1233 - (5) [صحيح لغيره] وعن أبي هريرة أيضاً؛ أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "حُرِّمَ على عينين أن تنالَهما النارُ: عينٌ بكتْ مِنْ خشيةِ الله، وعينٌ باتَتْ تحرسُ الإسلامَ وأهلَه من الكفرِ". رواه الحاكم، وفي إسناده انقطاع.

1234 - (6) [حسن لغيره] وعن أبي ريحانة رضي الله عنه قال: كنا مع رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - في غزوة، فأتينا ذات يوم على شَرَفٍ، فبتنا عليه، فأصابنا برد شديد؛ حتى رأيت من يحفر في الأرض حفرة يدخل فيها، ويلقي عليه الجَحَفَة -يعني الترس-، فلما رأى ذلك رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - من الناس قال: "من يحرسنا الليلَةَ، وأدعو له بدعاءٍ يكونُ فيه فضلٌ؟ ". فقال رجلٌ من الأنصار: أنا يا رسول الله! قال: "ادنه"، فدنا، فقال: "من أنت؟ "، فتسمى له الأنصاري، ففتح رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بالدعاء، فأكثر منه. قال أبو ريحانة: فلما سمعت ما دعا به رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، فقلت: أنا رجل آخر. قال: "ادنه"، فدنوت. فقال: "من أنت؟ ". فقلت: أبو ريحانة، فدعا لي بدعاء هو دون ما دعا للأنصاري، ثم قال: "حُرِّمت النارُ على عين دَمَعَتْ أو بكت من خشية الله، وحُرِّمت النار على عين سهرت في سبيل الله -أو قال: حُرِّمت النار على عين أخرى ثالثة لم يسمعها محمد بن سُمير-". رواه أحمد واللفظ له، ورواته ثقات، والنسائي ببعضه، والطبراني في "الكبير" و"الأوسط"، والحاكم وقال: "صحيح الإسناد". __________ = قلت: ووقع في "فوائد الخلعي" و"تاريخ ابن عساكر" في نسختين منه، أحدُهما نسخة البرزالي: (الغَنَوي) بالغين المعجمة أيضاً، وفي مخطوطة الأصل (الفتوي)! ووقع في "تهذيب المزي" في الرواة عن بهز (أبو حبيب القنوي) نسبة إلى (القناة) وهي الرمح، وهذا اختلاف شديد لم نهتد إلى الصواب منه، وقد ذكروا فيمن ينسب النسبة الأخيرة: (أبو علي قرة بن حبيب بن زيد ابن مطر، وقيل: ابن شهرزاد القشيري القنوي) من شيوخ البخاري، فمن المحتمل أن يكون صاحب هذا الحديث هو جد أبي علي هذا يزيد بن مطر، فإنه أبو حبيب كما ترى، ولكني لم أجد له ذكراً. والله أعلم.

1235 - (7) [صحيح] وعن سهل ابن الحنظلية (1) رضي الله عنه: أنهم ساروا مع رسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يومَ (حنينٍ)، فأَطنبوا السيرَ، حتى كانَ عشيةً، فحضرتُ الصلاةَ مع رسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، فجاء فارسٌ فقالَ: يا رسولَ الله! إني انطلقتُ بين أيديكم، حتى طلعتُ على جبلِ كذا وكذا، فإذا أنا بهوازن على بَكَرةِ أبيهم (1) بِظُعُنِهمْ (2) ونَعَمِهم وشائِهم، اجتمعوا إلى (حنين)، فتبسمَ رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وقال: "تلكَ غنيمةُ المسلمينَ غداً إن شاءَ الله تعالى". ثم قال: "من يحرسُنا الليلةَ؟ ". قال أنس بن أبي مرثد الغنوي: أنا يا رسولَ الله! قال: "اركب"، فركبَ فرساً له، وجاءَ إلى رسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، فقال له رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "استقبلْ هذا الشِّعْبَ (3) حتى تكونَ في أعلاه، ولا نُغَرَّنَّ من قِبَلِك الليلة". فلما أصبحنا خرجَ رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إلى مصلاهُ، فركعَ ركعتين، ثم قالَ: "هل أحسَستُم فارسَكم؟ ". قالوا: يا رسول الله! ما أحسسناه. فثُوِّبَ بالصلاة (4)، فجعلَ رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يصلي، وهو يَلتفتُ إلى الشِّعب، حتى إذا قضى رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - صلاتَه وسلمَ، قال: "أبشروا فقد جاء فارسُكم". فجعلنا ننظر إلى خلالِ الشجرِ في الشِّعْبِ، فإذا هو قد جاءَ حتى وقف على رسولِ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، فقال: إني انطلقت حتى كنتُ في أعلى هذا الشِّعب، حيثُ أمرني رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، فلما أصبحتُ اطلعتُ الشِّعبين كلاهما، فنظرتُ فلم أرَ أحداً، فقال له رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "هل نزلتَ الليلةَ؟ ". قال: لا، إلا مصلياً أو قاضيَ حاجةٍ. فقال له رسولُ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "قد أوجبتَ، فلا عليك أن لا تعمل بعدَها". رواه النسائي، وأبو داود، واللفظ له. (أوجبت) أي: أتيتَ بفعل أوجب لك الجنة. __________ (1) هو سهل بن الربيع، و (الحنظلية) أمه. و (حنين) تنصرف وتمنع من الصرف، وهو وادٍ ناحية الطائف. وكانت غزوة (حنين) في السنة الثامنة بعد فتح مكة.

