حدثنا سفيان بن وكيعٍ، قال: حدثنا ابن نميرٍ، عن محمد بن إسحاق، عن يحيى بن عبادٍ، عن أبيه، عن عائشة -رضي الله عنها-، قالت: أهدى النجاشي إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم حليةً فيها خاتمٌ من ذهبٍ فيه فصٌّ حبشيٌّ، فأخذه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بعودٍ، أو ببعض أصابعه، وإنه لمعرضٌ عنه، ثم دعا ابنة ابنته أمامة بنت أبي العاص، فقال: ((تحلي بهذا يا بنية)).

حدثنا علي بن حجرٍ، قال: حدثنا شريكٌ، عن عبد الله بن محمد بن عقيلٍ، عن الربيع بنت معوذٍ، قالت: أهديت إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قناعاً من رطب، وأجرٍ من زغبٍ، فأعطاني ملء كفه ذهباً، أو قال: حلياً.قال أبو عبد الله: فخلق هذا الآدمي خلقاً سوياً بارزاً، فضله، قدمه على سائر خلقه في أرضه.وكل خلق ربي حسن. وقد قال في تنزيله: {أحسن كل شيء خلقه}.وإنما ظهر حسن الأشياء عند أولي الألباب، فهم يرون حسنه، وإنما الحسن عند السفهاء ما يحلو في نفوسهم عند موافقة شهواتهم، وأولو البصائر والعقول ينظرون إلى صنعه في الأمور، وأحكامه ولطفه في الأشياء.

حدثنا داود بن حمادٍ القيسي، قال: حدثنا إشكابٌ البغدادي، عن شريكٍ، عن خصيفٍ، عن عكرمة، عن ابن عباسٍ رضي الله عنهما في قوله: {أحسن كل شيءٍ خلقه}، قال: أما إن است القرد ليست بحسنةٍ، ولكنه أحكم خلقه)).قول ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما: ((ليست بحسنة))؛ أي: عند السفهاء والعامة؛ لأنهم ينظرون بعين الشهوة، وهي سقيمة.والحكماء ينظرون بعين الحكمة، وهي صحيحة، والعارفون المقربون ينظرون بعين المعرفة إلى صنعه، ولطفه، {فتبارك الله أحسن الخالقين}.وقد ذكر الله في تنزيله وصف خلقه، فلا يعلم أنه قال: تبارك الله إلا في وصفه خلق الإنسان، كأنه يؤدي إلى معنى القربة، فجعل هذه الحلية زينة لجوارحه، فإذا لبسها، زانه ذلك.ومعنى قوله: ((زانه))؛ أي: ليق به، وكل شيء استوى بشيء، فهو له زينة، وقدراً به، وكذلك الوزن، إذا استويا في الميزان، فقد وزنه، وإذا زانه، حلاه، فصار ذلك العضو أحلى (في أعين الناظرين، ومن هاهنا سمت حلية؛ لأنها تحلي تلك الجوارح) في أعين الناظرين، وفي قلوبهم.وقد عدد الله الحلية علينا في تنزيله في النعم، فقال: {وتستخرجوا منه}؛ أي: من البحر {حليةً تلبسونها}، وهو اللؤلؤ.فالمعدود في النعم مأذون لنا فيها، ما كان من ذهبٍ، فللإناث، ومحرم على لسان الرسول للذكور، وما كان من فضة أو جوهر، فمطلق للرجال والنساء، وقد لبس رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم خاتماً اتخذه، وفصه منه.وروي: ((أنه لبس خاتماً من فضةٍ، وفصه حبشيٌّ)).

ما حدثنا به أحمد بن مدركٍ الهروي صاحب مظالم العباس بن هاشمٍ، قال: حدثنا عون بن جعفرٍ الكوفي، عن صالح بن مرداسٍ، عن مشرفٍ أبي معاذٍ، عن شهر بن حوشبٍ، عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه، قال: لما ارتقى موسى عليه السلام طور سيناء، رأى الجبار في إصبعه خاتماً، فقال: يا موسى! ما هذا؟ وهو أعلم به، قال: شيء من حلي الرجال يا رب، فقال: هل عليه شيء من أسمائي أو كلامي؟ قال:لا، قال: فاكتب عليه: لكل أجلٍ كتابٌ.فالحلية حق، وهي تحلة الله لآدم وولده.وخلق آدم، فتوج، وكلل بإكليل الجنة، وختم بالخاتم الذي ورثه سليمان -صلوات الله عليه-، وكان يقال له: خاتم العز، فيما روي لنا، ووضع على سرير، وحمل من الأرض إلى الجنة، ثم لم يزل يتوارثه ولده.

