1936 - (15) [صحيح لغيره] وعن أنسٍ بن مالكٍ رضي الله عنه قال: كانَ أهلُ بيتٍ مِنَ الأنْصارِ لهم جملٌ يَسْنون عليه، وإنَّهُ اسْتَصْعَبَ عليهم فَمَنعهُمْ ظَهْرَه، وإنَّ الأنصارَ جاؤا إلى رسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فقالوا: إنَّه كان لنا جَملٌ نَسْني عليه، وإنَّه اسْتصْعَبَ علينا، ومَنَعنَا ظَهرَه، وقد عَطِشَ الزرْعُ والنخْل؟ فقالَ رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - لأَصْحابِه: "قوموا"، فقاموا، فدَخل الحائط، والجمل في ناحِيَةٍ، فمشى النبيُّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - نحوه، فقال الأنصارُ: يا رسولَ الله! قد صار مِثْلَ الكَلْبِ الكَلِبِ، نخافُ عليك صَوْلَتَة، قال: "لَيسَ عليَّ منه بأسٌ". فلمَّا نظر الجملُ إلى رسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أقْبَلَ نحوَهُ حتى خرَّ ساجِداً بين يديه. فأخذ رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بناصِيَته أذلَّ ما كانت قطُّ حتى أدْخَلَه في العَمَلِ، فقال له أصْحابُه: يا رسولَ الله! هذا بهَيمَةٌ لا يعْقِل يسجُدُ لكَ، ونحن نعْقِلُ، فنحنُ أحَقُّ أنْ نسجُدَ لَك؛ قال: "لا يصْلُحُ لِبَشرٍ أنْ يَسْجُدَ لِبَشرٍ، ولو صَلُحَ لِبَشرٍ أنْ يَسْجُدَ لِبَشرٍ لأمَرْتُ المرأَةَ أنْ تَسْجدَ لزوجِها، لِعِظَمِ حقِّه عليها، لوْ كانَ مِنْ قَدَمِه إلى مفْرَقِ رأسِه فرْحَةٌ تَنْبَجِسُ بِالقَيْحِ والصديدِ، ثمَّ اسْتَقْبَلَتْهُ فَلَحَستْهُ، ما أدَّت حَقَّهُ". رواه أحمد بإسناد جيد، رواته ثقات مشهورون، والبزار بنحوه.

1937 - (16) [صحيح لغيره] ورواه النسائي مختصراً (1)، وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، من حديث أبي هريرة بنحوه باختصار، ولم يذكر قوله: "ولو كان. . ." إلى آخره. وروي معنى ذلك في حديث أبي سعيد المتقدم [في الباب]. "قوله: (يسْنون عليه) بفتح الياء وسكون السين المهملة، أي: يستقون عليه الماء من البئر. قوله: (والحائط): هو البستان. (تَنْبَجِسُ) أي: تنفجر وتنبع. __________ (1) قلت: إطلاق العزو للنسائي، وعطف ابن حبان: عليه يوهم أنَّه في "السنن الصغرى" ومن حديث أبي هريرة، ولم أجده إلا في "الكبرى" (5/ 363/ 9147) ومن حديث أنس بلفط: "لا يصلح لبشر أنْ يسجد لبشر، ولو صلح. . " إلخ. فلعل أصل العبارة: "والبزار بنحوه، والنسائي مختصراً. ورواه ابن حبان. . إلخ"، فتحرفت على النساخ. والحديث مخرج في "الإرواء" (7/ 54 - 58).

1938 - (17) [صحيح] وعن ابن أبي أوفى قال: لمّا قَدِمَ معاذُ بنُ جَبلٍ مِنَ الشامِ سَجَدَ للنَّبيِّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، فقالَ رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "ما هذا؟ ". قال: يا رسولَ الله! قدِمْتُ الشام، فوجَدْتُهم يَسْجدُونَ لِبطارِقَتِهِمْ وأساقِفَتِهمْ، فأرَدْتُ أنْ أَفْعَلَ ذلِكَ بِكَ. قال: "فَلا تَفْعَلْ؛ فإنِّي لوْ أَمَرْتُ شيْئاً أنْ يَسْجُدَ لِشَيْءٍ؛ لأَمْرتُ المرأةَ أنْ تَسْجُدَ لِزَوْجِها، والَّذي نَفْسي بِيَدِه، لا تُؤَدِّي المرأةُ حقَّ ربِّها حتى تُؤَدِّيَ حقَّ زوْجِها". رواه ابن ماجه، وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، واللفظ له. [حسن صحيح] ولفظ ابن ماجه: فقال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "فلا تفْعَلُوا؛ فإنِّي لو كنتُ آمِراً أحَداً أنْ يَسْجُد لغَيْرِ الله؛ لأَمرْتُ المرْأَةَ أنْ تَسْجُدَ لِزَوْجِها. والذي نَفْسُ محمّدٍ بِيَدِه، لا تُؤَدِّي المرأَةُ حقَّ ربِّها حتى تُؤَدِّيَ حقَّ زوجِها؛ ولو سَألَها نَفْسَها وهي على قَتَبٍ؛ لمْ تَمْنَعْه".

1939 - (18) [حسن صحيح] وروى الحاكم المرفوع منه من حديث معاذ، ولفظه؛ قال: "لوْ أَمْرتُ أحَداً أنْ يسجُدَ لأحَدٍ؛ لأمْرتُ المرأَةَ أنْ تَسْجُدَ لِزَوْجِها؛ مِنْ عِظَمِ حقِّه عَليْها، ولا تَجدُ امْرأَةٌ حلاوةَ الإيمان؛ حتى تُؤَدِّيَ حقَّ زوْجِها، ولو سَألها نَفْسَها وهيَ على ظَهْرِ قَتَبٍ".