1236 - (1) [صحيح] عن خريم بن فاتك رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "من أنفق نفقةً في سبيلِ الله كُتِبَتْ له بسبعمائِة ضِعفٍ". رواه النسائي والترمذي، وقال: "حديث حسن"، وابن حبان في "صحيحه"، والحاكم، وقال: "صحيح الإسناد".

1237 - (2) [صحيح] وعن زيد بن خالد الجهني رضي الله عنه؛ أن رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "من جَهَّزَ غازيًا في سبيلِ الله فقد غزا، ومن خَلَفَ غازيًا في أهلِه بخيرٍ فقد غزا". رواه البخاري ومسلم وأبو داود والترمذي والنسائي. [صحيح] ورواه ابن حبان في "صحيحه"، ولفظه: "من جَهَّزَ غازياً في سبيلِ الله أو خَلَفَه في أهله؛ كتب الله له مثلَ أجرِه حتى أنه لا ينقصُ أجرِ الغازي شيءٌ". ورواه ابن ماجه بنحو ابن حبان لم يذكر: "خلفه في أهله". __________ (1) كذا قال، والصواب: "وخلافتهم". قال الناجي: "وكأن المصنف تخيل أن هذا مصدر هذه اللفظة، وليس كذلك، إنما يقال: خلف فلان فلاناً في أهله ونحوهم خلافة، إذا صار خليفة له، ومنه قوله تعالى: {اخْلُفْنِي فِي قَوْمِي}، هذا قول أهل اللغة، ومنهم صاحب "الغريبين"، و"الصحاح" و"القاموس" وغيرهم من أئمة هذا الفن. ثم رأيت النووي في "شرحه لمسلم" قد عبر بما قلته: فقال: "باب إعانة الغازي في سبيل الله بركوب وغيره وخلافته في أهله بخير"، فحمدت الله على التوفيق". قلت: ولم يتنبه لهذا الخطأ اللغوي المحققون الثلاثة!!

1238 - (3) [صحيح] وعن أبي سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه: أنَّ رسولَ الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بعثَ إلى بني لَحيان: "ليَخْرُج من كلِّ رجلين رجلٌ". ثم قال للقاعد: "أيكم خَلَفَ الخارجَ في أهلهِ فلهُ مثلُ أَجرِه". رواه مسلم وأبو داود وغيرهما.

