِيَ؛ وهو كاذِبٌ، ورجلٌ حلفَ على يمينٍ كاذبةٍ بعدَ العصْر ليْقتَطعَ بها مالَ امْرئٍ مسلمٍ، ورجلٌ منعَ فضْلَ ماءٍ، فيقولُ الله له: اليومَ أمنَعُكَ فضْلي، كما منعْتَ فضلَ ما لَمْ تعمَلْ يداكَ". رواه البخاري ومسلم والنسائي وابن ماجه وأبو داود بنحوه.

1790 - (9) [صحيح] وعنه قال: قال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "أربعةٌ يُبغِضُهم الله: البيَّاعُ الحلافُ، والفقيرُ المخْتالُ، والشيخُ الزاني، والإمامُ الجائرُ". رواه النسائي، وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، وهو في مسلم بنحوه دون ذكر "البياع" (1)، ويأتي لفظه في "الترهيب من الزنا" إنْ شاء الله [21 - الحدود/ 7].

1791 - (10) [صحيح] وعن أبي ذرّ رضي الله عنه رفعه إلى النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "إنَّ الله يُحِبُّ ثلاثَةً، ويبْغَضُ ثلاثةً"، -فذكر الحديث إلى أنْ قال:- قلتُ: فَمَنِ الثلاثَةُ الذينَ يُبغِضُهم الله؟ قال: "المخْتَالُ الفخورُ -وأنتُم تجِدونَه في كتاب الله المنزَلِ: {إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ مُخْتَالٍ فَخُورٍ} -والبخيلُ المنانُ، والتاجِرُ -أَوِ البائعُ- الحلاَّفُ". رواه الحاكم وقال: "صحيح على شرط مسلم". ورواه أبو داود والترمذي والنسائي وابن خزيمة، وابن حبان في "صحيحه" بنحوه. وتقدم لفظهم في "صدقة السر" [8 - الصدقات/ 20].

1792 - (11) [حسن] وعن أبي سعيدٍ رضي الله عنه قال: مرَّ أعرابيٌّ بِشَاة، فقلتُ: تبيعُها بثلاثَةِ درَاهِمَ؟ فقال: لا والله. ثمَّ باعَها. فذكرتُ ذلك لِرسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، فقال: "باع آخِرَتَهُ بدُنْياهُ". رواه ابن حبان في "صحيحه". __________ (1) قلت: هذا يوهم أنَّ سائر الحديث عند مسلم مثله هنا، وليسَ كذلك؛ كما يتبين ذلك للقارئ بمقابلته بنص مسلم الآتي هناك (21/ 7).
