حدثنا العلاء بن مسلمة الرواس، قال: حدثنا إبراهيم الطالقاني، قال: أخبرنا عبد الله بن المبارك، عن عاصمٍ بن سليمان، عن حفصة بنت سيرين، عن أنس ابن مالكٍ رضي الله عنه، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((من أحسن إلى يتيمٍ، أو يتيمةٍ، كنت أنا وهو في الجنة كهاتين))، وقرن بين أصبعيه.

حدثنا عبد الجبار بن العلاء، قال: حدثنا سفيان، عن صفوان بن سليمٍ، عن أنيسة، عن أم سعيدٍ بنت مرة الفهرية، عن أبيها، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: ((أنا وكافل اليتيم له أو لغيره إذا اتقى الله في الجنة كهاتين، أو كهذه من هذه)).قال أبو عبد الله: إنما برز هذا على سائر الأعمال؛ لأن اليتيم قد افتقد تربية أبويه، وهي أعظم الأغذية، فحرم شفقة الأم وبرها، وتربيتها، وريحها، وحجرها، وبر الأب، ولطفه، وتعاهده، ومصالح أموره، والله تعالى ولي ذلك كله، يجريها على الأسباب، فإذا قبض أبويه، فهو الولي لذلك اليتيم، في جميع أموره، يبتلي به عبيده؛ لينظر أيهم يتولى ذلك.

حدثنا أبي رحمه الله، قال: حدثنا قبيصة، عن سفيان، عن طلحة، عن عطاءٍ، قال: قال موسى -صلوات الله عليه-: يا ربّ أتميت أبوي الصبي، ومن لا حيلة له، وتدعه هكذا؟ قال: يا موسى! أما ترضى بي كافلاً.ومن أسمائه: الوكيل، والكفيل، فإنما توكل لعباده، وتكفل لهم بما يحتاجون إليه، وهو حسبهم.فاليتيم: كافله خالقه؛ لأنه قد قطع عنه من كان قيض له، وطوى عنه أسبابه، فمن مد يده إلى كفالة هذا اليتيم، فإنما ذلك عمل يعمله عن الله، لا عن نفسه، والرسل من شأنهم أنهم يعملون عن الله، يؤدون عن الله حججه إلى خلقه، وبيانه، وهدايته، والذي يكفل اليتيم، يؤدي عن الله ما تكفل به، فلذلك صار بالقرب منه في الدرجة، وبالقرب منه في الموقف، وليس في الموقف بقعة أروح، ولا أنور، ولا أطيب، ولا آمن من البقعة التي يكون بها محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، وسائر الرسل -صلوات الله عليهم-، فإذا نال كافل اليتيم القرب من تلك البقعة، فقد سعد جده.وإن سائر الأعمال يعملها العمال عن أنفسهم، وليس فيها السبب الذي وصفنا، فإذا صام، أو تصدق، أو حج، فإنما يعمل ذلك عن نفسه.ألا ترى أن الجهاد قد فارقهم؛ لأنه عن دين الله يذب، والكلمة العليا تنصر، فهم على أثر الأنبياء يومئذ، وبالقرب منهم.وقد ذكر الله في تنزيله في شأن العفو، فقال: {وجزاء سيئةٍ سيئةٌمثلها}، فبين القصاص، وأذن فيه، ثم ندب إلى العفو، وأعظم شأنه، فقال: {فمن عفا وأصلح بأجره على الله}.فلم يجد شيئًا من أعمال البر أجره مضموناً في عاجل الدنيا غير العفو، فطلبنا أصله من أين صار هكذا، فوجدنا أن الرجل إذا ظلم، وقع قلبه في سجن المعصية، فصار محجوباً عن الله، فهو، وإن تاب، فغير مقبول منه، حتى يتحلل المظلوم، فيهب منه ظلامته، وإذا وقع القلب في ظلمة، فهو في خذلان من ربه، خبثت نفسه، وكسل، وذهبت قواه، ونزعت منه البركة، وعمي عن رؤية الحق، وجاءته مصائب تترى في دينه، فلا يزداد إلا شراً وتردياً، فإذا رحمه هذا المظلوم، لما يعلم من فساد قلبه، وأنه مسجون بسببه، كره ذلك له من أجل أنه عجز عن طاعة مولاه، وضاعت الحقوق بسببه، فوهب له ظلامته.فإنما قيل: حلله؛ لأنه كان في وثاقه، فتخلص القلب من تلك الظلمة والسحائب التي تراكمت على قلبه، فسأل الله مغفرته، فهذا قد عفا وأصلح ما فسد من قلبه بسؤال ربه المغفرة له، فإنما عمل لله لا لنفسه؛ لأنه أطلق قلبه من وثاق ظلامته حتى توصل إلى أن يعبد الله.فأعلم الله العباد أن أجره على الله، وسائر الأعمال تحصل يوم القيامة، فما تقبل منها، أثيب عليه جزاء من الله لعبده وثواباً، والعفو أجرته مضمونة للعبد في عاجل الدنيا.قال الله -تبارك اسمه-: {ولمن صبر وغفر إن ذلك لمن عزم الأمور}، فسمى سؤال المغفرة له من عزم الأمور.فقد أخذ هذا الذي عفا، وطلب له المغفرة بحظ من أمر أولي العزم من الرسل، وكان من أولي العزم من الرسل من ضربه قومه، حتى يسيل دمه على وجنته، فإذا أفاق قال: ((اللهم اغفر لقومي فإنهم لا يعلمون)).

