حدثنا أبي رحمه الله: ثنا عثمان بن زفر الكوفي: ثنا حصين بن عمر الأحمسي، عن مخارق، عن طارق بن شهاب، قال: سئل ابن عباس عن أبي بكر الصديق، قال: كان كالخير كله من رجل كان فيه حدة، وسئل عن عمر، فقال: كان كالطير الحذر الذي يرى أن له في كل طريق شركاً يأخذه.فإذا جمع المال ليعف عن المسألة، ويسعى على عياله، ويعطف على جاره، فهي عبودة لله.كذلك جاءنا عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: أنه قال:((من طلب الدنيا حلالاً، واستعفافاً عن المسألة، وسعياً على عياله، وتعطفاً على جاره، جاء يوم القيامة ووجهه كالقمر ليلة البدر، ومن طلب الدنيا حلالاً، مفاخراً مكاثراً مرائياً، لقي الله وهو عليه غضبان)).

حدثنا بذلك أبي رحمه الله: ثنا ثابت بن محمد الزاهد: ثنا سفيان الثوري، عن حجاج بن فرافصة، عن مكحول، عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم.قوله: ((لا يغلبه الشح عن معروفٍ يريده)).فالشح: أصله من الحرص، وهو الذي يجمع الحرام والحلال، فإذا عوفي من الشح، صفا ماله، وإذا عوفي من البخل، ظهر المعروف من دأب يده، وقال في تنزيله: {ومن يوق شح نفسه فأولئك هم المفلحون}.وروي لنا عن عبد الرحمن بن عوف: أنه كان يطوف بالبيت ودعاؤه: ربي! قني شح نفسي.فالشح والبخل متولدان عن الحرص، والشح أقوى من البخل؛ لأن الشح يدعو إلى أن يأخذ مال غيره، وما حرم عليه، ويمنع حقوق الله في ماله، والبخل يدعو إلى أن يمنع المعروف من ماله.

حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد: ثنا حبيب بن غالب اليشكري، عن العوام بن حوشب، عن مجاهد، قال: الشح: منع حقوق الله في ماله، والبخل: منع المعروف.قال أبو عبد الله:والشح إنما هو شح يشح شحاً، والحاء منه مضاعفة، إنما هو: شاح يشوح، أدغمت الألف في الحاء، فشددت، فقيل: شح يشح.وقوله: حاش يحوش، وهو أن يطرد الصيد ليجمعه إلى الصائد ويقول: حش عليه، أي اطرد الصيد من النواحي إلى الصائد، ويقول: حش عليه؛ أي: أطرد الصيد من النواحي إلى الصائد، وكذلك صورة عمل الحرص في الآدمي، وهو أن يجمع أسباب المنالات، ويطردها ويسوقها من نواحي الضأن؛ ليجمعها إلى ملكه، فذاك مستعمل في ذلك النوع، وهذا مستعمل في هذا النوع.فالحوش في فعل الظاهر، والشح في فعل الباطن، وأحدهما مشتق من الآخر، والبخل والخلب بمعنى واحد.فالخلابة: أن يخادع الناس في بيعه ومعاملاته، والبخل: أن يخادع ربه في معاملته وبيعته في ماله، فإنه قد بايع الله على المعروف.قوله: ((يخالط الناس كي يعلم)).أي: يعلم فضل الله عليه، ويعرف أحوال الناس، ويعلم ما يبقي وما يذر، فليس مخالطته مخالطة استرواح إليهم، وأنس بهم، وطمأنينة إليهم، ولكن مخالطة خبرة واعتبار وحذرٍ، وأخذٍ بالحزم في أمره معهم.روي لنا عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في حديث جميع بن عمر في صفة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((أنه كان يسأل الناس عما في الناس)).فكان سؤاله عن هذه الجهة فيما يرى، وهو صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى عن التجسس، وكان للأمة أباً يهتم لهم همة الآباء، فيخير الناس، ويأخذ حذره منهم، ويأخذ بالحزم في أمورهم.قوله: ((يناطقهم كي يفهم)).