حدثنا عمر بن أبي عمر، قال: حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن يحيى بن إسماعيل بن عبيد الله بن أبي المهاجر، عن الجراح بن مليحٍ الحمصي البهراني، قال: حدثنا بكر بن زرعة الخولاني، عن أبي عنبة الخولاني، وكان ممن صلى القبلتين مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((لا يزال الله يغرس في هذا الدين غرساً ليستعملهم بطاعته)).قال أبو عبد الله: فغرس الله محروسٌ في الأحوال، محفوظٌ في الأصلاب، والأرحام، ومرعيٌّ في قطع الأسفار إلى الله، يكلؤه ويرعاه، وهم رجاله في أرضه، وأولياؤه، والدعاة إليه، وغرس الله راسخٌ عروقه في الأرض، باسقٌ فروعه في الملكوت، فعروقه في الثرى رسوخاً، وفروعه عند ذي العرش بين يديه، هو غرسهم، وهو أنبتهم، وهو يجني ثمرتهم.فأما قولي:هو غرسهم: فهو أنه اجتباهم بمشيئته، فذاك غرسه إياهم.وأما قولي هو أنبتهم: أي: إنه راض نفوسهم، وأدبهم، وقوم أخلاقهم بتدبيره، فولي ذلك منهم دون الخلق، وكل الحق بهم حارساً، وسار بهم إليه جاذباً.وأما قولي: هو يجني ثمرتهم: أي: لما وصلوا إليه، وقبلهم، ورتب لهم عنده في تلك الخلوات والمجالس، صاروا في قبضته، فهو الذي يستعملهم، فهو الذي قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في حديثه: (يستعملهم بطاعته.وقوله في الحديث) الآخر فيما يحكي عن الله: أنه قال: ((إذا أحببت عبدي، كنت سمعه وبصره، ويده، ورجله، ولسانه، وفؤاده، فبي يسمع،وبي يبصر، وبي يبطش، وبي يمشي، وبي يعقل، وبي ينطق)).ومنه قول لقمان: ألا إن يد الله على أفواه الحكماء، فلا ينطق أحدهم إلا بما هيأه الله لهم.فمن علامة أولئك: أنه يخرجهم من ظلمٍ بطون الأمهات أحراراً من رق النفوس، قد طبع نفوسهم على أخلاق الكرام؛ مثل: السخاوة، والشجاعة، والسماحة، والحلم، والتأني، والنزاهة، والصيانة من مداني الأخلاق.فهذا حرٌّ من رق النفوس، ومن كل ضد هذه الأشياء فيه، مثل: البخل، والضيق، والنكد، والعجلة، وحدة الشهوة، والحرص، والجبن، فهو عبد نفسه، فإن رزق تقوى، احتاج إلى أن يجاهد نفسه حتى لا يستعمل أركانه بما يصير به عاصياً، فهو وإن جاهد، فهذه الأخلاق باطنة؛ وفي الظاهر متق.وهو قول عيسى -صلوات الله عليه- لبني إسرائيل: فلا عبيد أتقياء، ولا أحرار كرماء.فالعبيد الأتقياء: هم الذين هذه الأخلاق فيهم، فهم أتقياء، يتقون الله أن يعصوه بجارحةٍ، وتردد فيهم هذه الأخلاق، فإن عملوا بطاعته، عملوها بكزازة نفسٍ، وجهدٍ.والأحرار الكرماء: فقد عروا عن هذه الأخلاق طبعاً، فنفوسهم أحرار من رق هذه الأخلاق، فهم الكرماء، فإن اتقوا ما نهى الله عنه، لم يحتاجوا إلى أن يحاربوا، أو يجاهدوا نفوسهم، وإن عملوا بطاعته، عملوه تكرماً، وسماحة، فقلبه لينٌ منقادٌ، ليس فيه كزازةٌ، حيثما قاده مولاه في أموره، انقاد من غير تلجلجٍ.ومنه قول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((لا تقولوا للعنب: كرمٌ، إنما الكرم قلب المؤمن)).فإنما سمي العنب كرماً؛ لأنه لين ينقاد حيثما استقيد، فكذلك المؤمن، قلبه لينٌ رطبٌ بذكر الله، ينقاد لله في أموره وأحكامه.فإذا كانت لنفسه حرارة شهوة، ويبس، وكزازة، أصاب القلب منذلك يبساً، فإذا قدته إلى أمر الله، احتجت إلى قوة؛ لأنه يستصعب عليك، وهو قوله: {أفمن شرح الله صدره للإسلام فهو على نورٍ من ربه}.فإذا دخل النور، انفسح الصدر، وتوسع للإسلام، وذلك أن النفس تسكن حدتها وشرتها إذا جاوزها النور.
