1895 - (6) [صحيح لغيره] (1) وعن مالك بن الحارث رضي الله عنه؛ أنه سمع النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "من ضم يتيماً بين أبوين مسلمَيْن إلى طعامه وشرابه حتى يستغني عنه؛ وجبت له الجنة. . . .، ومن أعتقَ امرأً مسلماً؛ كان فكاكه من النار، يُجزئُ بكل عضوٍ منه عضواً منه". رواه أحمد من طريق علي بن زيد عن زرارة بن أبي أوفى عنه.

1896 - (7) [صحيح لغيره] وعن عبد الرحمن بن عوفٍ رضي الله عنه قال: سئلَ رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: أيُّ الليل أسْمعُ؟ قال: "جوفُ الليلِ الآخِرِ، ثم الصلاةُ مقبولَة حتى تصلّى الفجرُ (2)، ثم لا صلاةَ حتى تكونَ الشمسُ قيدَ رُمْحٍ أو رُمحينِ، ثم الصلاةُ مقبولَةٌ حتّى يقومَ الظِلُّ قيامَ الرمْحِ، ثم لا صلاةَ حتى تزولَ الشمس، [ثم الصلاة مقبولَة حتى تكونَ الشمسُ] قِيدَ رُمْحٍ أو رُمْحين (3)، ثم لا صلاةَ حتى تغيب الشمسُ". قال [ثم قال]: وأيُّما امْرِئٍ مسلمٍ أعْتَق امْرأً مُسلماً؛ فهو فَكاكُه مِنَ النار، يُجْزى بكلِّ عظْمٍ منه عَظماً منه، وأيُّما امْرأَةٍ مُسْلِمَةٍ أعْتَقتِ امْرأَةً مسلِمةً فهيَ فَكاكُها مِنَ النارِ، يُجزى بكلِّ عَظْمٍ منها عَظماً منها، وأيُّما امْرئٍ مسْلمٍ أعْتقَ امْرأَتينِ مُسْلِمتيْن فهما فَكاكُه مِنَ النارِ، يُجزى بكلِّ عَظمينِ مِنْ عِظامِهما عَظماً مِنْهُ". رواه الطبراني، ولا بأس برواته، إلا أنَّ أبا سلمة بن عبد الرحمن لم يسمع من أبيه. __________ (1) وقول المعلقين الثلاثة: "حسن بشواهده" غفلة منهم عن لفظة (البتة) المحذوفة هنا مكان النقاط، فإنه لا شاهد لها، وجنف منهم في سائره لأن له شواهد صحيحة في الباب هنا، وفي (22 - البر/ 4). (2) الأصل: "تطلع الشمس"، وهو خطأ فاحش غفل عنه المعلقون الثلاثة، مما يدل على جهلهم وقلة فقههم، فإنَّ الصلاة بعد الفجر غير مقبولة، على تفصيل معروف في كتب الفقه، ووقع في "المجمع" (4/ 243): "يطلع الفجر"، وهو خطأ أيضاً، والتصحيح من "المعجم الكبير" (1/ 94 - 95/ 279)، والزيادة التالية منه. وغفل عنها أيضاً المعلقون!! (3) هنا في الأصل: "ثم الصلاة مقبولة"، وهي زيادة لا معنى لها مع مخالفتها لـ "الطبراني" و"المجمع"، وأثبتها المعلقون الثلاثة في طبعتهم المحققة زعموا!

1897 - (8) [صحيح] وعن أبي نجيح السلمي رضي الله عنه قال: حاصَرْنا مع رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - الطائف، وسمعت رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "أيُّما رجلٍ مسلمٍ أعْتَق رجُلاً مسلِماً، فإنَّ الله عزَّ وجلَّ جاعِلٌ وقاءَ كلِّ عظمٍ مِنْ عِظامِه عَظماً مِنْ عظامِ محرِّرِه. وأيُّما امْرأةٍ مسلمةٍ أعْتقَتِ امْرأَةً مسلمةً؛ فإنَّ الله عزَّ وجلَّ جاعلٌ وِقاءَ كلِّ عظْمٍ مِنْ عظامِها عظْماً مِنْ عظامِ محرَّرتِها مِنَ النارِ". رواه أبو داود وابن حبان في "صحيحه". [صحيح] وفي رواية لأبي داود والنسائي: سمعتُ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "مَنْ أعتقَ رقبةً مؤمِنةً؛ كانَتْ فِداءَه مِنَ النارِ". (قال الحافظ): "أبو نجيح هو عمرو بن عبسة".

1898 - (9) [صحيح] وعن البراء بن عازبٍ رضي الله عنه قال: جاء أعْرابيٌّ إلى رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فقال: يا رسولَ الله! علِّمني عمَلاً يُدخِلَني الجنَّةَ. قال: "إنْ كنتَ أقْصَرْتَ الخُطْبَة لقد أعْرَضْتَ المسْألَةَ، أَعْتِقِ النَّسمَةَ، وفُكَّ الرقَبةَ". قال: أليْسَتا واحِدَةً؟ قال: "لا، عِتْقُ النَّسَمَةِ أَنْ تَفرَّدَ بعتقِها، وفكُّ الرَّقَبة أَنْ تُعطى في ثَمنِها، والمنْحَةُ الوكوفُ (1)، والفَيْءُ على ذي الرحِمِ القاطعِ (2)، فإنْ لَمْ تُطِقْ ذلِكَ فأطْعَمِ الجائعَ واسْقِ الظمْآنَ، وأْمُرْ بالمعروفِ، وانْهَ عَنِ المنكَرِ، فإنْ لَمْ تُطِقْ ذلك؛ فكُفَّ لِسانَك إلا عَنْ خَيْرٍ". رواه أحمد، وابن حبان في "صحيحه" -واللفظ له-، والبيهقي وغيره. [مضى 8 - الصدقات/ 17].