وروى الحاكم المرفوع منه من حديث معاذ، ولفظه؛

1940 - (19) [حسن صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه عنِ النبيِّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "لو كنتُ آمِراً أحَداً أن يَسْجُد لأحدٍ؛ لأَمْرتُ المرْأَةَ أنْ تَسْجُدَ لِزَوْجِها". رواه الترمذي وقال: "حديث حسن صحيح".

1941 - (20) [حسن لغيره] وعن أنسِ بن مالكٍ رضي الله عنه عن النبيِّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "ألا أُخْبِرُكُم بِرِجالِكم في الجنَّةِ؟ ". قلنا: بَلى يا رسولَ الله! قال: "النبيُّ في الجنَّةِ، والصدِّيقُ في الجنَّةِ، والرجلُ يزورُ أخاه في ناحِيَةِ المصْر، لا يزورُهُ إلا لله في الجَنَّةِ. أَلا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بنِسائِكُم في الجَنَّةِ؟ ". قلنا: بلى يا رسولَ الله! قال: "كلُّ وَدُودٍ وَلودٍ، إذا غَضِبَتْ، أوْ أُسِيءَ إليْها، أو غَضِبَ زوْجُها قالتْ: هذه يدي في يَدِك، لا أَكْتَحِلُ بغَمْضٍ حتى تَرْضَى". رواه الطبراني، ورواته محتج بهم في "الصحيح"؛ إلا إبراهيم بن زياد القرشي، فإنني لم أقف فيه على جرح ولا تعديل. وقد روي هذا المتن من حديث ابن عباس وكعب ابن عجرة وغيرهما. 1942 - (21) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "لا يَحِلُّ لامْرأةٍ أنْ تَصومَ وزوجُها شاهِدٌ إلا بإذْنِه، ولا تَأذَنَ في بيْتِه إلا بإِذْنِه". رواه البخاري -واللفظ له- ومسلم وغيرهما.

1943 - (22) [صحيح] وعن زيد بن أرقم رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "المرْأَةُ لا تُؤَدِّي حَقِّ الله حتى تُؤَدِّيَ حقَّ زوْجِها، حتَّى لوْ سَألها وهيَ على ظَهْرِ قَتَبٍ لمْ تَمْنَعْهُ نفسها". رواه الطبراني بإسناد جيد. __________ (1) هذه الأحاديث مخرِّجة في "الصحيحة" (287 و3380)، وحديث ابن عباس قد أخرجه النسائي في "الكبرى" باختصار الشطر الأول منه.

1944 - (23) [صحيح] وعن عبد الله بن عمروٍ رضي الله عنهما عن رسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "لا ينظُرُ الله تبارَك وتعالى إلى امْرأةٍ لا تشكرُ لزوْجِها؛ وهي لا تَستَغْني عنه". رواه النسائي والبزار بإسنادين (1) رواة أحدهما رواة الصحيح، والحاكم وقال: "صحيح الإسناد".

1945 - (24) [صحيح] وعن معاذ بن جبلٍ رضي الله عنه عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "لا تُؤْذي امْرأةٌ زوْجَها في الدنيا؛ إلا قالَتْ زوجَتُه مِنَ الحورِ العينِ: لا تُؤْذيه قاتَلكِ الله، فإنَّما هو عندَك دَخيلٌ، يوشِكُ أنْ يُفارِقَكِ إليْنا". رواه ابن ماجه والترمذي وقال: "حديث حسن". (يوشِكُ) أي: يقرب ويسرع ويكاد.

1946 - (25) [صحيح] وعن طلق بن عليٍّ رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "إذا دَعا الرجلُ زوجتَه لِحاجتِه؛ فَلْتَأْتِهِ وإنْ كانَتْ على التَّنّورِ". رواه الترمذي وقال: "حديث حسن"، والنسائي، وابن حبان في "صحيحه".

1947 - (26) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "إذ دعا الرجلُ امرأتَهُ إلى فراشِه، فَلَمْ تَأْتِه، فباتَ غَضْبانَ عليها؛ لَعَنتْها الملائكةُ حتى تُصْبِحَ". رواه البخاري ومسلم وأبو داود والنسائي. وفي رواية للبخاري ومسلم: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "والَّذي نفسي بيَده ما مِنْ رجلٍ يدْعُو امْرأتَهُ إلى فِراشِها، فتَأْبى عليه؛ إلا كانَ الذي في السماءِ ساخِطاً عليْها حتى يَرْضَى عنها". [صحيح] وفي رواية لهما وللنسائي: "إذا باتَتِ المْرأةُ هاجِرَةً فراشَ زوْجِها؛ لَعَنتْها الملائكة حتى تصبحَ". [حسن صحيح] وروى الترمذي نحوه من حديث أبي أمامة وحسنه، وتقدم في إباق العبد [16 - البيوع/ 24]. __________ (1) قلت: فيه نظر وإنْ تبعه الهيثمي (4/ 309) كما هي عادته، فإنَّه ليس له عند البزار إلا طريق واحد رقم (1460)، نعم له طريقان عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب عن ابن عمرو، وإرادة هذا غير متبادر إلى ذهن القراء، كما أنَّه لا يتبادر إلى الذهن من عزوه للنسائي إلا "سننه الصغرى"، مع أنَّه لم يخرجه إلا في "الكبرى"، وهو مخرج في "الصحيحة" (289).