1239 - (4) [حسن] وعن زيد بن ثابت رضي الله عنه عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "من جَهَّزَ غازياً في سبيلِ الله؛ فله مثلُ أجرِهِ، ومن خلفَ غازياً في أهله بخير، وأَنفق على أهلِه؛ فله مثلُ أَجرِه". رواه الطبراني في "الأوسط"، ورجاله رجال "الصحيح". (1)

1240 - (5) [حسن] وعن أبي أمامة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "أفضلُ الصدقاتِ ظِلُّ فُسطاطٍ في سبيلِ الله، ومِنْحَةُ خادمٍ في سبيلِ الله، أو طروقةُ فحلٍ في سبيلِ الله". رواه الترمذي وقال: "حديث حسن صحيح". (طروقة الفحل) بفتح الطاء وبالإضافة: هي الناقة التي صلحت لطرق الفحل، وأقل سِنها ثلاث سنين وبعض الرابعة، وهذه هي (الحُقة)، ومعناه أن يُعطى الغازي خادماً أو ناقة هذه صفتها، فإن ذلك أفضلُ الصدقات. __________ (1) وكذا قال الهيثمي. واغتربه المعلقون الثلاثة فصححوا الحديث متوهمين أن مثل هذا القول يعني الصحة، وليس كذلك؛ وإنما هو حسن فقط، كما هو مبين في غير ما موضع، آخرها في تخريج هذا الحديث في "الصحيحة" (3356).

1241 - (1) [صحيح] عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "من احتبسَ (1) فرساً في سبيل الله إيماناً بالله (2) وتصديقاً بوعِده؛ فإنّ شِبَعَه ورِيَّه وروثَه وبولَه في ميزانِه يومَ القيامةِ. يعني حسنات". (3) رواه البخاري والنسائي وغيرهما.

1242 - (2) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قيلَ: يا رسولَ الله! فالخيلُ؟ قال: "الخيلُ ثلاثة: هي لرجلٍ وزرٌ، وهي لرجلٍ سترٌ، وهي لرجلٍ أجرٌ. فأما التي هي له وزرٌ؛ فرجلٌ رَبَطها رياءً وفخراً ونِواءً لأهلِ الإسلام، فهي له وِزرٌ. وأما التي هي له سِترٌ، فرجلٌ ربطَها في سبيلِ الله؛ ثم لم ينسَ حقَّ الله في ظهورِها ولا رقابِها، فهي له سترٌ. وأما التي هي له أجرٌ؛ فرجلٌ ربَطها في سبيلِ الله لأهِل الإسلام في مَرجِ أو روضةٍ، فما أكلتْ من ذلكَ المرجِ أو الروضةِ من شيءٍ؛ إلا كتبَ له عددَ ما أَكلت حسناتٌ، وكتبَ له عددَ أرواثِها وأبوالِها حسناتٌ، ولا تقطع طِوَلَها فاستَنَّتْ شَرفاً أو شَرَفَين؛ إلا كتَبَ [الله] له عددَ آثارها وأرواثها حسناتٍ، ولا مرَّ بها صاحبُها على نهرٍ فشربتْ منه، ولا يريدُ أن يسقيَها؛ إلا كتَبَ الله تعالى له عدَدَ ما شَربتْ حَسنات". رواه البخاري ومسلم، واللفظ له. وهو قطعة من حديثٍ تقدم بتمامه في "منع الزكاة". [الحديث الأول] (1). [صحيح] ورواه ابن خزيمة في "صحيحه" (2)؛ إلا أنه قال: "فأما الذي هي له أجرٌ؛ فالذي يتخذُها في سبيل الله، وُيعِدّها له، لا تغَيبُ في بطونِها شيئاً؛ إلا كُتبَ له بها أجرٌ، ولو عرضَ مرجاً أو مَرْجَين فرعاها صاحبها فيه، كتب له بما غَيَّبت في بطونها أَجرٌ، ولو استنت شَرَفاً أَو شَرَفَين؛ كتب له بكل خُطوة خطاها أَجرٌ، ولو عرض نهراً فسقاها به؛ كان له بكل قطرةٍ غيبت في بطونها منه أجرٌ، -حتى ذكر الأجر في أرواثها وأبوالها-. وأما التي هي له سترٌ؛ فالذي يتخذها تعففاً وتجملاً وتستراً، ولا يحبسُ حقَّ ظهورِها وبطونِها في يسرِها وعسرِها. وأما التي هي له وزرٌ؛ فالذي يتخذها أشَراً وبطَراً وبَذَخاً عليهم". الحديث. [صحيح] ورواه البيهقي مختصراً بنحو لفظ ابن خزيمة ولفظه: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "الخيلُ معقودٌ في نواصيها الخيرُ إلى يومِ القيامةِ، والخيلُ ثلاثة. خيلُ أجرٍ، وخيلُ وزرٍ، وخيلُ سترٍ. فأما خيلُ سِترٍ؛ فمن اتخذها تعففاً وتكرماً وتجملاً، ولم ينسَ حقَّ ظهورِها وبطونِها في عُسرِه ويسره. وأما خيلُ الآجْرِ؛ فمن ارتَبَطَها في سبيلِ الله؛ فإنها لا تُغَيِّب في بطونِها شيئاً إلا كانَ له أجرٌ، -حتى ذكرَ أرواثَها وأبوالَها-، ولا تَعْدُو في وادٍ شوطاً أو شوطين؛ إلا كان في ميزانه. وأما خيلُ الوزرِ؛ فمن ارتبطَها تبذُّخاً على الناس؛ فإنَّها لا تغَيِّب في بطونِها شيئاً إلا كان وزراً عليه، -حتى ذكرَ أرواثَها وأبوالَها-، ولا تعدو في وادٍ شوطاً أو شوطين إلا كان عليه وزر". (النَّواء) بكسر النون وبالمد: هو المعاداة. و (الطِّوَل) بكسر الطاء وفتح الواو، وهو حبل تشد به الدابة، وترسلها ترعى. و (استنّت) بتشديد النون أي: جرت بقوة. و (الشَّرَف) بفتح الشين المعجمة والراء جميعاً: هو الشوط، معناه: جرت بقوة شوطاً أو شوطين. كما جاء مفسراً في لفظ البيهقي. و (البَذخ) بفتح الباء الموحدة وسكون الذال المعجمة (1) آخره خاء معجمة: هو الكبر والبذخ والتكبر، ومعناه أنه اتخذ الخيل تكبّراً وتعاظماً واستعلاءً على ضعفاء المسلمين وفقرائهم. __________ (1) يقال: حبسته واحتبسته واحتبس أيضاً بنفسه يتعدى ولا يتعدى. والمعنى يحبسه مسرجاً عسى أن يحدث في ثغر من الثغور من ثلمة. (2) أي: ربطهُ خالصاً لله تعالى امتثالاً لأمره، وتصديقاَّ بوعده من الثواب المترتب على الاحتباس. (3) (شِبَعه) بكسر الشين: أما يثغ به. (ورِيَّه) بكسر الراء وتشديد الياء.