حدثنا سفيان، قال: حدثنا يحيى بن آدم، عن شريكٍ، عن العباس بن ذريحٍ، عن عبد الله عن عائشة -رضي الله عنها-، قالت: عثر أسامة بعتبة الباب، فشج في وجهه، فقال لي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((أميطي عنه الأذى)). فكأنه قذرته، فجعل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يمصه ويمجه، ويقول:((لو كان أسامة جاريةً، لحليناه، وكسوناه، حتى ننفقه)).فأصل الزينة والحلية حق، وإنما يفسدها الإرادة والقصد، فإذا كانت الإرادة لله، فقد أقام حقاً من حقوق الله بإقامته، وإذا كانت لغير الله، صار وبالاً، كسائر الأشياء.

حدثنا عبد الله بن أبي زيادٍ القطواني، قال: حدثنا سيارٌ، قال: حدثنا محمد بن مروان -وهو العقيلي-، قال: حدثنا يونس بن عبيدٍ، قال: بلغنا أنه كان رجل يجور على أهل مملكته، ويتعدى عليهم، فائتمروا لقتاله، فقالوا: نبي الله زكريا بين أظهرنا، فلو أتيناه، فأتوا منزله، فإذا فتاةٌ جميلةٌ رائعةٌ، قد أشرق البيت حسناً، قالوا: من أنت؟ قالت: أنا امرأة زكريا، قالوا فيما بينهم:كنا نرى نبي الله لا يريد الدنيا، فإذا هو قد اتخذ امرأةً جميلةً رائعةً، قالوا: فأين هو؟ قالت: في حائط آل فلان، يعمل لهم، فأتوه، فإذا هو يعمل لهم، حتى حضر الغداء قرب رغيفين، فأكل، ولم يدعهم، ثم قام فعمل بقية عمله، ثم علق خفيه على عنقه والمسحاة والكساء، قال: حاجتكم؟ قالوا: جئنا لأمرٍ، ولقد كاد يغلبنا ما رأينا على ما جئنا له، قال: فهاتوا، قالوا: أتينا منزلك، فإذا امرأةٌ جميلةٌ رائعةٌ، وكنا نرى نبي الله لا يريد الدنيا، فقال: إني إنما تزوجت امرأةً جميلةً رائعةً، لأكف بها بصري، وأحفظ بها فرجي، قال: فخرج نبي الله صلى الله عليه وسلم مما قالوا.قالوا: ورأيناك قدمت رغيفين فأكلت، ولم تدعنا، قال: إن القوم استأجروني على عملٍ، فخشيت أن أضعف عن عملهم، ولو أكلتم معي، لم يكفكم، ولم يكفني، فخرج نبي الله صلى الله عليه وسلم مما قالوا.قالوا: ورأيناك وضعت خفيك على عنقك والمسحاة والكساء؟ قال:إن هذه الأرض جديدة، فكرهت أن أتفل تراب هذه في هذه، فخرج نبي الله مما قالوا.قالوا: إن هذا الملك يجور علينا ويظلمنا، وقد ائتمرنا لقتاله، فقال: أي قوم! لا تفعلوا؛ فإن إزالة جبل من أصله أهون من إزالة ملك مؤجل.

حدثنا الفضل بن محمدٍ، قال: حدثنا هشام ابن خالدٍ الدمشقي، عن الوليد بن مسلمٍ، قال: حدثني زهير بن محمد، عن إسماعيل بن أمية، عن نافعٍ: أن حفصة زوج النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم صاغت حلياً بثلاثين ألف درهمٍ، وجعلته حبساً على آل عمر، فلم تكن تؤدي زكاته.فهذا عندنا إنما لم تؤد زكاته؛ لأنها كلها صدقة موقوفة.