1899 - (10) [صحيح] وعن أبي سعيدٍ الخدريِّ رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّه سمعَ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يقول: "خمسٌ مَنْ عمِلَهُنَّ في يومٍ كَتَبهُ الله مِنْ أهلِ الجنَّةِ: مَنْ عاد مريضاً، وشهِدَ جنازةً، وصامَ يوماً، وراحَ إلى الجمُعَةِ، وأَعْتَق رَقَبةً". رواه ابن حبان في "صحيحه" [مضى 7 - الجمعة/ 1].

1900 - (1) [حسن لغيره] وعن معاوية بن حيدة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "ثلاثَةٌ لا تَرى أعينُهم النارَ: عينٌ حرسَتْ في سبيلِ الله، وعينٌ بكَتْ مِنْ خَشْيَةِ الله، وعينٌ كَفَّتْ عن محارِمِ الله". رواه الطبراني، ورواته ثقات معروفون؛ إلا أنَّ أبا حبيب العنقري (1) -ويقال له: القنوي- لم أقف على حاله. [مضى 12 - الجهاد/ 2].

1901 - (2) [صحيح لغيره] وعن عبادة بن الصامت رضي الله عنه؛ أنَّ النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "اضْمَنوا لي سِتاً مِنْ أنفُسِكم أَضْمَنْ لكُم الجنَّةَ: اصدُقوا إذا حَدَّثْتُم، وأَوْفوا إذا وعَدْتُم، وأدُّوا الأَمانَة إذا ائْتُمِنْتُم، واحْفَظوا فُروجَكُم، وغُضُّوا أبصارَكُم، وكُفُّوا أيديَكُم". رواه أحمد، وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، والحاكم؛ كلهم من رواية المطلب بن عبد الله ابن حنطب عنه، وقال الحاكم: "صحيح الإسناد". (قال الحافظ): "بل المطلب لم يسمع من عبادة. والله أعلم".

1902 - (3) [حسن لغيره] وعن علي بن أبي طالب رضي الله عنه؛ أن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال له: "يا عليّ! إن لك كنزاً في الجنة، وإنك ذو قرنيها، فلا تُتْبعِ النظرةَ النظرةَ، فإنما لك الأولى، وليست لك الآخرة". رواه أحمد. __________ (1) راجع له التحقيق حول نسبته تحت حديثه المتقدم (12 - الجهاد/ 2).

1903 - (4) [حسن لغيره] ورواه الترمذي وأبو داود من حديث بريدة قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - لعلي: "يا عليُّ! لا تُتْبعِ النظرةَ النظْرةَ؛ فإنَّما لكَ الأولى، وليستْ لَكَ الآخِرةُ". وقال الترمذي: "حديث حسن غريب، لا نعرفه إلا من حديث شريك". قوله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - لِعَليٍّ: "وإنَّكَ ذو قَرْنيها" أيْ: ذو قرنَيْ هذه الأمَّةِ، وذاك لأنَّه كان له شَجَّتانِ في قرنيْ رأسِه، أحدهُما مِن ابْنِ مُلجَمٍ لَعنهُ الله، والأخْرى مِنْ عمرو بْنِ وُدٍّ، وقيل: معناه إنَّك ذو قرنَي الجنَّةِ: أي ذو طرفيها ومليكها الممكن فيها، الذي تسلك جميع نواحيها كما سلك الإسكندر جميع نواحي الأرض شرقاً وغرباً، فسمي ذا القرنين على أحد الأقوال. وهذا قريب. وقيل غير ذلك. والله أعلم.

1904 - (5) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "كُتِبَ على ابنِ آدمَ نصيبُه مِنَ الزنا؛ فهو مُدْرِكٌ ذلك لا مَحالَةْ، فالعينانِ زناهُما النظرُ، والأذُنانِ زناهُما الاسْتماعُ، واللِسانُ زناهُ الكَلامُ، واليدُ زِناها البطْشُ، (1) والرِّجلُ زِناها الخُطا، والقلْبُ يَهوى ويتَمنَّى، ويُصَدِّقُ ذلك الفَرْجُ أو يُكَذِّبُه". رواه مسلم والبخاري باختصار، وأبو داود والنسائي. وفي رواية لمسلم وأبي داود: "واليدان تزنيان؛ فزناهما البطش، والرِّجلان تزنيان؛ فزناهما المشي، والفم يزني؛ فزناه القُبَلُ (1) ". __________ (1) أي: اللمس، وهو رواية لابن حبان وغيره، وهي مخرجة في "الصحيحة" (2804) من المجلد السادس، وقد طبع حديثاً، فالحديث يشمل مصافحة النساء من غير المحارم، وهو مما ابتلي به كثير من المسلمين، وفيهم بعض الخاصة، وربما أباحه بعضهم! انظر "الصحيحة" (1/ 1/ 448 - 449).

1906 - (7) [صحيح] وعن جرير رضي الله عنه قال: سألتُ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عنْ نَظَرِ الفَجْأَةِ؟ فقال: "اصرِفْ بصَركَ". رواه مسلم وأبو داود والترمذي.
