نا محمد بن زنبور المكي، قال: نا إسماعيل ابن جعفر، قال: نا عبد الله بن سعيد بن أبي هند، عن أبيه، عن ابن عباس، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: أنه قال: ((من يرد الله به خيراً يفقهه في الدين)).قال أبو عبد الله رحمه الله:فالفقه مشتق من التفقي، وهو انكشاف الغطاء عن الشيء، يقال: تفقأت الثمرة عن أكمامها، وتفقأ العين عما فيه، وفقأ عينه: إذا انخرق الحجاب، وانكشف عن الحدقة.فعلوم الأشياء في الصدر مجتمعة، متراكمة بعضها على بعض، فإحساس القلب من ذلك العلم هو علم القلب، أداه إلى الذهن، وإلى الحفظ، فالذهن قبله، واستودعه الحفظ، حتى يؤديه إليه عند الحاجة، فأداؤه في وقت الحاجة، كنبعان العين ينفجر منه الشيء بعد الشيء، فما دام هكذا، فهو ساكن خامد لا قوة له، فإذا تصور في الصدر لعيني الفؤاد، قوي القلب بذلك الذي تصور، فذلك علم مستتر، وفي القلب بقية من الضعف والخمود.فإذا انكشف الغطاء عن الصورة التي تصورت في الصدر، فذلك الفقه؛ لأنه حين تصور في الصدر، أحس القلب بتلك الصورة علماً، ولم يره؛ لأن الغطاء قائم بينه وبين العلم، وهو ظلمة الهوى، وهو عالم بذلك الشيء يترجمه بلسانه، ويتضمنه بحفظه، ويمثله صورة بعقله، وليست له قوة ينتصب قلبه لذلك، ويتشمر لفعله، ويطمئن إليه مع حرارة العلم وقوته.فإذا انكشف الغطاء عن تلك الصورة التي صورها عقله، صار عياناً للفؤاد، فيقال لذلك العيان: علم اليقين.قال الله تعالى: {كلا لو تعلمون علم اليقين. لترون الجحيم. ثم لترونها عين اليقين}.فعين اليقين يوم القيامة، وعلم اليقين في الدنيا في الصدر، فسماه: رؤية؛ ذلك ليعلم أن هذه رؤية عين الفؤاد، وتلك في الآخرة رؤية عين الرأس، فهذا الذي انكشف له الغطاء، وانفقأ الحجاب عن مكنون العلم، أبصر بعين الفؤاد صورة ذلك الشيء المعني، فسمي ذلك فقهاً، وإنما هو في الأصل فقء -القاف مهموزة-، فلما ثقلت، أبدلت بالهمزة هاء، فقيل: فقه.قال الله تعالى فيما يحكي قول شعيب عليه السلام حيث يقول لقومه: يا قوم {بقيت الله خيرٌ لكم}، ويا قوم {واستغفروا ربكم ثم توبواإليه إن ربي رحيمٌ ودودٌ}، {ويا قوم لا يجرمنكم شقاقي}.وكان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا ذكر شعيباً يقول: ((ذاك خطيب الأنبياء))؛ لحسن دعائه قومه، ومراجعته، وتلطفه في الدعوة، فقال في آخر ذلك: {قالوا يا شعيب ما نفقه كثيراً مما تقول}.فمن فقه ما يقال له، تبين عليه أثره، فهؤلاء الذين انتحلوا هذا الرأي، وأكثروا الخوض فيه، واجتمعت عندهم كتب الرأي، أعجبوا بهذا الشأن حين سموا هذا فقهاً، وخيل إليهم أن هذا هو الذي ما عبد الله بمثله، وهو هذه المسائل التي عندهم قط، ولا يعلمون أن أساتذتهم تكلموا بها، ثم قالوا: وددنا أنا نجونا منه كفافاً، لا لنا ولا علينا، منهم: إبراهيم النخعي، والشعبي، والحسن، وابن سيرين في زمانهم، وأبو حنيفة، وسفيان الثوري، والأوزاعي، ومالك في زمانهم -رضي الله عنهم أجمعين-.فكلٍّ يتمنى الخلاص منه، لا له ولا عليه، وإنما هذا نوع من العلملابد للناس منه لحفظه على الأمة، فأما سائر العلوم التي حاجة الناس إليها في كل وقت، في ليلهم ونهارهم، فأعرضوا عنها حتى صاروا في خلو من ذلك كله، وصار هذا النوم عندهم فتنة، فتراه الشهر والدهر يقول: لا بأس، ويجوز، ولا يجوز، يدخل فيما بين الله وبين عباده، مع الحيرة في ذلك، ولا يدري أصواب هو أم خطأ؟ثم تراه في خاصة أمره ودينه في عوجٍ كله، فإقباله على نفسه حتى يكف منها ما لا يجوز، خير له من إهماله نفسه، وإقباله على إصلاح الناس، وذلك لتعلم أنه مفتون، ويسعى في الخراب، وكان المتقدمون أولى بالشفقة على الأمة، والحدب على الدين، والنصيحة لله، فشغلهم إصلاح أنفسهم عن الانهماك في هذه الأشياء، حتى تلهيهم عن عيوب أنفسهم، والقيام عليها بإصلاحها.