810 - (20) [صحيح] وعن أبي ذر رضي الله عنه قال: بايعني رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - خمساً، وأوثقني سبعاً، وأشهدَ اللهَ عليَّ تسعاً (1): أن لا أخافَ في الله لومة لائم. -قال أبو المثنى:- قال أبو ذر: فدعاني رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فقال: "هل لك إلى البيعة ولك الجنة؟ ". قلت: نعم، وبسطت يدي، فقال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -وهو يشترط-: "على أنُ لا تَسأل الناس شَيئاً". قلت: نعم. قال: "ولا سوطك إنْ سقط منك حتى تنزل فتأخذه". [حسن لغيره] وفي رواية؛ أن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "ستة أيام؛ ثم اعقل يا أبا ذر! ما يقال لك بعد". فلمَّا كان اليوم السابع قال: "أوصيكَ بتقوى اللهِ في سرِّ أمرِك وعلانيتِه، وإذا أسأتَ فأحْسِنْ، ولا تسأَلنَّ أحداً شيئاً وإنْ سقطَ سوطُك، ولا تقبضنَّ أمانةً". رواه أحمد رواته ثقات.

811 - (21) [صحيح] وعن أبي ذر رضي الله عنه قال: "أوصاني خليلي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بسبع: بحب المساكين، وأنْ أَدنوَ منهم، وأنْ أَنظرَ إلى من هو أَسفلُ مني، ولا أنظرَ إلى من هو فوقي، وأنْ أصِلَ رَحِمي وإنْ جفاني، وأنْ أُكثرَ من قولِ: (لا حولَ ولا قوة إلا بالله)، وأنْ أتكلمَ بمُرِّ الحق، وأنْ لا تأْخذَني بالله لومةُ لائم، وأنْ لا أسألَ الناسَ شيئاً". رواه أحمد والطبراني من رواية الشعبي عن أبي ذر. ولم يسمع منه (1). __________ (1) الأصل: (سبعاً)، والتصحيح من "المسند" (5/ 172).

812 - (22) [صحيح] وعن حكيم بن حِزام رضي الله عنه قال: سألتُ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فأعطاني، ثم سألته فأعطاني، ثم سألته فأعطاني، ثم قال: "يا حَكيم! هذا المالُ خَضِرٌ حُلْو (2)، فمن أخذه بسخاوة نفسٍ بورك له فيه، ومن أخذه بإشرافِ نفسٍ لم يباركْ فيه، وكان كالذي يأْكلُ ولا يشبع، واليد العليا خير من اليد السفلى". قال حكيمٌ: فقلت: يا رسولَ الله! والذي بعثك بالحق لا أرزأُ أحداً بعدك شيئاً حتى أفارق الدنيا. فكان أبو بكر رضي الله عنه يدعو حكيماً ليعطيَه العطاءَ، فيأبى أنْ يقبلَ منه شيئاً، ثم إن عمر رضي الله عنه دعاه ليعطيه، فأبى أن يقبله، فقال: يا معشر المسلمين! أُشهِدُكم على حكيمٍ أنّي أعرضُ عليه حقَّه الذي قسم الله له في هذا الفيء، فيأبى أنْ يأخذه. فلم يرزأ حكيمٌ أحداً من الناس بعد النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - حتى توفي رضي الله عنه. رواه البخاري ومسلم والترمذي والنسائي باختصار. (يرزأ) براء ثم زاي ثم همزة، معناه: لم يأخذ من أحد شيئاً. و (إشراف النفس) بكسر الهمزة وبالشين المعجمة وآخره فاء: هو تطلعها وطمعها وشرها. و (سخاوة النفس): ضد ذلك. __________ (1) قلت: لم يروه أحمد من هذا الوجه، وإنما رواه من وجهين آخرين عن أبي ذر، أحدهما صحيح. انظر "الصحيحة" (2166). (2) كذا الأصل، وهو كذلك في رواية البخاري في "الوصايا"، وفي أخرى له في "الزكاة" وغيره: "خضرة حلوة"، وهي رواية مسلم (3/ 94)، وليس عنده: "قال حكيم: فقلت. . " إلخ. وهذا القدر يختلف سياقه قليلاً عن سياقه في البخاري. قال الحافظ: "قوله: (خضرة حلوة): شبهه بالرغبة فيه والميل إليه وحرص النفوس عليه بالفاكهة الخضراء المستلذة؛ فإن الأخضر مرغوب فيه على انفراده بالنسبة لليابس، والحلو مرغوب فيه على انفراده بالنسبة للحامض، فالإعجاب بهما إذا اجتمعا أشد".