حدثنا عمرو بن علي الصيرفي، قال: حدثنا عبد الله بن عبد المجيد الحنفي، قال: حدثنا مبارك بن فضالة، عن أبي عمران الجوني، عن ربيعة الأسلمي، قال: كنت أخدم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال لي: ((يا ربيعة! ألا تزوج؟))، قلت: يا رسول الله! أريد ذاك، وما عندي ما يقيم المرأة، وما أحب أن يشغلني منك شيء، فتركني ما شاء الله، ثم قال: ((يا ربيعة! ألا تزوج؟))، فقلت له مثل قولي الأول، ثم قلت: والله! لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أعلم بما يصلحني في أمر دنياي وآخرتي، والله! لئن قال لي: يا ربيعة! ألا تزوج؟ لأقولن: بلى يا رسول الله! مرني بما شئت؟ فقال لي: فقلت: بلى يا رسول الله، فقال: ((ائت بني فلانٍ -حياً من الأنصار-، فقل: إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أرسلني إليكم يأمركم أن تزوجوا ربيعة فلانة)).فأتيتهم، فقالوا: مرحباً برسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وبرسول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فوالله! لا يرجع رسول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إلا بحاجته، فرحبوا بي، وأكرموني، وألطفوا بي، فرجعت إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم حزيناً، فقال لي: ((يا ربيعة!ما لك حزيناً؟))، فقلت: بأبي أنت وأمي يا رسول الله! أتيت أكرم قوم، فرحبوا بي، وأكرموني، وألطفوا بي، من أين لي الصداق؟ فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:((يا بريدة! اجمعوا له وزن نواةٍ من ذهبٍ))، فجمعوا لي وزن نواة من ذهب، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((اذهب بها إليهم، وقل: هذا صداقها))، فذهبت بها إليهم، وقلت: هذا صداقها، فقبلوا ورضوا، وقالوا: كثير طيب، فرجعت إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم حزيناً، فقال: ((ما لك يا ربيعة حزيناً؟))، قلت: يا رسول الله! أتيت أكرم قوم، فقبلوا ورضوا، وقالوا: كثير طيب، من أين لي الوليمة يا رسول الله؟ فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((اجمعوا له في ثمن شاةٍ))، فجمعوا له، فاشتروا لي كبشاً سميناً ضخماً، وقال لي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:((اذهب إلى عائشة، فقل لها تبعث بما كان عندها من طعامٍ))، فانطلقت إلى عائشة -رضي الله عنها-، فقلت لها: إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بعثني إليك تبعثين بما كان عندك من طعام، فقالت لي: خذ ذاك المكتل، فيه تسعة آصع من شعير، والله! ما أصبح في بيتنا طعامٌ غيره، فأخذته، فأتيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال: ((اذهب به إليهم، وقل: ليصبح هذا عندكم خبزاً))، قال: فانطلقت به وبالكبش، فأخذوا الطعام، وقالوا: اكفنا أنت الكبش، قال: فجاء معي ناس من أسلم، فاجتمعنا على الكبش، فذبحناه وسلخناه وطبخناه، فأصبح عندنا خبز ولحم، فأصبحت عروساً، فدعوت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وأصحابه.ثم إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بعد ذلك أعطاني أرضاً، وأعطى أبا بكر أرضاً، وجاءت الدنيا حتى اختلفت أنا وأبو بكر في نخلة بيننا، فقلت: هي من أرضي، فقال أبو بكر: هي من أرضي، فقال لي أبو بكر كلمة كرهها بعد ذلك، فقال لي: رحمك الله، رد علي مثلها، حتى تكون قصاصاً، قلت: لا أرد عليك، قال لي: رحمك الله رد علي مثلها، حتى تكون قصاصاً، قلت: لا، قال: لأستأذنن عليك رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فانطلق يستأذن على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وانطلقت أتبعه، وجاء ناس من قومي معي، فقالوا: هو الذي قال لك: ففيما يستأذن عليك، قلت: أتدرون من هذا؟ قالوا: لا، قلت: هذا أبو بكر الصديق، وهذا ثاني اثنين، ارجعوا لا يلتفت فيراكم معي تنصروني عليه، فيغضب، فيأتي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فيخبره، فيغضب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لغضبه، فيغضب الله لغضب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فيهلك ربيعة، فأتى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فأخبره، فرفع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم رأسه إلي،فقال: ((يا ربيعة! ما لك والصديق؟))، فقلت: يا رسول الله! كان بيني وبينه اختلاف في نخلة، فقال لي كلمة كرهها بعد ذلك، فقال لي: ردها علي حتى تكون قصاصاً، فقلت: لا، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((لا تردها عليه، ولكن قل: غفر الله لك يا أبا بكرٍ))، قلت: غفر الله لك يا أبا بكر، فولى أبو بكر رضي الله عنه يبكي)).