فيقال لهذا الذي توهم أن هذه الفضائل، وهذه الرتبة لمن تفقه في هذا النوع الواحد، فإذا فهمه، ماذا يجري عليه من نفعه، وهو لا يدري متى ينزل به؟ ومتى يحتاج إليه هو أو غيره حتى ينتصب لفتياه؟فإعجابك بهذا كل هذا: كيف إذا فقهت كلام رب العالمين الذي أدب به عبيده، ووعظهم، وعطف به عليهم، كيف يجعلهم غداً مملوكاً في دار السلام؟فمن فقه عن الله قوله: {فمن يعمل مثقال ذرةٍ خيراً يره. ومن يعمل مثقال ذرةٍ شراً يره}، أمسك عن الصغير والكبير، والدقيق والجليل من الشر، ولم يستحقر ما دق من الخير وصغر، ولم يستهن به، وأمات هذا الوعيد من نفسه البطالات كلها.ألا ترى إلى الأعرابي الذي سمع من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم هذه السورة، قام، وركب راحلته، وقال: حسبي حسبي، ومر على وجهه، فقال رسول الله: ((فقه الأعرابي))؟!فهكذا يكون الفقه.من فقه ما في هذه السورة؛ من شأن الأرض وما يحل بها، ومن شأن النفس حين ترمي بها الأرض، وما تخبر الأرض، وتنطق عن سرائره، وذكر الصدر من بين يدي الله تعالى: {أشتاتاً ليروا أعمالهم}،ثم وجد أعماله موزونة بمثاقيل الذر من الخير والشر، فكيف لا يكون هذا حسبه فيما بينه وبين الله تعالى؟ومن فقه عن الله قوله: {ونضع الموازين القسط ليوم القيامة فلا تظلم نفسٌ شيئاً وإن كان مثقال حبةٍ من خردلٍ أتينا بها وكفى بنا حاسبين}.فكيف لا يكون هذا حسبه فيما بينه وبين العباد، حتى ينصف الخلق من نفسه، ويؤدي إلى كل ذي حق حقه من نفسه وماله؟ومن فقه عن الله تعالى قوله: {وما من دابةٍ في الأرض إلا على الله رزقها}، كيف لا يكون حسبه فيما بينه وبين معاشه، ولا يخرج هم الرزق من قلبه حتى يثق بربه ويطمئن إلى ضمانه؟.ومن فقه عن الله قوله تعالى: {وما أنفقتم من شيءٍ فهو يخلفه} الآية، فكيف لا يكون هذا حسبه من الثقة بخلفه، حتى لا يجد في وقت الإنفاق ضيقاً في صدره، ولا حزازة في نفسه.ومن فقه عن الله قوله تعالى: {زين للناس حب الشهوات من النساء والبنين} ثم ذكر أصناف الشهوات، ثم قال: {قل أؤنبئكم بخيرٍ من ذلكم للذين اتقوا عند ربهم}.كيف لا يكون هذا حسبه في نزوله على ما اختار له ربه، حتى يلهو عن حب هذه الشهوات، ويتشمر في طلب الذي أعلمه الله أنه خير من ذلك، فيطلب تلك الخصال التي عدها لنوال هذا الخير من قوله تعالى: {الصابرين والصادقين والقانتين والمنفقين والمستغفرين بالأسحار} الآية.ومن فقه عن الله قوله تعالى: {إنا جعلنا ما على الأرض زينةً لها لنبلوهم أيهم أحسن عملاً} الآية {إنا لا نضيع أجر من أحسن عملاً}.كيف لا يكون هذا حسبه من معاملته ربه، حتى ينكمش في الإحسان، ويطلب من نفسه حسن الأشياء في كل أمر لمعبوده؟ومن فقه عن الله قوله تعالى: {وما خلقت الجن والإنس إلا ليعبدون}.كيف لا يكون هذا حسبه، حتى يعلم أنه خلق للعبودة، وأن عبودته في جميع حركاته كلها، فإن كانت حركاته مما قد حسنها الله في تنزيله، وعلى ألسنة الرسل -عليهم السلام-، فقد عبده، وإن كانت سيئة قد قبحها الله تعالى، فقد ترك عبودته.ومن فقه عن الله قوله تعالى: {وما أصابكم من مصيبةٍ فبما كسبت أيديكم ويعفوا عن كثيرٍ}.كيف لا يكون هذا حسبه، حتى يهون عليه المصائب؟ لأنه أخبره أني صيرت هذه المصيبة قصاصاً ببعض ما عملت من السوء، وعفوت عن الكثير الباقي؛ كأنه قال: إنما قاصصتك بهذه المصيبة بشيء يسير من ذنوبك، حتى أنبهك من رقدتك، وعامتها باقية جمة، فوعدك العفو عن ذلك الكثير الجم، فعظم أملك لربك.