813 - (23) [صحيح] وعن ثوبان رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "من تَكفَّلَ لي أنْ لا يسأل الناس شيئاً؛ أتكفلُ له بالجنة". فقلت: أنا. فكان لا يسأَل أحداً شيئاً. رواه أحمد والنسائي وابن ماجه وأبو داود بإسناد صحيح. وعند ابن ماجه قال: "لا تسأل الناس شيئاً". قال: فكان ثوبان يقع سوطه وهو راكب، فلا يقول لأحد: ناولنيه؛ حتى ينزل فيأْخذَه. 814 - (24) [صحيح لغيره] وعن عبد الرحمن بن عوف رضي الله عنه؛ أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "ثلاث والذي نفسي بيده إنْ كنت لحالفاً عليهن: لا ينقصُ مالٌ من صدقة؛ فتصدقوا، ولا يعفو عبد عن مَظلمة؛ إلا زاده الله بها عزاً يومَ القيامة، ولا يفتح عبدٌ باب مسألة؛ إلا فتح الله عليه باب فقر". رواه أحمد، وفي إسناده رجل لم يسم، وأبو يعلى والبزار. وتقدم في "الإخلاص" [الباب الأول] من حديث أبي كبشة الأنماري مطولاً. رواه الترمذي وقال: "حديث حسن صحيح". __________ (1) قلت: وهو رواية لأحمد (5/ 277 و279 و281).

815 - (25) [صحيح] وعن أبي سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه قال: قال عمر رضي الله عنه: يا رسولَ الله! لقد سمعت فلاناً وفلاناً يحسنان الثناءَ؛ يذكران أنك أعطيتهما دينارين. قال: فقال النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "والله لكنَّ فلاناً ما هو كذلك، لقد أعطيته ما بين عشرة إلى مائة، فما يقول ذلك! أما والله إنَّ أحدكم ليُخرج مسألتَه من عندي يتأبطها (يعني تكون تحت إبطه) ناراً". قال: قال عمر رضي الله عنه: يا رسول الله! لِمَ تعطيها إياهم؟ قال: "فما أصنعُ؟ يأْبون إلا ذلك، ويأبى اللهُ ليَ البخلَ". رواه أحمد وأبو يعلى، ورجال أحمد رجال الصحيح.

816 - (26) [صحيح] وفي رواية جيدة لأبي يعلى (1): "وإن أحَدكم ليخرجُ بصدقَتِه من عندي متأبَّطَها، وإنما هي له نار". قلت: يا رسولَ الله! كيف تعطيه وقد علمتَ أنها له نار؟ قال: "فما أصنعُ؟ يأبون إلا مسألتي، ويأبى الله عز وجل لي البخل".

817 - (27) [صحيح] وعن أبي بشرٍ قَبِيصة بنِ المخارقِ رضي الله عنه قال: تحمَّلتُ حَمالة، فأتيتُ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أسأله فيها، فقال: "أقم حتى تأتينا الصدقة فنأمر لك بها". ثم قال: "يا قَبيصةُ! إن المسألةَ لا تحل إلا لأحدِ ثلاثة: رجل تحمَّل حَمالة، فحلَّت له المسألةُ حتى يُصيبَها ثم يمسك. ورجل أصابتْه جائحةٌ اجتاحَتْ مالَه، فحلَّتْ له المسألةُ حتى يصيبَ قِوَاماً من عيش، أو قال: سِداداً من عيش. ورجلٌ أصابَتْه فاقةٌ حتى يقولَ ثلاثةٌ من ذوي الحِجى من قومه: لقد أصابت فلاناً فاقة، فحلت له المسألة حتى يصيب قِواماً من عيش، أو قال: سِداداً من عيش. فما سواهن من المسألةِ يا قبيصةُ سُحتٌ، يأكلُها صاحبُها سُحتاً". رواه مسلم وأبو داود والنسائي. و (الحَمالة) بفتح الحاء المهملة: هو الدية يتحملها قوم عن قوم. وقيل: هو ما يتحمله المصلح بين فئتين في ماله، ليرتفع بينهم القتال ونحوه. و (الجائحة): الآفة تصيب الإنسان في ماله. و (القِوام) بفتح القاف -وكسرها أفصح-: هو ما يقوم به حال الإنسان من مال وغيره. و (السِّداد) بكسر السين المهملة: هو ما يسد حاجة المعوز ويكفيه. و (الفاقة): الفقر والاحتياج. و (الحِجى) بكسر الحاء المهملة مقصوراً: هو العقل. __________ (1) هذه الرواية ليست عن أبي سعيد، وإنما عن عمر كما يأتي قريباً (7 - باب/ الحديث الأول)، ولذلك رقمتها.

