538 - أخبرنا أبو بكر محمد بن الحسين الآجري بمكة ، ثنا أبو شعيب الحراني ، ثنا أحمد بن منصور ، ثنا مالك بن أنس ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر ، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أدرك عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه وهو يسير في ركب وهو يحلف بأبيه ، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : « إن الله عز وجل ينهاكم أن تحلفوا بآبائكم ؛ فمن كان حالفا فليحلف بالله أو ليصمت » . قال ابن أبي الفوارس : هذا حديث صحيح من حديث مالك عن نافع ، أخرج في الصحيح

539 - أخبرنا أبو العباس أحمد بن إبراهيم بن علي الكندي بمكة ، ثنا محمد بن جعفر الخرائطي ، ثنا حماد بن الحسن ، ثنا أبو داود الطيالسي ، ثنا عبد الله بن المبارك ، عن سعد بن سعيد أخي يحيى بن سعيد الأنصاري ، ثنا الزهري ، أخبرني رجل من بلي قال : خرجت مع أبي إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فناجاه أبي دوني ، فقلت لأبي : ما قال لك رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ، قال : قال لي : « إذا أردت أمرا فعليك بالتؤدة حتى يجعل الله عز وجل لك فرجا ومخرجا »

540 - وأخبرنا الكندي ، ثنا الخرائطي ، ثنا نصر بن داود ، ثنا عمرو بن محمد أبو عثمان الناقد ، ثنا أبو النصر هاشم بن القاسم ، ثنا أبو عقيل الثقفي ، عن عبد الله بن يزيد ، عن ربيعة بن يزيد وعطية بن قيس ، عن عطية السعدي وكان من أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : « لا ينبغي للعبد أن يكون من المتقين حتى يدع ما لا بأس به حذرا مما به بأس »