أي: يفهم أحوالهم في أمورهم؛ لأن الأسرار وما في الغيوب إنما تظهر بالمناطقة، فلذلك قيل: إنما المرء بأصغريه، وهو القلب واللسان، هذه بضعة صغيرة، وتلك بضعة صغيرة، وإحداهما ترجمان لما في الأخرى، والأخرى وعاء علم الأشياء، فإذا نطق، فهم أين هم، وعرف كلاًّ على درجته، فهو يناطقهم عن حاجة إلى ذلك؛ كي يهتدي لمعاشرتهم كلاًّ على قدره. يقول: ليس به أنس اللقاء، ولا شهوة الكلام، وخرافة الحديث، بل هو منهم وحش، ومن حديثهم في تقية، وأنسه بالله، وبمن يلقاه في الله، ويناطق الحكماء إذا ناطق؛ ليزداد بالله علماً، وإذا نطق العامة، ناطقهم ليفهم أحوالهم.قوله: ((وإن ظلم أو بغي عليه، صبر، حتى يكون الرحمن هو الذي ينتصر له)).فالصبر: مركز المؤمن بين يدي الله، فإذا ترك الصبر، ترك مركزه بين يدي الله، وانتكست رايته، وتلك راية الهدى، ففي نكس راية الهدى الضلالة، وإنما سمي صبراً؛ لثباته على المركز، ومشتقه من المصبور، وهو أن ينصب طائراً غرضاً، فيرميه، فكذلك النفس إذا صيرها صاحبها غرضاً لنائبات رميات القضاء، فيثبت، ولا يزول، فكذلك الصبر.فالمؤمن المحق قد عرف أن الله عدل، يأخذ من الظالم للمظلوم، فإذا ظلم، وجد الله ملياً أملأ منه في الانتصار.وأما البغي: فإن صبر، فقد أخذ بباب السلامة، وإن انتصر، فقد أثنى الله على المنتصر في تنزيله، فقال: {والذين إذا أصابهم البغي هم ينتصرون}.فالمنتصر أقوى من التارك، والتارك أسلم، ومن ترك الانتصار، فإنما تركه بضعفه، ولما خاف أن تشركه النفس، فأخذ بحظها؛ لأن المنتصر إنما ينتصر بحق الله، لا لنفسه.فالدين محتاجٌ إلى القوة، فقوته من هذه الثلاث خصال التي ذكرناها في مبتدأ الحديث، واللين محتاج إلى الحزم، فقوته من السكينة، والسكينة ثواب من الله في عاجل الدنيا لمن آثر هوى ربه على هوى نفسه.ولذلك ما روي في الخبر عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فيما يروي عن ربه -تبارك وتعالى- قسماً يقسمه: أنه قال: ((وعزتي وجلالي! لمن آثر هوايعلى هواه، لأجمعن له شمله، فلأفعلن ولأفعلن)).تركنا بقية الحديث، وذكرنا منه ما احتجنا إليه.فالإيمان: محتاج إلى اليقين، فقوته من نور العظمة، وإنما ينالها إذا وله القلب بالله عن الأشياء.والعلم: محتاج إلى الحرص، فقوته من الصدق، وإنما ينال الصدق إذ لها عن نفسه وأحوالها، فهناك يبذل نفسه لله.والحلم: محتاج إلى العلم، فقوته من الهيبة، وإنما ينال الوصول إليها: إذا هدأت جوارحه، وسكنت نفسه، وانقاد قلبه تذللاً.والغنى: محتاج إلى القصد، فقوته من العدل، وإنما ينال العدل: إذا حرس ساحة صدره من وساوس النفس.والفاقة: محتاجة إلى التحمل، فقوتها من التقوى، وإنما ينال التقوى: إذا وصل إلى القربة، فقرب.والطمع: يحتاج إلى التحرج، فقوته من الانفراد، فإذا انفرد العبد بالله، خرج من الطمع.والكسب: محتاج إلى الحلال، فقوته من الخوف، فإذا نال الخوف، قدر على مجاهدة النفس في الكسب حتى يطيبه.والبر: محتاج إلى الاستقامة، فقوته من انفتاح الطريق، فإذا فتح له، استقام، ولم يعرج.والنشاط: محتاج إلى الهدى، فقوته في الحذر، فإذا حذر من الذات، انقبض، ولم يجترئ على النشاط؛ لأن النشاط انحلال الجوارح.قال الله تعالى: {ويحذركم الله نفسه}؛ فإنما حذرك ذاته.وقال: {واعلموا أن الله يعلم ما في أنفسكم فاحذروه}؛ أي: احذروا أن لا يتلظى عليكم شعاعٌ من نور العظمة، فتصير السماوات والأرض جمرة واحدة.والشهوة: محتاجة إلى النهي، فقوتها من الوجل، فإذا ولج قلبه، لم يدع له تهنياً بشهوته، وإنما ينال الوجل: إذا خشي ربه، وإنما ينال الخشية: إذا تردد قلبه في علم الملكوت، والله أعلم.