"يَا قَبِيصَةُ! ← "أقم حتى تأتينا الصدقة فنأمر لك بها". ثم ← تَحَمَّلْتُ حَمَالَةً فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَسْأَلُهُ فِيهَا ← أبي بشرٍ قَبِيصة بنِ المخارقِ

818 - (28) [صحيح] وعن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "استغنوا عن الناسِ ولو بشَوصِ السِّواك". رواه البزار والطبراني بإسناد جيد، والبيهقي.

819 - (29) [صحيح لغيره] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "لا يؤمن عبدٌ حتى يأمنَ جارُه بوائقَه، ومن كان يؤمنُ بالله واليوم الآخر؛ فليكرمْ ضيفَه، ومن كان يؤمنُ بالله واليوم الآخر فليقلْ خيراً أو ليسكت، إن الله يحب الغنيَّ الحليمَ المتعففَ، ويبغضُ البذيء الفاجرَ السائل المُلِحّ". رواه البزار (1).

820 - (30) [صحيح] وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما؛ أنَّ رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال وهو على المنبر -وذكر الصدقة والتعفف عن المسألة-: "اليدُ العليا خيرٌ من اليدِ السفلى، والعليا هي المنفِقة، والسفلى هي السائلةُ". رواه مالك والبخاري ومسلم وأبو داود والنسائي. وقال أبو داود: اختُلِفَ على أيوب عن نافع في هذا الحديث؛ قال عبد الوارث: "اليد العليا المتعففة". وقال أكثرهم: عن حماد بن زيد عن أيوب: "المنفقة". وقال واحد عن حماد: "المتعففة". (2) قال الخطابي: "رواية من قال: "المتعففة" أشبه وأصح في المعنى، وذلك أنَّ ابن عمر ذكر أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - ذكر هذا الكلام وهو يذكر الصدقة والتعفف عنها، فعطْفُ الكلام على سببه الذي خرج عليه وعلى ما يطابقه في معناه أولى. وقد يتوهم كثير من الناس أن معنى العليا أن يد المعطي مستعلية فوق يد الآخذ، يجعلونه من علو الشيء إلى فوق، وليس ذلك عندي بالوجه، وإنما هو من علاء المجد والكرم، يريد [به] التعفف عن المسألة والترفع عنها". انتهى كلامه (1)، وهو حسن. (2) __________ (1) قلت: إسناده "ضعيف، لكنه قد جاء مفرقاً في أحاديث مخرجة بعضها في "الإرواء" (8/ 162 و163)، والأخرى في "الصحيحة" (549 و876 و1320) إلا كلمة (الفاجر) فلم أرها إلا بلفظ (الفاحش). (2) قلت: هذه رواية شاذة، وجزم ابن حجر أنها تصحيف، والصواب ما قبلها، والأحاديث متضامنة على ذلك كما بينه الحافظ (3/ 236)، ولا ينافيه التوجيه الذي نقله المؤلف عن الخطابي، بل هو يماشيه كما لا يخفى على المتأمل.

821 - (31) [صحيح] وعن مالك بن نَضْلة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "الأيدي ثلاثة: فيد الله العليا، ويدُ المعطي التي تليها، ويدُ السائل السفلى، فأعط الفضلَ، ولا تعجز عن نفسك". رواه أبو داود وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، واللفظ له.