1243 - (3) [صحيح] وعن رجل من الأنصار رضي الله عنه عن النبي - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قال: "الخيلُ ثلاثةٌ: فرسٌ يرتبطُه الرجلُ في سبيلِ الله عز وجل، فثمنه أجرٌ، وركوبُه أجرٌ، وعاريتُه أجرٌ، [وعَلَفُه أجرٌ] (2). وفرسٌ يغالِقُ عليه الرجلُ ويراهِنُ، فثمنُه وزرٌ، [وعَلَفُه وزرٌ] (1)، وركوبُه وزرٌ. وفرسٌ للبِطنةِ، فعسى أنْ يكونَ سداداً من الفقرِ إنْ شاءَ الله". رواه أحمد، ورجاله رجال "الصحيح". __________ (1) قال الناجي (138/ 1): "هذا خطأ بلا ريب، وإنما هو بفتحها مثل الأشر والبطر وزناً، يقال: بذخ -بكسر الذال- وتبذخ، أي: تكبر وعلا، البذخ بالتحريك المصدر، وكذا التبذخ". (2) سقطت من الأصل، واستدركتها من "المسند" (5/ 381).

1244 - (4) [صحيح] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -: "الخيرُ معقودٌ بنواصي الخيلِ إلى يومِ القيامةِ، ومَثَلُ المنُفِقِ عليها كالمتكفِّفِ بالصدقةِ". رواه أبو يعلى، والطبراني في "الأوسط"، ورجاله رجال "الصحيح". (2) وهو في "الصحيح" باختصار النفقة. [صحيح] وروى ابن حبان في "صحيحه" شطره الأخير قال: "مَثَلُ المنفقِ على الخيلِ؛ كالمتكفِّفِ بالصدقةِ". فقلت (3) لمعمر: ما المتكفِفُ بالصدقةِ؟ قال: الذي يُعطي بكفِّه.