ومن فقه عن الله قوله تعالى: {وإن يمسسك الله بضرٍ فلا كاشف له إلا هو وإن يردك بخيرٍ فلا راد لفضله}.كيف لا يكون هذا حسبه، حتى يجمع كل الرجاء في الخير، وانتظار الفرج، فيذهب بقلبه إلى بابه منتظراً ما يخرج من أرحم الراحمين أقضيته، ومن أحكم الحاكمين حكمه، حتى ينقطع رجاؤه وخوفه من المخلوقين، ويصير حراً من رق نفسه، ومن تبصيص خلقه، وملقهم، ومن انهزامه عنهم، ومن تعيير الله حيث عير المنافقين؟ فقال: {لأنتم أشد رهبةً في صدورهم من الله ذلك بأنهم قومٌ لا يفقهون}.فإنما برأ من الفقه من كانت هذه صفته، فكانت رهبته من المخلوق طافحة على نفسه، غالبة على رهبة الله، وقال الله تعالى حكاية عنهم: {لا تنفقوا على من عند رسول الله حتى ينفضوا ولله خزائن السماوات والأرض ولكن المنافقين لا يفقهون} الآية.فمن رأى رزقه وحاجاته من الدنيا بيد الخلق رؤية تلهيه عن الله، حتى يضيع حقوقه، ويداهن في دينه، قد برأه القرآن من الفقه.ومن فقه عن الله تعالى قوله: {ادعوني أستجب لكم}، كيف لا يكون هذا حسبه، حتى يعلم أن الله أكرمه بغاية الكرامة، ورفع درجته، وعظم شأنه، ففرح بذلك واستغنى، وعرف محله من ربه، فلو أن لملك من ملوك الدنيا عبداً من عبيده كتب إليه الملك: أرفع إلى حوائجك، لامتلأ سروراً وغنى به، واستند إلى ذلك القول منه، وهو عبد مثله لا يملك لنفسه نفعاً ولا ضراً، ربما اشتغل عنه غداً، ويخلف وعده، أو عجز عنه، فلا يقدر على إنجازه، أو يموت، فهو يتكل على هذا الكتاب منه، ويمتلئ من نفسه فرحاً، وهذا كتاب رب العالمين، ينطق بأن الله قد قال هذا، لم يخرجه مخرج الأمر والندبة، ولكن أخرجه على إبراز القول،فقال: {وقال ربكم ادعوني أستجب لكم}، فمن يعلم ما في حشو هذه الكلمة؟ فمن علمها، استغنى بها عن الحاجة، ثم إذا دعا، دعا على يقين من الإجابة، ثم ينتظر الوقت، كما قال لموسى وهارون: {قد أجيبت دعوتكما فاستقيما ولا تتبعان سبيل الذين لا يعلمون} الآية؛ أي: أن سبيل الذين لا يعلمون الاستعجال.ولذلك قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((لا يزال العبد بخيرٍ ما لم يستعجل ربه))، قيل: كيف يستعجل ربه يا رسول الله؟ قال: ((يقول: دعوت فلم يستجب لي)).فهل استعجاله إلا من قلة فقهه؟! لا يفقه أن ربه قد خار له حتى يأتي وقته، فيعطيه أكثر مما سأل.ألا ترى أنه روي في الخبر عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: أنه قال: ((إذا دعا العبد، يقول الله تعالى: يا جبريل! احبس حاجة عبدي؛ فإني أحب صوته، وقد أجبته إلى ما سأل)).وروي عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: أنه قال: مثل ذلك، وقال: ((يا جبريل! احبس حاجته)).ولا يخطر ببال هذا العبد هذه الحاجة إلا وله مع كل خطرة مغفرة، أو كما قال.فيصل إلى العبد في وقته مع مغفرة كثيرة، فإذا فقه هذا، لم يستبطئ إجابته، ولم يستعجل ربه.فالفقه في هذا، لا في تلك المخاتلات والخدائع التي يحدثها العبيد الأباق في سيرهم إلى الله في معاشهم؛ من نهب الدنيا حرصاً وجمعاً،وتضييعاً لدين الله، فتنظر إليهم بعين الرحمة فيما تزعم نفسك، فتشتغل بتسوية أمورهم في عامة نهارك، وتضييع الفقه في دينك في خاصة نفسك، وتنسى نفسك وتذكرهم، فلينظر صاحب هذا لا يكون ممن قد خدعته نفسه، فتلذذ بما احتواه، وشخصت أبصارهم إليه، حتى صيره تلذذه عبداً، جباراً متملكاً، مقتدراً، فهو يعامل الخلق في تسوية أمورهم على التمليك، والاقتدار، والتجبر، والاعتداء، حتى تكون محبته أن ينزل الخلق كلهم على قوله، ويصدروا عن مشيئاته، فإذا هو جبار عاتٍ قد رمى بالعبودة، وتشبه بالأرباب.
