حدثنا هارون بن حاتمٍ الكوفي، قال: حدثنا ابن أبي فديك، عن إبراهيم بن الفضل، عن المقبري، عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((أقل أمتي أبناء السبعين)).قال أبو عبد الله: فهذا من رحمة الله على هذه الأمة، وعطفه عليهم، حرسهم في الأصلاب حتى أخرجهم إلى الأرحام بعد أن نفدت الدنيا، ثم قصر أعمارهم؛ لئلا يتلبسوا بالدنيا إلا قليلاً، ولا يتدنسوا؛ فإن القرون الماضية كانت أعمارهم وأجسادهم وأرزاقهم على الضعف، كان أحدهم يعمر ألف سنة، وجسمه ثمانون باعاً بالباع الأول، والحبة من القمح مثل كلوة البقر، والرمانة الواحدة يجتمع عليها عشرة نفر، والعنقود مثله، فكانوا يتناولون من هذه الدنيا بهذه الصفة على مثل تلك الأجساد، وفي مثل تلك الأعمار، فمنها أشروا، وبطروا، واستكبروا، وأعرضوا عن الله، فصب عليهم سوط عذاب.فقال الله تعالى في تنزيله: {ألم تر كيف فعل ربك بعادٍ. إرم ذات العماد. التي لم يخلق مثلها في البلاد. وثمود الذين جابوا الصخر بالواد. وفرعون ذي الأوتاد. الذين طغوا في البلاد. فأكثروا فيها الفساد. فصب عليهم ربك سوط}، ثم قال: {إن ربك لبالمرصاد}؛ أي: لهم، ولجميع خلقه.

حدثنا أبي رحمه الله قال: حدثنا حوشب، عن عبد الكريم، قال: حدثنا المبارك بن مجاهد، عن زيد بن أسلم، عن عطاء بن يسار، عن كعب الأحبار، قال: بلغني أن نوحاً كان قاعداً، فجاءه شابٌّ صبيح، فنظر إليه نوح، فقال: يا هذا! كم أتى لك؟ قال: مئتا سنة، قال: احتلمت؟ قال: لا، ثم جاءه آخر أجمل من الأول، فقال له: كم أتى لك؟ قال: خمس مئة سنة، قال: احتلمت؟ قال: لا، فلم يزل الناس ينقصون في الخَلق والخُلُقِ والرزق والأجل.روي ذلك عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما.إلى أن صارت هذه الأمة آخر الأمم، وصارت أرزاقهم في هذه الهيئة، والأجسام بهذه المقادير، والأعمار بهذا القصر، حتى أخذوا من الدنيا أرزاقاً قليلة بأجسام ضعيفة في مدة قصيرة، حتى لا يأشروا، ولا يبطروا معاً، فهذا تدبير من الله رحمة لهذه الأمة، وخيرة لهم، ثم ضوعف لهم في الحسنات، فجعلت الحسنة الواحدة بعشر إلى سبع مئة إلى ما لا يعلمه من التضعيف إلا الله، وأيدوا باليقين، وأعطوا ليلة القدر، وذلك لما رأى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من قصر أعمارهم، وجد من ذلك وجداً شديداً لحال العبودية، والأخذ بحظهم منها، فأعطوا ليلة القدر.

كذلك حدثني به أبي، عن مطرف، عن مالك بن أنس رضي الله عنه. فجعلت حسناتهم على ثلاث منازل؛ لأنهم ثلاثة أصناف: ظالمون، ومقتصدون، وسابقون.فالصنف الأول: هم أهل تخليط، قومٌ موحدون لا يرعوون عن الحرام، ولا يحفظون حدود الله، خلطوا عملاً صالحاً، وآخر سيئاً، فهم الظالمون، والحسنة منهم بعشر أمثالها.والصنف الثاني: قوم هم متقون، متورعون، قائمون على الحدود على سبيل الاستقامة، وهم المقتصدون، والحسنة منهم بسبع مئة؛ لأن جوارحهم قد صارت مسبلةً لله، قد استقامت على سبيل الله، فإذا أنفقوا من جوارحهم عملاً، كان بسبع مئة، كالذي ينفق ماله في سبيل الله، فهو بسبع مئة.ومما يحقق ذلك قول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((إذا حسن إسلام العبد، تمم الله له عمله بسبع مئة ضعفٍ)). فقوله: (حسن إسلامه): هو أن يكون مستقيم الطريق إلى ربه، لا يعرج يميناً ولا شمالاً؛ أي: لا يعصي، فهذا ترفع أعماله من جوارح طاهرةٍ، والأول من جوارح دنسةٍ.والصنف الثالث: قومٌ أهل يقين، انتبهوا، وحييت قلوبهم بالله، وماتت منها الشهوات، وهم السابقون المقربون، فأعمالهم مضاعفة لا يعلم تضعيفها إلا الله عز وجل، وهو قول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((إن الرجل من أمتي يبلغ بوزن الحرف الواحد من تسبيحه زنة أحدٍ)).وما روي عن ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه: أنه قال: إن الرجل من هذه الأمة يعدل عمل يومه سبع سماوات وسبع أرضين.وبما روي عن كعب: إن الرجل من هذه الأمة ليخر ساجداً، فيغفر لمن خلفه، فكان كعب يتوخى الصف المؤخر من المسجد رجاء ذلك، ويذكر أنه وجده كذلك في التوراة. وقد ذكر الله عز وجل في تنزيله هذه الأصناف، فقال: {فمنهم ظالمٌ لنفسه ومنهم مقتصدٌ ومنهم سابقٌ بالخيرات بإذن الله}، ثم قال: {ذلك هو الفضل الكبير}.وقال في شأن التضعيف: {من جاء بالحسنة فله عشر أمثالها}، فقد دخل فيه الكل، ثم قال: {مثل الذين ينفقون أموالهم في سبيل الله كمثل حبةٍ أنبتت سبع سنابل في كل سنبلةٍ مائة حبةٍ}.فهذا لمن أنفق ماله في سبيل الله، فكيف من أنفق جوارحه في سبيله؟!فإذا لم تكن الجوارح سليمة، لم يمكنه أن ينفق منها في سبيله، إنما ينفق منها كما ينفق أحدهم دراهمه في سبيل الخيرات هاهنا في وطنه.ثم قال: {من ذا الذي يقرض الله قرضاً حسناً فيضاعفه له أضعافاً كثيرةً}.فالقرض الحسن: هو الذي يعطى من غير التفات إلى ما أعطي، فهذا له بأضعاف ما لا يحصى عدده، وقد أجملنا هذه الكلمة في تفسير القرض الحسن، وقد شرحته في بابه في قصة أبي الدحداح رضي الله عنه.
